I went to this Chick Fil A in mid 2022. I was treated horribly by the people working there for no other reason except that I am Asian. I initially chose not to talk about this, but my nine-year old brought it up to me yesterday (how horrible does an experience have to be for a child to remember what they experienced?). We went at around 8 and after having our order rudely taken by a guy named Octavio, we waited in line for our food. When I reached the window, a Black guy named Jonathan was working. He took one look at me (I'm Asian) and went back inside to get a face mask. When I asked him for three more sauces, he rolled his eyes and threw them into my car violently. My child was sitting in the back seat and first thought that something fun was going on. I would have left then, but then he started to "cough" in very exaggerated way into the mask he had gotten just for me. I did something very new to me--I became a"Karen." I asked to speak to a manager. At this, he said "for what? I gave you your food and the sauces." I asked again. He then says, "Aren't you all suppose to be shy or shit?" I was shocked. The mask anyone could write off, but this was unacceptable. I asked again and he told me to stop holding up his line and started yelling at me to leave. Near tears, I asked again for the manager. A white woman named Alyssa S. came out to speak to me. She purposely stood away from my window like I had a disease. Another white woman came from the inside to stand behind her. For what? I'm 5'1 barely 110lbs. I told her what Jonathan had said including him putting on a mask once he saw me. She first seemed to care, but when I pushed a little more for there to be immediate action, she got aggressive and told me that he had the right to say what he wanted to me and that I could leave. I told that this attitude was unprofessional and she called me a bitch. This time the woman who was standing behind her grabbed her arm and started to pull at her to go. I asked for her name and the phone number for a higher-up. She walked away and said to me over her shoulder "if you can open those eyes, you'll see it on the receipt." I went home shaking and crying the whole drive. I tried to keep it together the best I could for my child, but apparently it wasn't good enough because he remembers it and reminded me of it yesterday. I tried to shrug it off. I didn't want to complain, but I have come to see that this is not complaining. My husband encouraged me to post it on Yelp so that other Asian patrons are not shocked by the treatment they may receive here. I hope Jonathan and Alyssa S. one day receive the treatment they give to their Asian patrons. I have never went back and never plan to do so! 0/5 stars. read more

Damn this girl is PoPUlaaar. Prepare for a line out the door on a Friday-Sunday. Drive through comparable to In-n-out but more more efficient. Clean location and less sketchy than the Monterey road location- I'd op here. Solid food as expected but always check your bag before u leave- long line to get it corrected. read more

Always happy with their Chick-fil-A sandwiches, great comfort food and love their waffle fries and sauces. Yesterday was our first time visiting this Blossom Hill location. Drive thru looked super busy so we decided to do walk in, they have a nice app that needs to be downloaded if you want to pre-order and come in and do pick-up. We did take-out instead since we still had to download the app first. The line went super fast and was efficient. The poor guy could barely hear me with our masks on but he stayed very polite and patient and helped us the best way he could. What could use improvement is maybe marking down the areas where people allowed to stand and while they wait for their order. People were a little too liberal in where they stood and not necessarily respecting the distance. And even though there were clear signs to tell people not to lean on any dividers, people still ignore it. Keep each other safe people, and follow signs and help the staff do their work! read more

The food at Chick-fil-A is great. But the management team is just as outstanding as the food. Tonight, there was a problem with the Door Dash deliver of my Chick-fil-A sandwich to my home. After an hour, I called the restaurant and spoke to Lizzie. She handled my problem like a true professional, calming me down and explaining what recourse I had. At that point, I just had to have their sandwich. When I got there, sure enough Lizzie was there, recalling our conversation. After a little research, she remade my order, at no charge. The problem was not the fault of Chick-fil-A at all but they just wanted a happy customer. I have had nothing but good experiences at this restaurant, starting with our initial meeting with the owner operator Josh. Pretty good place overall. Just really hard to find anywhere to park and the drive thru is almost on par with in and outs. Inside was pretty packed, but we went about dinner time so it's to be expected. Been to this newer location a few times now and it's always been great. They are super busy yet still maintain a clean restaurant, quick service (considering how busy they are), and great food. The play area makes for a fun lunch/play date. I figured it was only fair to do this review as I just tried out the new Popeyes chicken sandwich a few days ago and had quite the opposite experience (that place was filthy, took 30 min with 1/4 of the people always at CFA, and they were out of many items). I'm not a huge fan of chicken sandwiches but everytime I come here I would get their deluxe chicken sandwich w waffle fries and i get speechless of how good it is. definitely eat it with their original sauce because it ties it all together! I am huge fan of Chick-fil-A, but this place has been disappointing a) the first time I ordered the breakfast biscuit with chicken and I got muffin instead of biscuit and this has happened twice here. b) I did a mobile order breakfast at 0950 and reached at 1012 and I was told sorry we are out of biscuits. c) Mobile order was placed for spicy chicken sandwich and I specified that I wanted it with cheese, tomato etc and it was just plain bun with chicken. Ok this was my last straw with this location. I find most inexperienced staff , callous attitude towards customers. I think this location may be struggling to handle the volume of business. They used to always get the order correct and we never had an issue with the quality or quantity of food. Because of this week ordered or used the drive thru pretty regularly. But in the past few months, every order has had a problem. From fry container not filled to sauces and dressings not included and most recently part of the order not delivered at all. Recently we made the mistake of ordering in the app, thinking the service might be better than through doordash and part of the order was missing. At least with doordash you can quickly reach support for assistance. They guys do not answer their phone and their national customer service line has someone email you days later. In the meantime, you have paid for food you did not receive. Your only options are to drive over and try to speak to someone from a distance or wait in the long line to try to get the food you paid them to deliver. Basically they provide no customer service. Its a shame! But I guess nothing last forever. Fortunately shake shack has opened nearby. read more

