    Build Your Own Pizza (11-inch)
    Priscilla W.

Blaze Pizza is seriously one of our go-to spots! The owners are sooo sweet and always make everyone feel welcome the second you walk in. The build-your-own pizza option is amazing because everyone can make exactly what they want, and somehow the pizzas are always done in like 10 minutes without sacrificing quality. My whole staff comes here regularly and it honestly never disappoints. Fresh ingredients, great atmosphere, fast service, and amazing people every single time!

    Avoid her !

This person who works at the Blaze Pizza is not someone you want to deal with. She will give you a hard time for anything you ask for. We were there on a Saturday evening, March 14th. We ordered two of the Build Your Own Pizzas, each costing $15.99. We wanted her to add more fresh mozzarella cheese because we only wanted cheese and some vegetables. She refused, and when I asked her to add more vegetables so refused again , she only put two basil leaves on the whole pizza. I was furious because I didn't ask her to garnish my pizza; it's called Build Your Own. I can ask for whatever I want, right? So my pizza was like two or 3 tiny pieces of cheese and some vegetables with 2 leaves. Then, she went ahead and told the cashier to charge us more. I was shocked because that was the most we had asked for on the menu. I didn't care about the money; I just wanted my pizza the way I wanted it. This woman clearly didn't have that in mind. The owner of this place should be aware of this because the experience was not pleasant. It sounded like I was begging her to get more stuff on my pizza, but I was paying for what I paid for. She needs to be fired for her behavior. I don't know why she's trading customers like that. Even though I like the food there, I won't be coming back to this place because of her. Even her faces scares me :(

    Advertised cinnamon bread.

Thought I'll try the new cinnamon bread and this is what I received. When I requested a refund or exchange, the worker said, "There is nothing we can do, yeah we don't have the sauce, we do sugar now." It tasted terrible, in case anyone is wondering. We are frequent customers but seriously question the integrity of this establishment. Never again.

    2 Top Pizza (11-inch)

We entered and They were yelling about a coworker not doing their job barely greeted us and cut our pizza like this? There was nobody in there and it shows exactly why there was nobody in there 2 Top Pizza (11-inch) There was also dirty ice in my soda that they shrugged their shoulders about

I love building my own pizza it's really perfect

3.5 stars! Super, super thin crust and I like how you can build your own pizza. The 11 inch size (build your own) is $13.25 with unlimited toppings. I think I overdid it with the toppings and sauce because the middle portion of the pizza was soggy. Nice crisp on the crust though and the flavors were pretty good! The 11 inch was a good size and I had enough for lunch and dinner.

Original Crust, Red Sauce, Shredded Mozzarella, Ricotta, Italian Sausage, Olives, Spinach, Basil, Roasted Garlic, Oregano, Pesto Drizzle

I can never go wrong with Blaze. The ingredients all taste so good. I got a build your own pizza and a cookie. The employee kept going on his phone for what seemed like personal call in the middle of service, which I thought was odd. It didn't really affect my experience too much, though.

Yes, that's right...in 2026 we continue to deal with some folk that are as stupid as they look. I walked into the station here in Pleasanton, I was the only person in line, a well educated African-American woman... everyone working here, looked at me as if I was a foreign object. They proceeded to help the Asian man that came in behind me. I waited patiently to give my order only for them to get a completely wrong. I guess this is the stupidity that they process I mean, how hard could it be to take a hamburger order? Anyways, they got my hamburger all wrong., gracefully I sat down and begin to eat only to start feeling sick with about three bites in I realized that they did not give me ranch and mustard for my greasy ass burger I went back and asked for some ranch to get my fries in as well as mustard. I was told they charge $.60 for a little 1 ounce thing of ranch. I said oh that must be new because I've gotten ranch in the past. It was free but OK. As I was walking back to my seat I saw this white man sitting down eating his food with two sides of ranch. I politely asked him if he knew how much they charged for the ranch. He looked at me and said oh no, it's free with your order. Wow...right... I will say the only reason why I landed in this place for dinner tonight is because I'm on my way home from work. My car decided to take a dump. So while I wait for AAA, I thought OK it's a good time to get dinner. I guess I was completely unaware that the side of dessert would've been a dose of discrimination and a few incompetent employees. Another lesson learned. I hope they read this and change their ways and approach and most importantly get some additional training so that they can effectively serve each and every customer equally.

