Burgerworx was an absolute find, especially for anyone who eats gluten-free. It's rare to come across a restaurant where nearly the entire menu is accessible, and they do it without sacrificing flavor. I ordered the fried chicken sandwich on gluten-free bread with ghost pepper cheese, and it was incredible. The chicken was perfectly cooked, unbelievably juicy, and packed with flavor. The ghost pepper cheese added just the right amount of heat without overpowering the sandwich. We also tried the fry bowl, which was a great value and more than enough to share. This will definitely be a must-stop whenever we're in Asheville. The service was incredibly accommodating and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the ambiance was very welcoming.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Most of us got the beef burger with ketchup, lettuce, tomatoes, and fries. I got the veggie smash lettuce bowl. The employees were fast and kind, and my burger was delicious. The sweet potato fries were fantastic, and even better than the normal ones. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant itself was quiet and comfortable, with quiet music from the speakers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] 10/10 recommend.

I had the turkey burger and it was delicious and the sweet potato fries were just as good!! Theres definitely something for everyone to enjoy. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Overall had an amazing time, and its location is perfect, right near so many great spots to enjoy downtown Asheville![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Split cod fillet sandwich (consisting of homemade slaw and signature Worx sauce) with fries, mustard and a choc chip cookie

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Service and ambiance was pleasurable as usual[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]], but what motivated me to show up this time around was the daily specials. On Fridays they have a fried split cod fillet sandwich topped with worx sauce and homemade slaw. Got that on a GF bun with fries and a chocolate chip cookie. Very enjoyable. Hero of the dish was the sandwich. The fish was cooked beautifully and the bread was nicely warmed. The slaw and the sauce, I thought, worked even better than shredded lettuce, chow chow, and tartar sauce. Fries were also delicious, cooked through and nicely salted, but not exactly crispy. The cookie had a crisp to it as well. Overall, though, coming here was no mistake.

Found staff very friendly & kind. This place was our first real meal sitting down from an all girls road trip to Asheville NC arrival 3pm from Indianapolis Indiana. Yes, it definitely took us way longer than necessary to figure out what to order. We wanted to incorporate our own Burgerworx Charcuterie Board, Hoosier style. No, the menu wasn't too complicated. Yes, we may have ordered at different times. Creating a Burgerworx Charcuterie Board masterpiece took us a HOT minute. We are simply mere novices in the Charcuterie world. Yes, a tada picture would've been perfect. However, I'm rather fond of using one's own mind in some matters...so, as the Hoosier now home...imagine away ;) . [[HIGHLIGHT]]This establishment has an outside sitting area with filled water bowls for pets.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The decor, well, someone once said a picture is worth a thousand words. Zoom in & maybe you'll enjoy a giggle or two[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. If or when you find yourself in Asheville, NC (USA) accidentally on purpose, strolling into Burgerworx may be fun filled as our adventure was on a regular old Friday afternoon before dinner activities began. Appreciated the gentleman who took our order & his patience with us. Your service is impeccable. Stay well & safe, Amy

The burgers are great, especially on a whole wheat. Even better are the fries and onion rings. Delightful service and reasonable prices.

We went all out with appetizers and main courses, and everything was excellent. For starters, my husband ordered the buffalo chicken bites and I got the fried pickles. Both were perfectly prepared, and we thoroughly enjoyed them. The burgers were the absolute highlight. I ordered the "Bacon Crunch" style Juicy Lucy, which came stuffed with cheese and topped with bacon jam, pickles, crisp bacon slices, and potato chips for a perfect crunch. My husband went for the "Lucy Loco" burger, which came loaded with jalapeños. Both burgers had incredible flavor, were an ample size, and hit the spot perfectly. The sides were just as impressive. I had the sweet potato fries, and my husband ordered the fried green beans--which were uniquely delicious and really well done. To top it all off, our server, Carla, was very nice and incredibly attentive throughout our meal. Juicy Lucy's is a must-visit, and I will definitely be stopping by again on my next trip to Asheville!

Glass never got less than halfway before another was laid down. I think I drank a full gallon of sweet tea before I knew it. Food was perfect. Two of us had the Madness Bento boxes and one Classic Bento. All tasty and reasonably priced. Sliders, sushi, gyoza on the bentos all great. Fries crispy and seasoned well. Salad was fresh. Burger was big and full of flavor. Will definitely be back.

Our server was kind and friendly and went out of her way to make our evening enjoyable. A creative and fun menu is here, we tried a variety of things the night of our visit. Sushi, burgers and a bar. We started with the Dumplings appetizer along with some garlic herb Edamame and it was very good, we asked for eight shrimp and they were glad to adjust for us. Crispy and a nice crunch. It was a nice beginning. The soybeans were fresh and hot with a nice flavor also a good start. Next some Toro and Hamachi Sashimi, both were fresh and flavorful. Along with a California roll, it was true to type, nicely rolled and good flavor. Next I had the Sweet Heart Roll, an impressive presentation and work of art. Simply delicious and so flavorful. This was an excelleny choice. Then the Madness Fries, a pile of seasoned fries with a mound of shredded carb on top. This is simply insane, it was such a delicious bowl and the combination of salty fries with sweet crab. A winner. My partner had the Vegan, a beyond burger patty on a Millet Chai bun the way she wanted it and said it was very good too. We tried several different items and each was very good to better. All in all an excellent meal 4.5 Stars rounded up for the creative menu, presentation and kind service 01172

Boy Howdy Burgers just transitioned from being an occasional pop-up at DSSOLVR to a new location…read moreadjoining DayTrip bar/cocktail lounge, across from Carrier Park. If I was rating this place on the taste of the burgers alone, it would hands down be 5 stars. These are simply the best fast food burgers that you've NEVER HAD. In other words, fast food burgers reimagined with all the taste you crave, but without the crap ingredients and weird bloaty aftereffects. These are fast food burgers the way they should be. That said, the prices reflect that. The burgers are good sized with two patties, but they run $12 for a beef smash burger or $14 if you opt for the Impossible Burger (which you can get with regular "freedom cheese" and sauce or with vegan cheese and sauce). They offer a "combo" for $3 more, but it's a bag of chips and sour patch gummy candy for dessert. Based on that, my recommendation for now is to just go with the burger and enjoy it on its own. If the owners see this review, here's my suggestion: invest in a really good fryer and do the same thing you've done with fast food burgers, but for french fries, too. I'm sure frying units are a pain with the cooking oil, extreme heat and all, but it would be so great to have the FULL fast food experience reimagined. Service was friendly. Multiple indoor and outside seating options, and you can take the burgers over to any of the areas of DayTrip to enjoy your burger with a beer or cocktail. DayTrip's beer menu even includes a [canned] beer called Boy Howdy that DSSOLVR produces to go along with the Boy Howdy burgers. That's a better combo! This place is so much better than most burger places that even with the relatively pricey burgers, I'll go back. I'd go back more often if they served really great french fries along with the burgers!
