I've been coming to Carrabba's for many years. It has definitely changed over the years. Overall it has been a go to restaurant. This location has its good days and bad days. But I'm judging it on todays service. As were coming in it didn't look busy at all but the Hostess said they were serving a 35 seat table in the back so they were short with servers and it would be an extra 15 minute wait so we decided to sit at the bar. Not our first time doing this. I recognized our Bar tendor who served us the last time we sat at the bar and she's very attentive. They serve warm bread wraped and the server presents a small plate with seasoning on it and pour olive oil on it to dip your bread in. Delicious. We never have room for an appetizer so the bread is all we need to start with especially if you get an entrée served with a salad. They were featuring a Beef Short Rib in Marsala wine sauce on Garlic Mashed potatoes with sweet carrots so that was my pick for the evening. Overall the dish was delicious however some peaces of my short rib had a crusty edge and not tendor throughout the meat. But the flavor I'm used to was spot on. It wasn't overly fatty either. My wife usually gets a pasta dish and she got the Shirmp and Scallop alla vodka. It's too soupy for me but she enjoys it. Overall our visit was pleasant and I had nothing to bring home. read more

May 2,2025 This was our first visit to Carrabba's. Initially, we were heading to Chipotle, but we made a last minute decision because they are right next door, to just sit and hang out. It's about a quarter to five, so we beat the early dinner crowd. Perfect for an after work relaxing meal with my son after dealing with rowdy students on a Friday. The service from the start was mid, despite there not being very many people, but I'm hanging out with my youngest son, so we aren't in a rush. We order crab cakes and receive the bread, salad and soft drinks. I ordered an additional drink because I wanted to try the strawberry lemoncello. A different server brought a smoky kind of drink to the table, but I told her that we didn't order that. She never sat it down and left. Remember that. We ordered our mains, my son ordered lamb chops with Alfredo, and mashed potatoes. I say to the waitress that I will like that exact same order, but as a to go order for later. She debated with herself whether she should put it in now, but tell them to make it later or to just wait all together. She decided to wait because it wasn't busy. I ordered the trio. We ate just a few bites of our meal and asked for to go boxes. She brought the boxes and the check. My son paid the check and included for her a $30 tip. We sat waiting because we needed the to go meal. After he paid, I asked to see the itemized check and that's when I discovered that not only had she not included the extra meal, but she added that smoky drink that we never placed with her in the first place. How did that get added to our bill? I told my son to always check before just paying. Then thinking back on this whole experience, she never once came back to check on us or ask how the food was. It was other servers refilling drinks. I had to flagged her down to ask about the bill. She made her way to everyone else to check on them, but us. After telling her about the errors, she was like , I will put it in as the $10 entree and it won't take that long. By now the restaurant is packed. We sat there for another 30 to 45 minutes with nothing else. No drink refills, water or anything!! We are just sitting there! I was pissed! When she finally brought the meal, it the lamb chops, broccoli, and a small container of mashed potatoes. This is not what I initially ordered. She was totally incompetent for this and my son STILL tipped her the $30 on the reprinted bill. We chose to visit and spend our money here. I want the service and quality for my money. I'm good on Carrabba's and she benefited from my son's generosity because she definitely didn't deserve that tip! I let it slide because it's rare that I get to hang out with my son on a Friday before I head out of the city, and I didn't want to ruin our time together complaining about her service. I haven't been to this Carrabba's in a bit but the Johnny Rocco Salad left me a little disappointed. I love the dressing because it's light and doesn't overpower the salad. Today the scallops and shrimp were over seasoned and very salty. Typically there's just a light seasoning on it. I was there for a book club meeting so I didn't say anything to my waitress. She was very attentive and just a real peach. We all loved her! I asked others how their meals were and they were pleased. I think if I had said something, they would have remade it for me. They are working together to provide a good experience, my issue is the condition of the place. Let's do a walk-thru. Before you get to the front door has the boss noticed the five packs worth of cigarette butts out front? How about how dirty that red concrete has gotten (again with weather worn butts and this time trash as a highlight)? Inside, the staff is missing a table cleanup helper. I saw one trashed table sit the entire time we were there untouched. The floors throughout are a mess and the men's room is disgustingly dirty. Food was a solid 4 stars, our waitress a 3.8 stars but the lack of cleanliness is the killer here. Two star gift. read more

I have not been to a Carrabba's in quite some time and I was fancying their Pollo Rosa Maria. We had some time to kill while waiting on a flight so we thought we'd give it a try. BIG Mistake! This chain has gone down hill, small portions compared to a while back and my son's chicken parm was inedible. So disappointing. I haven't been to Carrabba's since 2010. I can't have gluten anymore so that negates a vast majority of pasta from my diet. Found out that they have gluten free pasta here, so I was happy and hoped for the best with taste and texture. I ordered the Sparkling Tuscan lemonade, without the sparkling. I think the bartender forgot the shit because I couldn't taste anything, so the server brought it for me. Definitely good. I wasn't able to eat the bread brought to the table which was a bummer. Consider making gluten free bread since there's gluten free pasta available? I had a salad, and took off everything on it since I can't have croutons, tomatoes, or cheese, and I don't like cucumbers. I tried the Filet and Shrimp pasta Toscana. The bowties were gluten free. Unfortunately it wasn't cooked right in some portions of the pasta. It was hard and crunchy so I couldn't eat 1/8 of it. The person I went with ordered ravioli and minestrone soup. They enjoyed it. The decor is nice. And they also have adjustable lighting for ambiance. The food it's self was actually a really good. One person had to get her meal warmed up but did said how terrific it was. The rest of the party got chicken which was really tender. However our server Glen was not in any hurry for anything. My water was completely empty 3 times for more than 5 minutes. I also asked for parmigiana and he told me he would be right back. He never came with it. It's an Italian place. They should be required to carry when they bring any meal. When I asked for water he said he would tell the drink expeditor. To me that was definitely the problem. He relied on them way too much. Great food but terrible service. read more