Enormous pieces with lots of sauce!…read more Ttobongee is your typical order to-go Korean chicken joint. There isn't much searing and they don't really have table service. My friends and I ended up sitting and eating since we didn't check beforehand. The portions are huge! It was a bit funny because one of the plates had a regular sized chicken drumstick hidden under all of the plumped up ones. While the sauces were great, I personally liked the Yangnyum the best! It had a sweet, tangy flavor to it. It's a small chicken shop great for to-go meals. Despite this, they still kept it clean and bright inside. Recommend for those looking for something to takeout!

It was perfect timing and they graciously allowed me to switch to dining in. There are 4 tables inside so it is a bit cozy but they have a setup convenient for immersive but messy chicken eating - such as, disposable gloves and a mini-trash can. I would have dined in their shaded patio but it was getting chilly out. When I wrapped the rest of my chicken after my fill, they added an extra radish pack which I appreciated! I did notice another party who mentioned their chicken was too bland. I wasn't sure which flavor(s) they ordered, but after experiencing that their yangnyeum flavor is what I consider "OG" (more subtle, not overly sweet/spicy) I can understand. At the same time, I think this is the charm of this place that I do find most other Korean franchises try to match the current "trendy" palate that is sometimes too much for me. Thanks ttobongee for sticking with the traditional yangnyeum - really hard to come by now, especially here in the States.

Yes, most of them were bigger than your average McDonald's chicken nuggets. Most of them. Not all of them. The seasoning was a bit much. Could have used a little less seasoning. The nuggets are chicken breast, so some were a bit dry. But 10 of them do fill you up good. French Fries were good, but not much for $5 bucks. I mean, Five Guys is far more generous. And now the wrap... Wow, you call that a chicken wrap? Talk about an understatement. It's a LETTUCE wrap. With chicken. Where's the chicken? It literally had two nugget-sized pieces of dry chicken in it, and the rest was a variety of lettuce with some cheese. So that was a big disappointment. I mean, I like lettuce but I don't think the wraps are worth $14+ each if they're just going to be 95% lettuce and 5% chicken. Would I recommend this place? Sure. As a snack place. As a real meal? No. Just a "I got the munchies and need to eat a snack" kind of place.

I've been to many other Lee sandwich locations and have to admit most of them don't offer friendly customer service but at this particular location, i've noticed that the cashiers are usually students and friendly. I made a visit since I had a little time for breakfast before I get to work and I've never really have problems before but this time I walked in around 10:30 and luckily, I was the only one there. I ordered two orders of garlic bread, some sesame balls, and Vietnamese coffee with a gentlemen at the counter who was definitely friendly . Not long after more people showed up and started to fill up real quickly. I've seen two or three customers walking out with a couple of sandwiches and coffees, which left me in 10 minutes of waiting then I hear the gentleman asking the food prep in the back for the garlic bread. Everyone looked around and then he had to go help another customer. Another couple of customers walked out with a few more sandwiches still no sign of my garlic bread, then I heard the gentleman asking again if the garlic bread was ready, and I've seen one of the ladies shrugging her shoulders with no answer then he went on to help more customers as the place started filling up more. This went on for about 20 minutes. I finally got tired of waiting, so I went to the side of the counter, waiting for the gentleman to be available and ask him if I can just cancel my garlic bread but he asked me to hold on and turn to the back and ask the ladies in the back one more time if the garlic bread was ready, then I heard older Employee shouting at him, one order of garlic bread and then he said no 2 orders of garlic bread. She repeated what he said and said with a very annoyed tone . He went back to helping other customers, at this point she walked towards what I assuming where the toaster oven is and glares at me. As she starts to prep the bread she glares at me again with the most annoying look on her face so I looked at back in confusion as to why she was looking at me like that, she didn't even turn away when I looked at her. At this point, I was so confused. I asked the gentleman to cancel the order but he was so busy. He asked me to just wait so I stood there for five more minutes. I finally got the order so I decided to just leave with it, but I couldn't help leaving feeling very uncomfortable and confused. I sat there for 25 minutes for four garlic baguettes that take less than 5 minutes to prep while they prepared Atleast 10-15 sandwiches that I watched customers walk out with and then I get glared at by their employee? I didn't yell, complained or gave a hard time. I understand sometimes businesses can get busy but for a person in the front to ask three times for the most easiest thing to make was ready and get ignored, and my order was the very first order before anyone else is absolutely not ok. It's football season. I order a lot of chicken wings and sandwiches from here, but I will definitely visit other place. If your staff are preparing food for customers and they're going to make customers feel like a burden and they don't want to be there to work why are they even there? Maybe they should think about a different industry to work that doesn't involve customer service. I'm only giving another star for the cashiers effort, otherwise it would have been a 1 star review.
