Horrible horrible service. The waitress was incredibly rude and racist to my mom. We were about to leave and she threw the rag to the tables demanding her to go pay. My mom was going to pay at the front where she always does. We have been coming here ever since I was younger for about 10 years. She started calling her names about her race and the fact that my mom could not speak English. This place is HORRIBLE and a NIGHTMARE! Food was good. Came here a lot for food... til the last time I came, my friend and I got sick after we left THEN my mom got sick later on. Jeez... SERVICE: Waiters/waitresses are very rude and they never smile. One time a waitress was being very rude to my mom, I stood up for her. I've seen people's faces when their service suck. Also one time a waitress was being a racist to this oldest sister of a little brother and she was testing the sister over something. I felt bad.. anyways their service is CRAP!! BATHROOMS are filthy and always a mess! Sometimes toilets don't work due to overload toilet papers. Trashes are always full, never been replaced. Stinks in there as well. TIPS: never gave them tips. I tried to pick the best I could out of the buffet and crossed my fingers. The food was very questionable in the hot bar.. Everything covered in heavy sauces, i'm guessing to disguise what you're eating. The other half is fried to kill what might be lingering and then covered in sauce. Either way not good.. The sushi rolls that were there were not even grocery store quality. Flavorless and bland. I tried the fried rice and that was the best thing I ate. I mean how bad can you mess that up. I love this place. Ive been to many, many Chinese food buffets. This is one of my favorites. Its really grown on me. My husband and I have been coming her for about 5 years. We've gone for lunch, and for dinner. They really make sure that the food is constantly rotated out. There is A LOT of food to choose from. This is a very large place...plenty of seating. Im NOT crazy about the restroom...........I go in there to wash my hands. Otherwise,,,I avoid it. The service is good. Very friendly. I will warn you. If you go at dinner time...around 5,,,,ANYTIME...you will wait for a seat. It gets really, really busy. The longest we've waited is 15 minutes....but just want to give a heads up. My worst Chinese AYCE experience ever! I know that you have to go to these kind of places when they are busy or the food will be stale. And this place was reasonably busy when we arrived. First, the dishes that I sampled were flavorless. Not only flavorless, but the teriyaki chicken was very tough at the surface, meaning that it was overcooked. The BBQ beef rib that I took had some flavor but it was COLD! Not only was the rib cold but the Hot n Soy soup that I had was also cold. The worst part of my experience here was the tuna sashimi. Very fishy, meaning too old for serving raw. I did not eat all of the pieces that I had on my plate. I will admit that the battered shrimp tasted good but I ended up filling myself up on the coleslaw at the salad bar. read more

Good service but the food is so so. I check yelp and I think the lunch is around $9. Anyway, the lunch price is $10.95 right now, and $11.90 after tax, so I don't think it's a great deal for that. Ok the place from the outside I would have never in the world gone here but after a referral I decided to try it. I have been to a few buffet in my time and the food here is by far the best I couldn't fault anything, but the desert. All the food was fresh and ranged in several flavor spectrums. I tried almost everything and left nothing on the plate. Now there was nothing wrong with the desert just very basic buffet type desert. The service was really good too. Never leaving dirty plates on the table for more than a few minutes. The price was really decent too 37.00 for our entire family of 3. Now the reason for only 4 stars was thier bathroom need some real attention. Very dirty. And one of the employees just kind of picked sushi up with her hands and was walking around eating. One of the best ways to judge any restaurant is to look at the bathrooms ... By having clean restrooms it reflects the attention given to the place ... And food. The mens restroom had some kind of puddle ( more like a lake ) under the urinals ... Couldnt tell you if it was pee or water but it was troubling. Since i didnt pay for this lunch , i followed my group to the food. Thank god i had some kaopectate on hand in the truck. It has the usual chinese fare for a buffet - rice , chicken , shrimp and pork meat. Flavor was just above eating linoleum but average. The fried rice had bones in it - hard uncooked bits. The shrimp was ok and was the popular item. Calamari was dry and better for use in fishing off the pier with. Overall just a non memorable place. Ate one plate which is a crime in the buffet world but considering i didnt bring another pair of pants with me , i did not want to risk bloody diarrhea. Take it for what its worth. A plain lunch price is over $ 10 with just water . Pretty much a rip. Bring extra toilet paper. read more

Exceptionally good considering its a Buffett. Lol a lot of buffets food taste old, and left out all day. But this one was bomb. We came here with my family and it was delicious. Like for real. Everything was so fresh and the peopke who work there were very friendly and attentive and on too of it. There are other Chinese buffets that cost more and as a result are better. The food had no taste at all. Some of the meats were too dry. Also very greasy. The shrimp was unpeeled and tasteless. The shrimps with the mushrooms seemed almost undercooked. I thought I liked the mayonnaise chicken, but I think it hit the spot at first, since I was hungry. we came in around 1:00 pm and we got greeted with the worst customer service the guy asked for 2 with such an attitude and we got sat at the table once we got asked what kind of drink he threw the ticket of our table number onto the table and proceeded to walk away, about the food it was cold and soggy absolutely disgusting then to find out we saw my moms plate having a BUG that was crawling on her food and we told one of the servers and she laughed and said ok thank you? proceeded to give us the bill and taxed us like crazy 45 for two people? with that kind of food quality? get it together honestly we get to the register where they have a underage boy working there and i tell him about the situation and he just shrugs his shoulders and tells me "idk i just work here" we show them what dish was where the bug was and the man comes up and just says we're liars, 0/10 if i could rate it, disgusting restaurant and disrespectful workers read more