I usually never have a problem with this chick-fil-a but sadly today was my first issue i had. my boyfriend and I went to pick up a big meal for us and our family. Yet to find out when he got home they forgot my meal. So I called to see what they can do and all they said was to just come or they can give me a refund. I ended up driving all the way back to get it. Just for them to not help me for the first 10 minutes of me being there. (let alone I was literally standing right next to the counter looking at every employee walking by me and not one coming to help me) Then when I finally said my issue, the girl that was helping me was very confused and quickly dismissed me after saying to just go wait for my order to be made again. Not saying sorry for the inconvenience or even giving me a refund let alone a discount for my next order for having to drive back and forward between my house and chick-fil-a. I'm going to give it a full 5 stars coz we as a family LOVE their food. Having this location open up closer to where we live is so good. We went there on opening day, ordered in app and picked it up from the drive-thru. Although the pickup took a good 15-20 minutes, it was way shorter duration than I expected on Day 1. All of the employees are working so hard to get everything correct and I love the "my pleasure". Of course people are humans and mistakes are made. However, I love to see so many teenagers working for a change and not out getting into trouble. Food is great and always served fast. My favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich with an Oreo shake! I went in the drive thru and everything was great until a few minutes after, I dropped my fries. That was my bad. I came back asking if I could get new ones and showed them my receipt as well as the fries that didn't not fall. The boy taking the order was nothing but kind and tried to figure out the situation. He made me go to the cashier under the red umbrella to see if I'd get an answer by then. No answer. The girl named Claire was nothing but nice and even tried to get me a discount because their manager MADE ME PAY FOR NEW ONES. They said no. I used to work at McDonald's and stuff like that happened even in front of our faces sometimes. As long as it wasn't hours long we were always more than happy to give them the benefit of the doubt. This review is for the staff at this location. We were waiting in line near 10pm and ordered 2 chicken sandwiches and nuggets in the drive thru. When ordering, there was no mention that any food was running out. Even though it was close to 10pm, AGAIN, there was no mention of any food running out when we ordered through the drive thru. When we get to the window, the first thing that one of the workers says is there's no nuggets. Then, an employee named Maya says to the other employee that they are going to refund the nuggets. First of all, they didn't ask us if we wanted a refund. They just said to each other that they had to refund the order. Then, Janet, who I believe is the manager comes to the window and says there is nobody to make the nuggets, everyone goes home at 10pm. When we asked why didn't the person in the drive thru tell us that they ran out of nuggets, she says, THE KITCHEN DOESNT TELL US THAT THERE AREN'T NUGGETS. I don't get it? How does a fast food restaurant NOT communicate with each other. There definitely needs to be some training with how to speak/communicate with customers because the whole time they never took ownership for their faults. Then Maya proceeds to get in front of the manager and rush us away by just giving the bag of food to us, which was INCOMPLETE. They even FORGOT to give us our drinks that we paid for and the sauces that we ordered. To sum up, we are giving 2 stars, because the food wasn't the issue, it was the experience. read more

I live 30 minutes away from my nearest Chick- fil - A so if I decide to eat at home my food is going to be cold and it'll lose its nice textures. But, if I decide to eat on the lot the food is nice. The majority of the menu is chicken obviously but the thing with chicken is that they're usually dry so whenever I want some fast food Chik-fil-A is not worth the trip for me at least. read more

I have had multiple problems at this location since it opened in May 2019. The quality and food temperatures have been the biggest complaint here. Tonight we ordered two Spicy Chicken Deluxe sandwiches with added tomato. Only one came with the tomato. One of the sandwiches only had a half piece of chicken on it. The waffle fries were disgusting . They were barely warm and tasted awful. The Coca-Cola was very watery and non-carbonated. I have reached out multiple times to this location with no response. i ordered chick fil a on door dash and it was only my second time ever eating here . i literally choose a bunch of different sauces i wanted in my bag and they were ALL in the bag !! which usually isn't the case so that was awesomeness. Wow, what happened? I remembered when this place first opened it was filled with friendly staff and excellent service. Today I didn't even get a friendly greeting and the cashier just glared at me while the staff behind her were cackling to each other spanish. It's chick-fil-a so you know how it's going to taste 10/10 times, delicious. The issue here is the mistakes they make with drive thru orders. I've been here myself quite a few times now and they've repeatedly forgotten things from order. I can't tell you how many fries that I've paid for that have been left out of my order, it's a bit of a pattern.
