The owner Mr.Mike personally greeted me and made sure I felt welcomed. We had a very nice chat about the philosophy of his cuisine, organic ingredients and the importance of clean diet. The burgers here are very fresh tasting and the meats are fairly lean. They also have a lamb burger which is fairly good and hard to find nowadays. Their pricing (5.99-6.99 for many items) is very good considering many of these are organic or free range meats. They have several vegetarian burgers which are tasty with good texture. The owner/manager is a nice guy and does community outreach to hospitals during the covid pandemic as well. I went into Burganic expecting to eat a burger and was blown away! The customer service provided by Mohammad was incredible. I ordered the Lamb burger and tried the house sauce on the side only to end up putting extra house sauce on this exquisite burger. The jarred pickles were very tasty with just enough kick, so I added them to the burger too. The sweet potato fries were crispy and delicately made, not the least bit greasy. My friend had their Perfect burger and was also pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. Great place with an inviting space and very kind customer service. Would recommend to everyone! Came for the first time and the customer service was off the charts. For a burger joint it offers about 7 vegan burger options with 1 out of the 7 being a soy based patty. I have a fairly picky diet, and Burganic Hub is the first place I've discovered that's organic, gluten-friendly, a proponent of grass-fed meats, and local - and I don't have to pay an arm and a leg for the food. The burger was $6.99, and fries were $2.99. For organic, grass-fed meat, that's an amazing price. The burger was a nice size, and the gluten-free bun was a nice touch. The bun did get soggy, but I think it's a combo of the bread's texture and the tomatoes. Meat tasted a bit lean and more on the well-done side, and I prefer medium/medium rare for my burgers. Fries were full of tater meat and less crisp, which I do prefer! They were seasoned with a spice mixture that reminded me of Arby's curly fries. Waaaaay overpriced for the quality of what I received. The chicken was overcooked, thin, hard, and the meat was dark. It wasn't breast meat. I feel nauseous and I only ate half. I give this place 5 stars even though it broke my soul and cleared out my sinuses in the process. I love all things spicy, so naturally I got the Fiery Jalapeño chicken burger without much fuss. First 3 bites I knew this was the burger all the other burgers I've eaten was preparing me for. I let it get to me and no amount of water, Diet Coke, milk (can't believe they had this on deck) could relieve the pain of ever cell in alimentary tract being reborn by fire. I kept going though. I put myself through it again because a few bites of that most amazing chicken jalapeño spicy sandwich was not going to end me. It did.
