I usually come to blaze pizza knowing the service and food is amazing, today however my experience was horrible. I arrived at around 6:30pm with my husband and daughter and only 3 young ladies were attending the customers. At one point one of them called for help and no one else came. There were even some workers just talking to each other with their backs to us as if they didn't notice the amount of people waiting for their pizza. It took forever to get our food. After waiting for a few mins to pay for our food I noticed that even our pizzas weren't in the oven, just on a table. The food was great as usual. i asked for a plate and they gave a plate that hasnt been washed. how am i going to eat a pizza when someone elses pizza had their residue on the plate. that is beyond horrendous and very unsanitary. You can have them make anything you want: therefore, if you're not happy with the food... then you best look in the mirror. The ingredients are high quality and fresh! I loved my pizza, which I can only describe as a meat lover's pizza with mushrooms; everyone in our group loved their pizzas too. The employees were super friendly, helpful, and didn't skip on any of the ingredients. The kids ate all their pizza and the adults had enough to take home for a second round. I'm always super picky about my pizza toppings, so this is the perfect place for me. Normally I like a thicker crust on my pizza (which they do offer for an additional $2), but the thin crust pizza is good and well worth the money. I always get the build-your-own pizza. They have a lot of different toppings. I've tried all the sauces, but classic red is my favourite. They can also put pesto on your crust for no additional charge, and it was good, but it's probably not something I'd do again. I would recommend avoiding coming during the weekend for dinner if you can help it. The line was past the door on Friday night at 6 PM. I can definitely see why it's so popular though. The service is okay. Sometimes it's better than other times. If it's super busy, I don't expect anything in terms of service. Last time we went, they were running out of red sauce, so they gave my SO less than they normally do. They also gave me a broken pizza dough. It wasn't completely messed up, but it was missing a very noticeable chunk of crust, so that was super disappointing. I understand it's busy and you're running out of stuff, but I feel like you just asked if we wanted to wait for more red sauce or pizza dough. I get that it holds up the line, but you were out of your staple items anyway, so I don't think I'm being unreasonable. Anyway, I like this place. I have to say at first I wasn't sure what to expect. The line was out the door when we arrived, we had both kids in tow. The wait wasn't long, the staff was very helpful and the tables/floor were clean. Now the food, WOW. It's like a smaller version of back east pizza lol. The crust is thin, slight crunch but soft dough. The red sauce is sweet, which I love. All of the ingredients are fresh. The pepperoni has a slight kick to it, absolutely perfect. We loved it. Unlike some others mentioned, there was no loud music playing, customer service was great (seems like Sunday is a bad day regarding this?), no line at all, and my pizza was not burnt. The white sauce pizza is amazing!!! I usually add chicken, olives, sea salt, oregano, onions, and bacon. The staff here is good and always remembers my name. I usually eat 3/4 of the pizza there and bring the rest home. The tables are usually spotless and the line moves along quickly. I would recommend going to blaze over any of the shitty pizza spots in Tracy. read more

We ordered online in advance & they fired up the pizza as soon as we walked in the door. I ordered a gluten free pizza ($2 extra) with as many toppings as I wanted. Crust was awesome for gluten free & was a thin crust. Very good tasting! My son ordered cheese with extra sauce. Very good too. I was impressed by the employees coming around 2x's during our meal asking us if we needed anything else. I walked back up to the counter to ask for a water cup & the cashier called me by name. I have to say, I love the idea of having my own pizza with toppings I personally pick out. And for only like $9, you can't go wrong. Blaze is amazing. I love it, however this location is not my favorite. There is usually a bunch of burnt crust on my pizza (doesn't happen at other locations) and they never cut the pizza evenly (not the most crucial thing, but if you want to eat just one more slice, it's pretty tough when one is the size of your pinky and the other is half the pizza). Also, I always scan my rewards and it never gives me a flame, so I've totally given up on that. Overall I do love the food, it's delicious, just make sure you go to a different location. read more

I love the pizza here. There are so many fresh toppings to choose from and I love that there are different sauces as well as cheese. The salads are great too. My pizza is always fresh and I've had good service here. The only thing I would do to make it better is they need to add more staff. Those employees are working like crazy and it's always busy and they seem to have a hard time keeping up with the demand. I mostly take it to go but I see that they have a hard time getting out into the dining area to clean up because they are so busy with customers. My visit to blaze was TERRIBLE. I parked in the back parking lot when I walked past their back door it smelled disgusting! It was dirty when I walked in tables were not clean. One of the managers Martha had a VERY bad attitude she had an attitude most times I went in. My pizza was soggy. They were extremely stingy with the toppings including the cheese. The Parmesan was melted in the shaker. They took forever to cut my pizza. I do not recommend eating at this disgusting establishment!! read more

The double crust was a bust if you ask me. My wife got the standard crust while I paid extra for the double crust thinking it would be a noticeably thicker crust.
