The food was excellent, staff was very friendly and prompt, and atmosphere was really nice.

We had a Double date, Mommy and kids. We were celebrating my son's Birthday. As soon as we walked in we were seated, then we were given our drinks.after that we ordered our food. The house salad is pretty simple but good. I order the soup of the day, my girlfriend ordered the sandwich and salad combo and our kids ordered hamburger and french fries and steak with baked potatoes and veggies. One of the sweetest thing is that, since we were celebrating my Son's Birthday, all the waiters & waitresses came to sing for him Happy Birthday, I know some people doesn't like this kinds of things and some restaurants don't sing to you anymore. We been eating here for years and it has always been good. In the last few years prices have gone up dramatically but about the same as other restaurants. We always like to see what the specials are for the week. They are not discounted but they do come with a tiny scoop of ice cream. Their salads are good but I sure wish they would stop using just iceberg lettuce as it is not as healthy as green leaf or romaine. Mixing the two would be better. My favorite meal here is the turkey dinner. I can eat that at any time of the day. I always ask for gravy one the side because their is always too much. They have a super size burger if that is your thing and some people get that. Breakfast is big and really filling. BUT I really miss having the option of adding the muffin for the toast. They used to do that and I really miss it. I am a bran muffin gal and I prefer it over plain bread. Even if you add a dollar extra, I would add the muffin. It was a sad day when you took that option away. I don't want to pay extra for the muffin since it already comes with bread. Too much is just too much and leftover toast is not something most would eat. The waiters are good and quick and stay on top of the customers. Better than most restaurants. The only other thing that would make it better for us at dinner time is if you have a decent vegetable, not corn or yellow squash. Why not broccoli, cauliflower, peas, or green beans? We are in town for a few days, and tonight is our third meal here. Three servers: Monica last night, Samantha this morning, and Jen tonight, not to mention Adrian, tonight's assistant server, have all seemed to be competing to spoil us! Seriously attentive and pleasant service! I'll confess that menu prices were a bit intimidating at first, but not outrageously so. After comparing serving s izes, the "outrageous" part changed. Serving sizes of everything we've ordered have been ginormous! On top of that, there always seems to be several specials that are quite reasonably priced as well. This is advertised as kind of a coffee shop cafe, and that fits. The bright, cheerful atmosphere is pleasant not at all loud or intrusive. Just simply a nice, friendly vibe. At breakfast this morning, we noticed a lot of customers who appeared to be frequent regulars. Their frequent--and sometime boisterous--interactions with the staff contributed nicely to the feel of the place! Much more like a fun neighborhood place than a casino coffee shop. This place has good service. Orlando was awesome. However, the food here is just terrible. My cousin and I ordered the chicken parmesan and it was so unbearably salty we could barely eat it. The sauce was so acidic, it tasted like plain sauce from a can. Good things: bread and butter! Also the coffee is great and they bring you the whole pot. Banana split was good too. We were starving when we arrived at the restaurant and were looking forward to a good meal. The restaurant next door is where we planned on going but they unfortunately closed at 9pm. After telling management our issues, it took 25 min for them to come to our table and we did not want to exchange anymore. They took one of our of entrees off the bill. My partner had the double bacon cheeseburger well done with a Bloody Mary and I had the cheese burger well done with a coffee. Excellent customer service. Everyone is extremely friendly and are always willing to help. Every time we come we usually wait about 30-40 minutes ( we come on a Saturday) but the wait is so worth it. They are known for their 1 pound homemade Burger, AKA Terminator. I personally get their turkey dinner, slices of Turkey covered with turkey gravy, homemade mashed potatoes, veggie and cranberry sauce. Hits the spot! It was very good, though by calling it a special, I interpret that to be a special price for something that normally costs more, but this was a reduced portion of the usual breakfast. Eh. Look this place is a diner by definition. This place has more bad that good but they have some hits (buffalo chicken sandwitch, green chili chicken soup, simple breakfast items, mass produced sweet potato fries) but the misses (the spaghetti, the 'brownie' which is not a brownie, the God awful steamed frozen mixed vegetables on the side, ect) suck. But it works for somewhere to sit down at 3 am and have a meal so, props for that. read more

