First time newbie and was a little confused with how it works. Staff could of been a little more helpful but they were quick to move the line. Look at the menu ahead of time so you know what to do. Also get a pita on the side to enjoy along side the bowl. Its extra but worth it. I ordered a bowl and I did half and half with greens and brown rice. Next time I will be sure that they seperate the two instead of putting the rice on top of the greens. I did two proteins half chicken and half sweet potatoe. Then I added a few toppings and sauces. It was so good. I washed ir down with a lavendar lemonade. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that and my bowl could have used a little more protein for the price. Staff could also be more helpful for the newbies. 5 stars for the drink options. Lots of special drinks.

I stopped by CAVA for a quick bite of something healthy, and because it's been a while since I've gotten it and wanted to try it out again. This location is pretty big and clean. I'm also glad they kind of increased the font on menus so my blind ass can actually read it and order food (I stg it was like 10pt font on the menus on the wall). I ordered the harissa chicken power bowl which came with harissa honey chicken, white sweet potato, crazy feta, hummus, avocado, new sumac slaw, new power greens, skhug, and yogurt dill sauce. Refreshing and delicious while fairly hearty from the potato and avocado. At $20 a bowl though... kind of rough for the amount of food you get. Service was good, they even offered to replace the feta with hummus when I asked for no feta.

First time at Cava. I was on a limited dietary intake. I ordered just the rice and chicken. The chicken was delicious and tasty. The food was crazy and warm. The service was excellent and the service was willing to answer all my questions. There is plenty of eating area inside and on the patio. Definitely will be back.

Although there was a long wait (25 minutes) I love this spot! Their food is always fresh and fulfilling. I recommend the Honey Harissa chicken and the classic pita chips.

This was my third visit to this CAVA location. The first two experiences were okay. This time I experienced great customer service and no attitudes from the employees. I will be honest employees usually don't like it when customer use rewards. They give attitude or pretend they don't know how the reward system works. This time everything went smoothly with no issues. For food, I really enjoyed my chicken + rice bowl. Everything tasted good. Food was flavorful and portion wise was really good. For ambiance, this location has indoor and outdoor seating area. There are plenty of seating area inside and tables are clean. The only issue is parking. It is usually hard to find a parking spot close by or in front of the store. If you don't mind walking, I would suggest park farther and walking to the store.

Stopped here while driving on the 5 north. Parking for this area was really hard, kind of a nightmare so the location is hard to get to. After we finally parked, We waited in line for about 15 mins which felt a bit long, there was only 2 people in front of us. The seemed to have a lot of online orders that take priority. The workers themselves were fine, not overly friendly but just doing their job. The food itself was not great, we got 2 menu chicken bowls instead of a pick the items yourself style. The disappointment came biting into the rice and finding pieces that were so hard I was worried about breaking a tooth. Both our bowls had this rice issue. But we were already back on the road, no point to go back to get a new bowl etc. I was excited to stop at cava because when they first opened in Orange County the high quality of the food and flavors was amazing, so that makes the low quality for the food so disappointing

I recently visited Cava and had a great experience overall. If you're looking for a quick, fresh Mediterranean-style meal, this spot is definitely worth checking out for a quick healthy meal. You can order your meal in person and online for pickup. Cava offers a variety of pita wraps and salad bowls, with both curated options and the ability to fully customize your own bowl. I appreciated having the flexibility to either choose one of their recommended combinations or build something from scratch depending on what I was craving. The ingredients tasted fresh, and there were plenty of toppings and spreads to choose from, which made it easy to create a meal with my favorite ingredients. The location I visited is in a great spot and has both indoor and outdoor seating, which is a nice bonus. It's a convenient place to grab lunch or dinner, whether you want to sit inside or enjoy the weather outside. In their team, Luigi guided me through the build your own pita process. If you don't know what you would like, ask them how they might build theirs. Dejah gave me an amazing service at the very end with the most glorious wrapping job. I got a LOADED pita and she wrapped it with ease. Overall, Cava is a solid choice if you're in the mood for a customizable Greek style meal with fresh ingredients and plenty of options! You have to try their Pita chips with the Garlic dressing and Skhug.

I come to this CAVA frequently! The staff is always super helpful and friendly. Today I especially appreciated Mykara's help at the cashier because I went up a few times to ask for things. The food is always fresh and hot and the staff does a great job with upkeep of the serving station. I personally have not been eating meat much for the month of January, and have come discover that the falafel is really tasty! The new (limited) sumac sour cream and onion pita chips are a hit in my book! The outside patio and the indoor seating are both cute and quaint. I will be back! This time I had the pleasure of bringing my mother and she loved it all!

It was my first time. I wanted to try something new and always see CAVA bags on social media. I didn't know what to expect. I did a build your own bowl. Spinach, rice, chicken, veggies, avocado, and (I forgot the name of the dressing). It was fresh and the veggies were better than the chicken. The dressing was delicious. It was a little pricey considering the serving size. But definitely worth the try.

The team gives great customer service, and also help us decide on what we might like. Ambiente 10/10, food is great cava standards.

