It wasn't the best at all. Terrible customer service, the lady's all had some type of attitude when we asked about the drinks. We got our coffees but they were flavorless. We asked for more pumps that we wanted to pay for but they just gave us some cups with barely anything in it. They made us feel uncomfortable by the way they kept watching us try our coffee and such. After waiting 20 min for my drink, I approached the counter and asked if they could check on it. She rolled her eyes and asked my number. I said 39 and she said "I'm already on 55" like it was somehow my fault. My buzzer never went off and I was standing there the entire time and she never made it. She just continued on making other drinks without saying anything. Another worker then started it and then started making other drinks. I told my husband I was getting in line for a refund. LavAzza is located in Eataly at the Park MGM and is right next to the street entrance. This area has a street market kind of feel and has tons of Italian eatery eye candy to enjoy so the ambiance is a home run. The line was pretty long and it brings you along all the bakery case goodies you can drool over. I somehow made it past it all without ordering anything but coffee! The girls working behind the counter were moving the line along nicely and were very attentive, fast and helpful. I ordered an espresso with some Sambuca and a medium coffee. After a couple of minutes my order was ready. The espresso was perfect, strong, fresh, dark and had just the right splash of Sambuca in it. Made me long for some fresh biscotti. Beware of the coffee line at Cafè Lavaaza. It gets super long! You will need some patience to wait in line here. It's a small cafe & there's lots of patrons definitely needing some coffee. You'll have some time to check out the pastries. But once you reach the pastry counter, the line goes by quickly. You have to wait for your drink order. Then you head to another counter & still wait for your food. Unless you just ordered pastries. There's some seating if you find some near the cafe. Otherwise there's plenty of seating around Eataly. I don't remember how my coffee was, but it was definitely needed. I got a basic medium latte. Plus I wanted something other than Starbucks since that was what I had the previous day. We ordered house made breakfast paninis. We got the Pancetta & the Pomodoro + add bacon. We devoured it! They were good & filling. Just emptied my pockets @ a lil over $40 for 2 sandwiches, a water & a medium latte. You're in Vegas, expect this! Plus I gave a tip, idk why. Of course when you pay, the TIP is on the screen when you pay, so I must of accidentally hit the suggested tip amount, so it was close to $50. Wow! :/ Opps, Smdfh!... Had to take a moment to drop a little review for LavAzza because this place is one of my favorite spots to visit in Vegas, and I haven't shown it enough love. This is the coffee/pastry shop located in Eataly inside Park MGM. They have the best Italian desserts and cakes, and I know I'm weird but my absolute favorite is the orange poppyseed cake - nobody does it better! I also love pretty much everything else I've ever tasted there. Super pricey, but you really don't need much to satisfy because the flavors are so decadent. Their coffee is really good, and service is excellent. The added bonus is that in the mornings this place has a stand right up the stairs from the main location that serves breakfast sandwiches. They have one called Pomodoro which is fried eggs (prepared to your liking), cheese and tomatoes and it is absolutely divine! They are only open in the morning though, so get up early and grab you one! If you're ever looking for a pick me up on the strip or some goodies to take back to your room for a late night snack, this is a great place to grab your stash. They don't stay open super late though, so plan accordingly. read more

I am pleasantly surprised with LavAzza and happy to know there is a great breakfast spot right on the strip that, considering the pricing, is pretty affordable with the quality ingredients they use. We stopped by around 8:30am and it was already packed with a line of people. They have pastries, breakfast sandwiches, and coffees clearly displayed on menus and in cases. We decided on two breakfast paninis, the prosciutto and pancetta, two pastries and two coffees which came to about $55. For the pastries, we tried the brioche filled with custard. Although the brioche was light and fluffy, it's sad how little custard they injected into just the top and middle portion. We also tried the cornetto al grano arso which is a burnt wheat croissant with a white chocolate glaze. The croissant was soft and fluffy but didn't really have any different flavor. As for the paninis, we loved them! And they're huge! Each is filled with two fried eggs, meat, cheese, and in between really great bread. The breads are soft on the outside and crisped up on the flat top. Eggs are cooked perfectly with the runny yolks, on one they add a crispy parmesan which is amazing, and the meats were plentiful. The "pancetta" is thick crispy bacon while the prosciutto is thin sliced, meaty, and so savory. Overall, a great option for breakfast and the Eataly in Vegas is one of the best designed places I've seen to sit back and relax. read more

