Came to this location and it's slow, just as a hundred other reviews said. Timed my entire visit and it took 30 minutes to even start my order. Mind you, there were only THREE pizza orders in front of me. Total time from entry to leaving was about 53 minutes for three pizzas and one cheesy bread. Obviously, it seems like management doesn't care about the reviews because multiple people have stated this issue over the months and there hasn't been a change. Either hire more people or train your people to work at 1x speed rather than 0.5x speed. I don't usually leave reviews, but this is the third time it's happened to me. Also, I tried ordering online to avoid this issue, but it didn't work. I've been to many other Blaze Pizzas and this is the only one that has consistently shown extremely slow service. read more

Used to love coming to blaze but the most recent two times this year the service has went down and I think it's because they're understaffed. Ordered for pickup and they forgot the marinara sauce for the cheesy bread so it was just bread and I tried to get a refund for it on the website and they never contacted me back. Other time the service took way longer than it used to and they don't have as much ingredients to choose from like before. Definitely went downhill! A couple years back the staff was very welcoming and quick. They looked pretty young aswell and still managed this place good. Not only that but the quality overall was just better. The service is just super slow now and it takes so long just to get food. Literally empty when my family walked in--- took them 10 minutes to come and service myself at the counter and they had to freshly make dough -- which took another 5 minutes. Blaze surprised me by how good it was! I've been to other create your own pizza spots before such as pieology and MOD, but this was my first time trying blaze. I got the take two, with a half create your own pizza and half salad. It was a perfect portion, since a whole pizza is a bit too much. I love how you can put as many toppings as you want, and they don't skimp on the ingredients at all. Everything tasted super fresh as well, and being able to customize to my own taste was great. I only come to this place as a last resort. Every time I've been here the customer service is terrible and so slow. Nobody ever seems to smile, is personable or friendly. They also give you the vibe that they could care less about your business. The employees are uneducated about the products they sell. I asked four people about the differences in their three gluten free pizza dough options and nobody had a clue. I have no idea if they have a manager on-site but if they do, the whole place is still poorly managed and lack good communication skills. They even have employees yell across the room to ask other employees questions. And when you go through the process of building your own pizza the portions they give you are so skimpy! Sometimes I have to ask for extra toppings 2-3 times to make it look like a regular pizza. Most of the time the pizza doesn't even taste that great and the ingredients don't look quality especially the meat. When I've tried to call to complain, you can only contact the company online and there's no option to talk to a real human at the store which is really frustrating. Seems to me Blaze needs to be blazed out. Honestly, I don't even know how this pizza chain still exists. There are much better pizza places to spend your money. Just Blaze!!! We love family pizza nights at Blaze since it's fast, easy and everyone gets to choose whatever they want on it! It's a great concept for our picky eaters and tastes great! Ingredients always taste fresh and of course they make your pizza to your specifications in front of you. So many options! I've never experienced the line longer than 3 people in front of me and it doesn't take long to get thru the line and get your pizza since they have it down to a science with the assembly line! It's fast fired and ready to hit your table by the time you fill up your drink. Speaking of drinks, their Fresca drinks are awesome! Meatballs are med spicy, but the pizza is missing half the toppings. The other half of the 'Blazin' specialty. Very disappointed in the laziness that allows someone at blaze to make this pizza and send it out knowing what was missing. At a minimum, if you are out, should have called to ask for a different selection. Makes me concerned about what else they are lazy about.