After reading all these reviews now I see, I'm not the only one that thinks this location is horrible. Poor customer service, including the manager. And every single time that I've ordered online, my Bowl is always missing something. And when I call them, it's always the same excuse. "We're out of that item." You would think they would offer you something else, or refund it. But instead, they allow you to pick up your Bowl. Make it all the way home to realize that you're missing your protein. I've never had this problem in the Porter Ranch or studio city location. read more

I understand that this is a new location but please train your staff to know what's extra and what's not. The guy who made my bowl tried to tell me that extra rice and lettuce cost extra in the build your own bowl. My husband and I ate here for lunch about a month ago and it was great. Personally, I really enjoy being able to pick the food that I want and don't want. Love being able to build my own bowl. Is it kind of pricey? Yeah, but I was full when I finished and I never would have chopped all that stuff up for a salad at home. Definitely would never make all those dips/dressings. We sat outside which was also nice. The service was fine. I mean, it's like a cafeteria line. Like Chipotle, almost...and like Chipotle I felt like the portions could have been bigger. I got a salad and there was so little lettuce. What a weird thing to skimp on. Everything tasted great though. read more

One of my favorite places to eat at. recently just opened in the burbank empire plaza located across from the starbucks. ample parking or park across in the other lot and walk over. It's a mediterranean version of Chipotle. All bases start at $12.85 with choice of grilled chicken or falafel for no additional cost. I got the spicy lamb meatballs for an extra $2.65 w/ the safron basmati rice. You get three choices of dips or spreads and unlimited toppings. The garlic dressing and lemon herb tahini are my favorites. Solid lunch or dinner choice if you're nearby for errands or leaving the nail spa. read more

So happy that CAVA has a location here in the valley now. I'd highly recommend the Harissa Avocado bowl if you come here and the pita chips are a must! This location is fairly new and has a lot of seating. The workers are nice and seem to be doing well dealing with the business of the store. Will be back for more. read more

Might have to be the last time I go to this location. After opening up my bowl, I find a piece of hair in my bowl. On top of that, my pita chips were simply thrown into my bag with the paper cover flipped upside down for the pita chip. This location always seems like they're short staffed and always messy. I'm so excited about CAVA in Burbank! What a perfect addition to the area. I got the build your own bowl and as always every ingredient was super fresh. The inside is nice and big with lots of seats. Also, there is a large patio outside. Workers were real nice as well. Plenty of parking in the center but be mindful that it does get really busy in that area. read more

Love and hate this location. Every single time we get this girl with thick eyeliner (and acne) she always skimps out on our bowl. But today she gave the security guy in front of us a bowl that couldn't even close, didn't charge him for the extra protein she gave him and for us she barely filled our bowl halfway. She's stealing from the company I can imagine what she does for her friends. So I've been avoiding this location solely because of her. read more

I don't know if they're significantly understaffed on Saturdays in the role of who works with serving customers and building the bowls but there was a huge line and several employees standing around in the kitchen but not helping stepping up to alleviate the one line worker with a huge line of customers. Absolutely love the service at this location. We came at a busy hour of the night and Michael was patient and helpful. Very cheerful and kind. Max and De'jah were both amazing at team work. I just came for a quick bite with my husband after the gym so I was already hangry. But their kind energy pulled me out my funk and really made my husband laugh. This was one for the books! I made an online order to pick it up to quickly return to work. I spent $17 only to receive 4 thin slices of chicken and half of the veggies I ordered. The majority of my bowl was rice. They are hoping if you are too much in hurry to check your food, like me. CHECK your bag before your leave to keep them honest. I called the location and the manager was unbothered by my experience, meaning this happens a lot. Although a free meal was offered if I walk-in, I WILL NOT BE RETURNING to this location. Whole point of ordering online is so I do not have to walk-in. I made sure my co-workers knew of this experience. They will not be returning either. read more

DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION PLEASE READ For starters, this place is severely under-managed. I ordered my food today at 11:37pm & they had it ready for me at 12:30pm. The service is an absolute nightmare. All of the employees move in slow motion & have no sense of urgency. You'd think when the line for pick-up orders is out the door, you'd put more than 2 people on the online orders portion of your kitchen. The owners clearly have no idea to manage anything. I am assuming they are paying their employees little to none, as they all work with rudeness & pettiness. The owner(s) think it's a good idea to have 6 people in the kitchen at 12pm on a Friday... Cutting costs? Pocketing the extra money? The owner(s) does not even respond to negative reviews as they know every single bad review is correct. The food at this location is god awful compared to any other Cava location due to the owner(s). They chicken has the consistency of rubber, pita chips are always overcooked, etc. I could sit here all day long complaining about this location, but they won't do anything about it. Please save yourself the time, money & stress. Do NOT eat here. read more

I've been here 2 or 3 times and the food here is really good, but the employees have no sense of urgency. The last two times I've come here it wasn't too busy like maybe 3-5 people were ahead of me but I ended up waiting 15-20 min before I could be served, because all the employees moved so incredibly SLOW!! Today I watched an employee slowly lift a serving spoon, slowly put the food on the pita, then slowly put it back, it killed me. It seems like a majority of them have never worked in food service and wouldn't be surprised if that's the case. Today I walked in saw the long line, saw how slow the employees were going, and turned around. I think the employees overall are very friendly, but management needs to step up here and train their staff better. read more

Not heavy, just really well made. The owner is such a sweet lady, super welcoming and kind. You can tell she really cares.
