This place is horrible spent $56 on a medium pizza, 10 wings and breadsticks the only thing that was edible was the breadsticks. The driver knew when she was trying to take the pizza out of the bag that there was something wrong as it was leaking through the box the wings were raw and don't even look like they were put in the fryer and to top it all off was an hour and 20 minutes on delivery when they were only a mile and a half away from our hotel. read more

This place was an awesome surprise. I placed an online order for takeout and my pizza was done on time. The staff was great, two people checked on me and let me know that my order was nearly done. I ordered a small for two of us and it was more than enough with leftovers for lunch the next day. Underwhelming. We came in for dinner since we live super close and because of all the good reviews. When we came in we were greeted by the server/hostess that was eating the entire time we were there. Between bites she was seating people, giving refills and serving food I get this is a small local mom/pop shop but a little bit of professionalism wouldn't hurt. A lot of the reviews talked about how clean the restaurant is.. but the table we initially sat at had food on the floor around it. We opted for the meatball sandwich and fettuccine alfredo both were good but not great. I wish the sandwich had more sauce.. the garlic bread was good though. Just moved to San Antonio from Chicago Suburbs about a month ago. Was looking for something comparable to Giordono's, Gino's East, Lou Malnati's etc. Ordered a deep dish with beef and pepperoni. Was very surprised at how good it was. The pizza was very hot. The cheese was stretchy and gooey. The balance of sauce, cheese, crust, and toppings was good. My only issues were that the website we ordered with didn't properly update to give us a delivery time, and we felt it arrived a bit late. Despite a slow delivery time the pizza was still hot and fresh though. We will definitely be coming back for more. read more

I have ordered from here for years. Recently I ordered from them online and a few items that were not on the menu were posted on their online menu. Unfortunately when I went to pick up my order they said that they couldn't remove either the cheese sticks that they don't serve or the delivery fee since I picked it up. So I just gave them 10$ and got nothing for it. I had called and left my name with the store for a manger to reimburse me but I haven't heard anything. It's sad that a business that you supported will not do right by it's customer. I mean they could have done anything, offer something that was the same price as the money they couldn't refund or given me a voucher but they completely dropped the ball. The Chicago pizza does take 40 mins so if you have that in mind you can always preorder the pizza on the phone so it will be ready when you get there ! This business is very poorly ran. I ordered online and arrived at the quoted pick up time. The girl behind the counter stated they hadn't started my order and if I still wanted it. I asked how long would it take. She quoted another 35 minutes. I advised I would wait. After 30 minutes I went to the counter to check the status and was told they still hadn't started the order and it would be another 35 minutes. I asked for a refund and was told I would have to call the online 3rd party that they contract to get my money back. I am extremely disappointed with Chicago's Pizza. I ordered a chicken Cesar salad over the phone they told me it would take 10 to 12 min. Well it took me about 35 minuets to get there and the salad was not ready. I waited about 10 minutes before it was ready. I leave there to go back to work and eat, when I take what was supposed to be a Cesar salad out of the bag to eat, it wasn't even a Cesar's salad. It had tomatoes, carrots, and other things that you don't put in a Cesar salad among a lot of cheese that was melted and stuck together. I took it all out of the salad by the time I got down to what should have been an actual Cesar salad, most of the salad was gone not to mention me taking 2 bites of the chicken pieces that tasted like rubber. I threw the entire salad away. NASTY NASTY SALAD!!!! I will never order from there again. HOW HARD IS IT TO MAKE A CESAR SALAD!!! If I could rate it a negative 5, I would.
