Service was super slow. There was No one in line but waited over 10min just for someone to ask us what we wanted to order. There were only 2 people working and they had a lot of online orders and were doing it one by one. Probably would need better staffing on a busy Saturday? I know it only takes like 5 minutes to cook & i saw they put 12 pizzas in at a time, so we decided to order. I think there were 6 employees working, you can tell that at least 1 of them didn't want to be there. He should look for a new job. If you can give service with a smile, then it's not a job for you. Just saying. We got two build your own pizzas. This is the only negative: topping stations were a mess, cheese everywhere (but that's understandable). Other items: they were out of basil, the red onions looked so soggy, maybe going bad (these should've been replaced, they looked bad), barely any green bell peppers and the juice in the pineapples looked dirty. The guy boxing and cutting the pizzas has great customer service. He didn't get annoyed when I asked him questions and i asked 3. You need double & triple of him. There was a spill under one of the tables, I told the guy boxing pizzas & he had someone on that right away. Pizzas were great, came out hot. This place was made for people who like sauce and unlimited topping combinations. Their selections of toppings, particularly their cheese selection is amazing, and it being cooked in a fire oven makes the thin crust nice and crispy and charred. I always get the build your own pizza on the original crust and it never disappoints, and the price is really reasonable if you make use of the toppings they have. You really can make this pizza your own, I like to mix the spicy tomato sauce with the white sauce to have a spicy rose type sauce in the base of the pizza but the options are endless! read more

Came here on a lunch break with several co workers, and we came early at 11:30am to avoid a crowd and shortages of ingredients as other people have posted recently on yelp. Unfortunately when we showed up there was no chicken, meatballs, onions, garlic cloves, and a bunch of other smaller veggie items. This is at 11:30am on a Monday. To add the cherry on top, all the containers for Parmesan cheese and red peppers were completely empty on the counters and nobody working there seemed to care about any of it. I've seen the business owner respond to similar posts like mine mentioning that they will address the concerns, but seems like it's just a generic response and no actions have been taken. I usually do not bother writing reviews because there are better uses of my time, but you will soon see that I feel compelled to in this particular instance. The online ordering experience for Blaze Pizza is one of the worst experiences I ever had on any food ordering app, which says a lot since the Round Tables App also exist. I had one instance where my online order was stolen, and they wanted me tip in order to replace the stolen pizzas, which is ridiculous if you think about it for more than 10 seconds. If your order isn't stolen, then you have to wait sometimes 2 hours, even if you select ASAP. This is in spite of ordering ahead and even when lines are short. I've also had times where I would order chicken pizza online, only to have the chicken missing in the pizza when I got there, and have the server tell me that they don't have any chicken. When I use the Jack in the Box app, if they don't actually have something, it will be greyed out and not selectable. So why does the Blaze app have the option even available on the app if they don't actually have it? This is not a reasonable app experience and should cause the management and the app teams to seriously consider ditching the app altogether because it is basically useless. I've better app experiences from almost every other restaurant chain, and that includes Jack in the Box, Wendy's, Chipotle, Panda Express, and Panera Bread, just to name a few. They all have their issues, but they're miles ahead of whatever nonsense this is. LeBron should, quite frankly, be ashamed to be part of this embarrassment, though he seems to be doing that already on the court as well in 2026. It's a shame since the pizza itself is actually pretty decent. In an age where online app experience is just as crucial as the in-person ordering experience, I would rate 0 stars if I could based on the horrible online service alone. read more

First of all they never have meatballs, they said they ran out (it was only 6pm). Second there were no drinks in the cold section, no milk, no juice. They have a restroom for women and another bathroom that is for anyone. When you walk in the left side is where you line up to make your order and to the right at the register is where you pick up mobile orders. Ignore the no wrong way sign on the wall when you start at the left, it was confusing seeing that because it looked highlighted. They get a lot of online orders so be prepared to wait, and when the employees know someone in line they will talk to them.
