This is my go-to for a delicious home cooked breakfast, brunch, and dessert! It's seat yourself when you walk in and all the staff is really friendly. Little to no wait time to get our drink order in and our waitress came around to check on us and my coffee cup was refilled when needed. It's not fancy but it's a really nice and relaxing place to enjoy a meal or go to celebrate a special occasion. I'm pretty simple, scrambled eggs with bacon, hash browns, and toast for me. Their pancakes, french toast, and dessert is delicious too. Also, their prices are on point! Definitely will be back!

Classic breakfast spot with lots of charming signs on the walls. Great prices on the early bird special! Despite the name, I wasn't expecting to love a piece of buttered toast in the morning. It was perfectly toasted with salted butter. I spread some jam on it, and it was delightful. I felt like Mercy Watson craving that hot buttered toast all day. I'm not a breakfast person usually. Service is excellent. We were in and out in under 30 minutes before a day of work. I'd definitely return. There's ample parking and plenty of seats too.

Breakfast with Trevor- friendly service and this place is packed. Staff all masked.

In the last six months, I moved to a house that is nearby Bread and Butter Café. As a consequence, I go there quite a bit for breakfast. They open up early, so this spot is really convenient. The price point is good and during the week if you arrive early they have breakfast specials. I'm a big fan of their veggie omelette. I've also had many other items and I've never had any issues. I've always felt the food is reliably prepared quickly, and the staff provided reliable good service. I recommend Bread & Butter Cafe.

Always a great experience! Prices are great, the service is excellent, and the food is so delicious. You're in, you're out, you're full!

I had the pork tenderloin which was a processed Patty but tasty enough that I may have it again. They serve it topped with a bland brown gravy. If there's a next time I'll have to ask for white gravy. The mashed potatoes were definitely real as they were chunky but also missing something. Not creamy or buttery. The vegetable of the day was boiled carrots with no extra flavoring. Not bad, not great, at least they weren't sweetened. The best part was the pie. I had their coconut cream and it was really delicious. Overall a bland meal with the pie as the star.

If you come before 9, you can order from the early bird specials. We just missed that but were able to still order breakfast. This place is becoming a breakfast must when we visit our son. Ok school diner decor. The pies here are huge for a slice. They are a meal by themselves. The waitresses back each other up checking on our table which was so nice. They have Splenda!

Stopped here for breakfast, never eaten here before. It was pretty crowded which usually means it's pretty good. Seems like there are a lot of regular s who come here. Prices were good. I had the Chorizo and Scrambled Mix with tortilla and beans. Very delicious Would recommend this place. Lunch menu looked great. Will come back to give it a try

A wonderful local diner serving up some excellent meals from breakfast to lunch. They seem to stay busy but the customer service is superb and you don't wait a long time for your food which everything is cooked fresh to order. Offering up daily specials & unbeatable pricing. Look forward to returning and trying more of the breakfast items

The line was the usual long line and with my dog, was much better as people talk and pet dogs in line and it went fairly fast. The line was in shade with the nearby tree so it made it that much better. The ambiance is the misters around that are welcomed by all, the pretty tree and greenery and fencing and signage they have used to decorate this small outdoor place so well. The shaded and covered tables outside had various chairs and enough space for people to rotate in and out- esp with our dogs that love the cool brick to lie on:) Now, the absolute best part is the food- still amazingly worth waiting for and delicious!! I got the burrito( basic has potato, egg, beans , cheese) and the protein I added was bacon and extra was guac. Also got the 16oz Dirty Chai. My friend came for first time and was surprised to open her order and find two burritos- I knew and wanted to see her face- she loved the taste and the fact she had lunch or dinner later as one truly is so full of deliciousness- it fills you up! We each had one we took home ! This place- just a treat for anyone wanting fantastic and pure local service and food! Highly recommend!!!

I wouldn't say that it is top of the line cooking, but it is very delicious and definitely worth a visit this side of town. Parking can be a little challenging, they do share a parking lot with other businesses, but close in, there are not that many spots. Service is always friendly and makes you feel comfortable. Interesting atmosphere with flamingos galore and other things decorating the inside. Gives it somewhat of a party and fun feel. Food comes out in a timely manner even when they are very busy. Prices are reasonable. Give it a try, I think you'll like it. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Would definitely recommend you trying it to get your own take on it. 2* = Not so good. Would not recommend at all. Waste of money. 1* = How are they still in business? Stay away at all costs!

(well once in taste, but I'll get to that) They have great in-house made items. Like the Challa bread, the preserves, their pesto. They most certainly know what they're doing. I had unseasoned filet mignon once, I believe it was the omelette. I talked to the manager. Now I wasnt upset, didn't send it back, I just told them what I experienced and mused that I found it odd the cook forgot a simple thing like salt. The manager acknowledged my complaint and that was all; or at least I was fine. Nope, she came back with a to-go box of croissants topped with cream and berries as an apology. They were tremendous by the way. She didn't have to do that. The ambiance is it's only weak point, but even that is minor. Simple black is fine. It's modern feeling and doesn't stand out loudly. They have outdoor seating, which early in the morning is fine, but id avoid in the summer, which will likely mean you'll be waiting, depending on the time. Oh! I forgot to mention, they have very good drinks. They really are intentional about the blend of flavors, they have a little something for everyone. All in all, I cannot recommend this place enough. It's been a shining star amongst Tucson restaurants and I am grateful they exist. Even to how they organize their menu partly by flavor profiles shows they genuinely LOVE food. The staff also were kind enough to move one of our chairs out of the way so our dog had lots of room to lay down. Staff were all very kind and never seemed annoyed with the dog (you can always tell at a restaurant if they are, and they were very happy to accommodate him). Very dog friendly!! The food: We gotta talk about their French onion soup. It was pretty dang delicious! The broth itself is quite nice, a nice cheese portion, and the baguette was divine. I also had their French Connection sandwich (with a side of fries), and it had a great combo of ooey, gooey cheese, firm and flavorful ham, and served on a really delicious loaf.
