The chicken is made to order, so it will take a few minutes longer than ordering at fast food. The quality of the sandwich is why this place has 5 stars. The sandwich is huge! Chicken portion is generous! Bread was tasty, fresh and fluffy. But the chicken really stole the show- so crispy (but not hard) on the outside, and hot & juicy on the inside. The cheese sticks were crunchy with a gooey cheese pull. The French fries were simple, fried and salted up nice. The Kimchi Chicken Sandwich was enormous: dark meat chicken was juicy and breading held up nice to the sweet chili sauce and topped with fresh lettuce, pickled jalapeños and pickles on a chewy pretzel bun. What ever sauce they use is way too sweet and over powering and def needs some work. It tasted like they dunked my chicken in sweet and sour sauce and served it. It was overpowering, no crisp to the chicken just soggy overly sweet chicken. The fries here even sucked.. another item that was soggy and seemed to be drenched in oil. The fries tasted like they sat their all day they weren't even warm to touch it was room temp. And I ask myself out of all things how do you mess up fries? I bought a bunch of food wanting to really enjoy this new spot and all of it is going to the trash. Portions are huge but it's a big waste of money. Call ahead if dining in or picking up since they make everything fresh to order, usually takes around 15 minutes. Order the sauce separately so the crust doesn't get soggy if you get it to go. The dining area pumps good music but the decor is relatively simple and spartan. It's in an area that makes it easy to park to pick up and go so I would recommend that over dining in since the little stuff like drinks and side orders can add up quickly.