*Post-shutdown review* Been here several times and never had a problem with anything or anyone. In fact, had my 5 star review in drafts after bringing my hubby here for a pre-Father's Day dinner. However, after our visit tonight, I had to deduct 2 stars due to crappy service by our waitress. :( The service: We arrived and a hostess showed us to our table. Less than 5 minutes later, another couple were seated in the booth next to us, so the same waitress helped both of our tables. Now, one of our favorite things here is the small loaf of bread that arrives warm and ready for the butter to be spread on it - see the picture! At any rate, my husband ordered the soup of the day and a dinner salad, in addition to our entrees (NY steak and eggs). When we were served the soup and salad, we did not get the little loaf of bread at the same time. So we waited. Meanwhile, the couple next to us had not only got their soup and appetizers BEFORE us, they were also served TWO loaves of bread. It was not until AFTER my husband finished his soup and salad, that our waitress was finally close enough so that I could ask her for bread - no apology that she hadn't brought it with our soup and salad, just a nonchalant "I'll get that for you." Sidenote: a gentleman had arrived after us and had been seated to the other side, and although he was waited on by another waiter, he even got bread before us too! [Note - we still left her a tip, even though the service wasn't up to par. We rarely ever not tip.] All the other staff were great, from the hostess to the busboys and cashiers. Indeed, the saying is true "one bad apple ..." Social distancing: All staff wear masks and gloves, signs on the floor asking people to stay 6 feet apart in line, and certain tables are closed off and shields between booths. Food: I've never had anything bad here. My favorite is the NY steak and eggs and the steak is a good size. Tonight, however, both mine and my husband's hashbrowns were burnt (see pic); so burnt that I had to cut off the top layer so that I could bite through it. First disappointing encounter with food here, but it wasn't as bad as some other places I've been so I must say that it didn't factor into the 3 stars given. Would I recommend this place? YES, without hesitation, just hope that whoever waits on you provides better service than our waitress tonight. Will we return? YES. The food is great, the atmosphere is great, but next time, we will ask to be seated in someone else's area. read more

This is definitely my go-to place when I want comfort food or late night food! Open 24 hours, Café Bellini is located inside the Western Village casino right off of exit 19 on i-80.  If you are going just to eat (which I do often), the restaurant is on the other side of the little café and ice cream shop.  Café Bellini and Western Village are comparable to the Café Milano in Peppermill, which are the same company.  Western Village is just a smaller, cheaper version.  Western Village can get a bit busy, but I usually get seated promptly.  They have a lot of specials going on monthly, and even late night specials but they do get updated so check out their menu.  They have a large selection of breakfast dishes, appetizers, salads, sandwiches, and entrees.  All for a good deal too.  Their plates are all under $10.  I have tried almost everything off their menu and have never been disappointed.  They have large portions that you cannot finish in one sitting, which I love good food, lots of it, and for a cheap price!  I love their appetizer platters, salads, sandwiches, and large entrees. They also have a dessert menu, which is overwhelmingly good, you'll find yourself forcing to finish it because it's so big!  They have good service but I do not recommend sitting at the bar cause wait time tends to be longer up there.  I have been here about a hundred times and I am never disappointed! So we were out late and wanted some sandwiches - this place came up - we arrived up at 345 am - we were told they open at 4am. We waited - 4 am rolls around, and we order to go. We wait 25 more minutes... the staff was pretty rude and questioned me when I left a tip .. "well who is that for ??" Hahah this was from a 16 yr old with long acrylic nails. I gotta say - for having been, basically the first people, to order for that shift - the food was cold, old , and origins untold lol. It was rough! I came here on my birthday to check the casino out and we decided to eat at this cafe. We were seated by a manager and our server took a while to get to me. Assuming I was waiting for another person even tho I wanted to order appetizers. She took my appetizer order then we ordered a Philly cheesesteak. Took a while for our appetizer. Then as the appetizer was brought to us. Shortly after I see our food in the window and for about 25 mins my entree sat there. By the time our server Maria took other tables and did whatever. Our lunch was dying in the window. When she finally brought our food the bread was soggy and the fries were cold. We asked for a club sandwich instead with no tomatoes. When our club arrives it has no mayo and still cold fries. Honestly it was probably the same fries from the previous plate. At this point I'm hungry and I ask for mayo since there was no mayo on my sandwich and I only asked for no tomatoes. Then as I'm putting mayo on 3 slices of bread that I'm paying $20 for this entree I just said to myself ya know what. I don't deserve this kind of service or incorrect meal orepration on my birthday. So I tell my server I'm unhappy and I just would like to pay for my wings and leave. She tells me to wait a min. I just get up and go to the register. There I meet Alexander the assistant manager. I tell him what happened and all he said is I'm sorry to hear that. Not sincerely at all. And I tell him I just want to pay for what we ate which were wings it's my birthday and I'm going somewhere else where I can enjoy a properly prepared meal. So he walks away to chat with the server. The server said I asked for no mayo when I did not. And I was charged for sodas we didn't even drink. From the server to the manager the entire experience was ridiculous. We came out of our way to visit this casino because it was recommended by other patrons but whatever you do do not visit this place and have maria. She had no sense of urgency whatsoever. And had no care that the food sat in the window forever and no one else brought our food to us. All the other servers got their food out to the customers as soon as it came up basically. Maria wasn't busy. She also didn't listen to what we wanted to order she was too busy leaving the table with the plat to get the order correct. And the manager Alexander has no clue how to successfully handle a complaint and win the customer over. I shouldn't have been charged for sodas we didn't drink. There was no compassion at all. He said sorry because he felt he had too I was almost in tears. This is the worst service and experience I've had a a casino I'm restaurant. So beware and dine at your own risk. read more

