Child's spaghetti. Forgot to photograph the rest. Everything was perfect!

My waitress was Emily C. She was above awesome! Everything was perfect and quick!! Couldn't be more impressed. Thank you Emily C.

I'm genuinely shocked at what I received for $55. I ordered three of the same meals, but what showed up was an absolute embarrassment. The portion sizes were pathetic (what meat?), the quality was nowhere near restaurant-grade, and the whole order looked like something thrown together with zero care or effort. For the amount of money I spent, I expected real meals -- not these tiny, low-quality scraps. Nothing about this order justified the cost. I've bought better food from gas stations. Honestly, the presentation alone made me lose my appetite. I don't know how this business thinks this is acceptable. Whether it's poor management, lazy prep, or total disregard for customers, it shows. If this is what $55 buys, I'd hate to see what they send someone who spends less. Save your money. Save your time. This place is a complete rip-off and an absolute disappointment.

I was so excited for MVR after not having it for years. It was just okay and not nearly as good as it used to be. Entrees served with a salad which consists of bagged lettuce and a few baby tomatoes

Love the food here and this past visit was no exception! Our sever was Jenna and as always, she was fantastic! She is the friendliest and most attentive server I've ever had here or even many other restaurants. She always makes sure we have everything we need before we even have to ask. I ordered the Italian fried greens as my appetizer and they were great. Bursting with flavor and seasoned to perfection with garlic and a few red pepper flakes and of course a sprinkle (or 15) of Parmesan cheese. MVR has some of the best wedding soup in the valley and I'm so glad they started making it again recently. Both my guest and I ordered the spicy bow ties for our entrees , but I substituted tortellini for the bow ties in mine. We both agreed that the dish tasted great and we both left full, with enough to take home for lunch the next day. I wish it were a little busier for their sake because they have a great thing going as they have for years! We never hesitate on dining here or even ordering take out and will be back soon!

My rating hasn't changed since my initial review in 2011. We visited about a week ago for dinner on a week night. Wasn't too busy and we were immediately seated. Our waitress was friendly and attentive throughout our visit. We started off with an appetizer of their homemade Italian greens which are some of the best in our area . Simply delicious. Now, I usually go with the Tressel Tortellini but I decided go with the Veal Parmesan this time. Slightly disappointed in that it wasn't an actual veal cutlet as the menu describes but rather more of a veal patty, With that said, it was decent portion and their delicious sauce with a side of penne made up for this minor disappointment. Great place to eat and is one of a few staples in downtown Youngstown.

Ate here Saturday evening, wow!! Our memorable experience began with the help of Cameron (our server), she was fantastic, knowledgeable, attentive & personable. The food here was on point, everything we ate was cooked to perfection & tasted great.. Meatballs were very tender & tasty, pizza was crispy bottom & airy dough. They smother the fried cheese in sauce. Italian wedding soup was a winner also. We had a veal sandwich & it was very good too, smothered in sauce also. (No picture) Will definitely be back... Thanks & Stay safe!!

I had the jumbo garlic scampi which was good and full of garlic. And also the small entrée Tavola salad it was only three bucks, but surely not worth that. It was good and the full size salad was probably worth a go. The espresso butter cake was very tasty but not $16 tasty. It was very relaxing at the corner of the bar, but still quite loud.

I had to leave by 630am so I was in a rush. Now let's address the coffee. It was undrinkable, disgusting. The coffee was lukewarm at best and it tasted like dirt. No flavor other than an overwhelming taste of soil. I'm not sure if the beans are old or the machine needs cleaning but I don't think I've tasted such bad coffee before (maybe at a Motel 6 -years ago). Serving in a styrofoam cup was also very unpleasant. Now let's talk about the cost. This was nearly $11 ($1 tip). I wish I could have gone back and gotten my money back because this latte went straight to the garbage can. So disappointing especially since it's a fancier restaurant in a nice hotel. I've never given a 1 star in all my years of writing reviews. Most times I give the place the benefit of the doubt but this was too awful to not be straightforward.

Destiny was a terrific server. We enjoyed our entrees (salmon for me and a steak for my husband). The drinks were very reasonable. The salad was generous. I absolutely wish that, I could give this zero stars. My Husband and I ordered takeout, not once but…read moretwice! Both times were absolutely horrendous. Ordered there "famous" Station Square Charred Ribeye and Prime Rib Au Jus and neither of them had any flavor at all. My husband said it tasted like steak from Ponderosa back in the day and he was absolutely right. We also ordered the lamb lollipops that were dry, had absolutely no flavor. The little bit of juice from the lamb had soaked into the instant mashed potatoes, that are underneath?? it's an appetizer?!? They tasted like paste!!! The most flavorful thing we got was the Ajou sauce which I ordered an extra side of it/paid for the up charge and they were extremely rude about it. It was extremely overpriced and nothing was good! We won't be returning. As a young child, I used to eat there a lot with my family, but I see things have changed tremendously.

Have been going here my entire life and will continue to do so. I have never once had a bad…read moreexperience or bad, cold food. From the bread and oil to the salad served in the chilled metal bowl with that phenomenal dressing you just can't go wrong eating here. I recommend a few dishes. #1: Always my number 1 go to and what I always order when dining in is the Chicken Marsala. They make it different from other restaurants because they don't do a reduction with their sauce but rather they thicken and sweeten it making it amazing. I order extra sauce which is pricey at $5 for the sauce but it's worth it I feel. Try the potatoes as the side dish. #2: If you like seafood fry their Linguini and Clam sauce. It's amazing! #3: If you're looking for pizza, you HAVE TO get their Brier Hill with extra cheese. Best BH pizza i've ever had. They have a sweeter sauce and I personally like that with my Brier Hill pizza. It's definitely worth trying and reasonably priced. Bottom line, don't let the negative reviews here turn you away before trying for yourself. I assure you if you try their Chicken Marsala or Chicken/Fish Francaise you will not be disappointed. If you don't, I will pay for your meal! Just call my secretary.
