Man I love Blaze but it seems like the workers at this location are, more often than not, pretty whack. Although the food usually turns out decent still, the service and fluctuating degree of workmanship definitely need improvement. Like sometimes the workers here put on too much sauce or don't wring out wet ingredients well enough, resulting in a slippery soggy pie. Or sometimes the pizza comes out burnt and somehow still gets served lol. And more and more often now, I'm having to deal with employees that are either straight up jerks and blatantly rude in the way they talk to customers, clearly stoned out of their minds at work (one time I even walked in on two employees doing drugs in the bathroom lmao..), or have earbuds in and don't seem interested in being there or interacting with customers. No eye contact and they don't even really say anything except to let out some caveman grunts. Now that I think about it, I don't think I've ever experienced "good" service here. The workers usually seem to be high school or college kids who lack professionalism and just hate their job lol. Management really needs to do a better job at training their employees and raising the bar for who they hire to work here. I love Blaze Pizza! I've come here many times and the quality has remained pretty consistent for me. The crust comes out very crisp and the topping selection they have here is pretty good. They have a lot of different options here, including pizzas that have preselected toppings, as well as bread, salad, etc, but I always opt for the build your own pizza. Basically you can customize your all your crust, sauce, cheese and toppings for I believe $11.95 when I went recently. You go through the ingredient bar in the beginning, pay for your order, and then wait for them to call you when your pizza is ready. I do believe the price has increased a bit throughout the years, but $11.95 is still very fair IMO. The restaurant space is pretty large, so I've never had issues with finding a place to sit here. It is a pay and sit down place though, so not much service. Sometimes they also fail to cut the pizza into slices properly. read more

It was a busy night and the blaze team handled the situation with such a great attitude and customer service. It had a very family friendly ambiance to the establishment. 8/24 around 4PM decided to try this place again after my last negative experience. Ordered online and decided to eat there. Entering, there were 2 hand written signs saying something along the lines of "no cash, system down, place order online" on the front door. First, let's talking about the state of this place. I have never seen a place so dead and yet somehow so dirty even though there was at least 6 people on staff. The garbage bins were piled high. Tables were dirty with crumbs and sauces. One table in particular just straight had trash. Later a few workers gathered at said trash table and were joking around, getting drinks, eating their pizza, and honestly just effing around. There were a few people behind the work area who were nice and seemed like they were trying their best, but majority of the workers there were just hanging out. The shelves had like 2 bottles of sauce and one Parmesan shaker. The napkin dispenser was empty and instead of refilling it, someone just opened a package of napkins and set it on the shelf... Now, onto the pizza. I requested extra cook time to get a crispier crust. It was not... I will say, they did not skim on the toppings. My boyfriend got a gluten free crust and it was legit like a hard, dry cracker. The bottom of our pizzas were covering in black specks, meaning they definitely do not clean their over often enough (shocker). We both ended up not eating majority of it. Blaze used to be really good in both service and food. Lately, I've noticed a huge decrease in that. I ordered on the app thinking I can just pickup close to the estimated time they provided so I can avoid the lines in person. I did get there early so I waited a bit. As time passed and started to go over the estimated completion time, I went up to ask for a status on my order and the lady who was packing the pizzas was really rude and just said "it'll go on the shelf when it's ready". It felt as though people who came in to order got their pizzas quicker than I did and I was already waiting prior to them coming in. I received my pizza later than expected and was just relieved to be able to finally eat. I opened my pizza and to my surprise, i noticed none of my meat toppings were on there, except a few pieces of pepperoni. How hard is it to follow instructions? The workers were really careless. I don't understand how they can miss so many of my toppings when my bf's pizza had all his toppings and it was on the same order as mine! Blaze is one of my favorite build-your-own pizza places. I've been to this location multiple times, and I feel like their staff is friendly and their portions for their toppings are great! When I first went pre-pandemic, the lines were super long. It was definitely a wait to even get to the front to order. Lately, however, I feel like their lines have been much more manageable. One time, my friend and I had ordered a large to share for a total of $19.95. I definitely didn't think it was worth as the size didn't feel too far off from the regular for $10.45. I like the variety of their toppings are one of the best points of this place too as I feel like I'm always missing items from other build your own places. Once you get the toppings onto your pizza, they cook it pretty quickly. The pizza always comes out with a crisp bottom. Make sure to get a drizzle at the end! My go-to is always the pesto. This blaze pizza is one of the best Blaze's I've been to on specific days. Some days it's the best and some days it's like the workers are zombies. When the gears are moving together, I can be in and out of the restaurant within 7 or 8 minutes. The ingredients are also always so good.