My dad turned me on to Western Village Coffee Shop last year. I have to say, it's good food at a good value with good service. Their Reuben is SO good! Meat is tender and lean, not tough or fatty. Definitely recommend it. Also their Cod dinner is super tasty. Huge portion, cooked tender and flaky. Never been disappointed because they aim to please if you ever do have an issue. read more

Came on a a Friday night for an early dinner. Parking was a nightmare but we were seated immediately. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our Server Carlo greeted us and took our drink order. He quickly returned and points out the weekly specials. My husband ordered the fried chicken and I opted for the chicken Marsala special. Clam chowder came out first and what a delight! Large bowl of hot soup full of clams and flavor. Also a hot bread loaf was great. Our food come out soon after and we were shocked as fried chicken ordered at other restaurants is usually at least a 1/2 hour extended wait. My chicken Marsala was unexpected. Served with mashed potatoes and brown gravy. The flavor was amazing and the chicken cooked correctly. Glad Carlo had recommended it. All around a great dining experience. It was such a welcome experience because as locals we eat in casinos a lot and most have very bland food and bad service. Café Bellini never disappoints. Awesome staff as usual and food always prepared quickly as ordered. I've eaten chorizo and eggs before with tortillas but, seen they offers it in a skillet. Been here multiple times and the pictures are some of my favs. So took one for the team and tried it. Was not disappointed! It was cooked perfectly, if you've eaten chorizo before you know it's usually very oily. Not this Skillet, was not oily at all even after being tossed with the hash browns. A must try! read more

This is one popular restaurant. We arrived at noon and there was a forty minute wait. I think this restaurant is popular with the senior citizens because they give 2f for 1 coupons and senior discounts. Located in the Western village, this restaurant used to be called the vineyard. They have renamed it and redecorated it, and it is extremely beautiful. The only thing I do not like is the walk through the casino and the stench of cigarettes everywhere. Serving breakfast,lunch and dinner, they seem to be busy all the time. We had a thirty minute wait,but after that were seated right away. I ordered a tuna salad sandwich with fries. It's been a while since I ate here. Breakfast was ok. Ordered my eggs over medium, however they came out not even over easy. The white wasn't all the way cooked and the yolk very runny. I prefer my white to be cooked. I like over easy eggs but ordered over medium because it seems most places when you order over medium it comes out more over easy. The flavor to me was bland. Service wasn't too bad considering they were busy. They do have good Bloody Marys so guess that made up for my eggs mishap. read more