Absolutely delicious and smooth espresso. It was worth the wait in line! I tried the frozen cafe drink which was a blend of espresso and milk, but it was also sweet! I normally don't care for overly sweet beverages, but the espresso was strong enough to balance the sweet. Very creamy, smooth, and almost felt like I was having ice cream for breakfast. I can't see myself ordering one of these daily, but I would give up a dessert or 2 to indulge in this drink once in awhile. They have a ton of beautiful pastries and sweets that were reasonable priced. I tried a delicious chocolate and caramel tart. It was oh so rich and orgasmic to my taste buds. If you are looking for breakfast and good coffee. This place is a good destination. Not many hotels on the strip have good coffee. Many of the coffee shops look good but the taste is horrible! And they have no espresso machines or baristas that can actually pull shots. "Lavazza"- This place has really good coffee... it might not be perfect but as a coffee snob like me lol this place is one of the best places on the strip. I mean...they actually have a legit espresso machine....not some automatic machine. And Lavazza is a big coffee company from Italy. I recommend it for espresso people... I got an iced latte with oat milk. It was medium roasted ... They use Oatly oat milk so it's creamy, not grainy or watery like some places. There are a lot of pastries here. And you can also get panini. Menu is on the top of the pastry shelf. We got a few croissants...one filled with custard, one with Apricot, and one with ham and cheese. All were so yummy. Let me preface this with the fact that I have a hard time making decisions especially when it comes to food and drinks. I just want to try everything. Of course there was a line for this place. I don't mind waiting in line but when there is a line of people behind me. I feel anxious and pressured to pick quickly. While I wait in line I take photos of the pastry items I am interested in. That way I can choose from the photos on my phone rather than having to be in someone's space trying to point back to the display case I already passed. I was unsure of how to properly pronounce the names of the items. So I had a bit of a hard time ordering. The woman helping me seemed annoyed and unhappy to be working there. Then I got to the cashier who gave off the same vibes. I asked which drink was the most popular or if the cashier had a recommendation. The cashier's response was that they did not have hot chocolate so the only drink they could make me was the Piemonte. At that point, I said sure and just ordered that. Since there was a big line behind me. I I should've been more prepared and taken a photo of the drink menu ahead of time so that I could've really thought about what I wanted. It was my own fault because as I was waiting for my drink. I realized what I ordered probably wasn't an iced drink. Then I saw the cold drink menu. My drink came out and it was really small. Like a shot of espresso and if I could apparently read. I would've known that. The Piemonte tasted really strong and bitter. The whole ordering experience really stressed me out with the line of people and the unhappy employees. I haven't tried all the pastries but will post a updated review when that happens. I was here for a short visit to grab some breakfast and coffee and had a pleasant experience. The Americana was excellent and the bacon cheese egg sandwich I purchased was delicious. There was an abundance of sweet treats that were exquisitely displayed and looked flawless, but I held restraint this particular morning. The people were nice and the atmosphere was open and airy with some good people watching if you like that sort of thing. For those who don't know coffee, Americanos are mostly WATER. Friend ordered a medium latte macchiato with the same shots and much more steamed half and half for $5.40. Makes no sense whatsoever. This is a cute bakery at Park MGM. The Americano was really strong and delicious! The pastry's and desserts look so yummy on display while you wait to order. The line was pretty long, so it was nice having some delicious-ness to look at. I tried the lemon sponge cake, and it tasted ok. I didn't really like the flavor. However, my boyfriend got the croissant with custard in the middle and it was phenomenal. I wish I ordered 2 of those! I'd suggest giving a few mini-pastries a try before you get the big ones or get a few large pastries and split them. read more

We've decided to try and have breakfast at LavAzza, instead of going out. We got the Funghi on Pesto Crepe and Cafe Mocha. The Crepe is juicy and cooked just right. The combination of Funghi, Provolone and Pesto Sauce taste great. The Cafe Mocha on the other hand taste like a watered down coffee to me, unfortunately. There's no coffee/chocolate creamy fusion taste. Service: Service was fast but the register person doesn't seem friendly. No smile, no greetings. Location: very convenient as it's inside Park MGM. The food displays are enticing. There's quite enough seating. All the tables and the surroundings is very clean, thanks to the cleaning lady that goes around to keep the area clean. This place just opened after it's Covid close and I was happy to get a good but somewhat expensive breakfast here. Walked up to the Lavazza counter at opening (7:00am) and was greeted by two friendly servers. My croissant breakfast sandwich with eggs and bacon was superb. The croissant was very light and fluffy, the eggs are perfectly scrambled and cooked, & the bacon had a very nice crunch to it. To counter the savoriness of the sandwich, I ordered a cream-filled and powdered croissant. Nice & smooth, and the pastry was very fluffy and light. Their 125yr-old recipe "Bicerin" Coffee drink was smooth and creamy going down. Definitely on the small side though. Considering you're still on the Las Vegas strip, $20 for that breakfast was a pretty good value given the quality of the food. read more
