Excellent food and great variety of dishes. Easily best in the area. Food was delivered in less time (30mins) than quoted (45mins) and was very fresh and hot. The vegetables were fresh and crisp. Cream cheese wontons nice and crispy. Dishes we had were: Veg Mu shu very good comes with super thin pancake-like wrap, Gen. Tsos tofu SO good and battered, crispy tofu, but was not spicy at all, and vegetable chow mei fun very thin, flavorful noodles with fresh crisp veggies. Had a slight seafood-y taste to it (maybe a fish oil used to cook in?) but didn't mind at all just unexpected. Didn't receive fortune cookies, but later saw listed on menu for .50 cents thought that was a little petty since generally included with each meal ordered. Due to this and Gen. They have the best fried wings hands down!!!! Love the fried dumplings , gen tsaos chicken and beef and broccoli. Food is fresh, hot and always tasty! Never used the delivery. Have always done pick up. Orders have always been correct and large. More than enough for dinner or lunch. Highly recommend ! read more

We ordered carry out for an order of Mongolian Beef last evening. AWFUL! It should be called Mongolian Onions because it was almost all onions. There was very little beef and it was tough. We also ordered egg rolls. They were good, but very small. I called the restaurant to tell them. The "lady" who took my call told me, "I DON'T CARE!" I was polite and merely called to tell them the dish had way too many onions and hardly any beef. This tells one all you need to know about this place and what it thinks of customers. read more

We live in sandestin and always order from here for Chinese. Delivery is always quoted as an hour but arrives faster. We've had the fried rice, egg drop and wonton soup, crab Rangoon, steamed broccoli with beef is my fav. You can't go wrong with anything from their menu. read more

I order Chinese food from here all of the time, but I had a discrepancy with an employee. I'm pretty sure he wasn't a manager but he's who told me when they sent me the wrong food, I had ordered an L1 in an L6 they didn't bring me General toas like I liked. He proceeded after an hour and a half wait time when they told me 45 minutes to tell me to not eat the food they are going to take it back so I didn't eat for 2 hours until the delivery driver, who I had already tipped 10 bucks took my food back and didn't let me keep or eat the mess up food they can't give it to a customer and they can't really do anything else besides throw it away so me waiting about 3 hours for food that I didn't eat cause I ate my leftovers instead. My 18 year old son loves this restaurant. I enjoy the food too. We always order "take out". We have never had any issues with the food and it's always hot (temperature). Portions are always plentiful. They have money saving lunch "specials". Inside is about as clean as any other Chinese food restaurant. read more

Honestly, I was very hesitant to order from here based on a few rough reviews and their rating. However, this place is by far THE BEST Chinese food I've had in this area in years. It was super cheap, the food was hot and fresh, and the delivery guy was very friendly. The portions were generous and all sauces/utensils were neatly packed in the bag (even though we didn't ask for any). The lady said the delivery wait time was an hour, but the food was delivered in 10 minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend this place. This will be our new favorite Chinese restaurant. read more

Husband and I tried Chop Stix because we wanted some Chinese food and this place was cheaper than typical 30A prices. Save your money and eat somewhere else. The food was edible. Everything tasted old and bland. Chicken in the fried rice reminded me of 90's-era Mcdonald's chicken nuggets. I couldn't eat it. Crab rangoon were bland, but a little too fishy. My mom paid for four separate meals and an order of crab rangoons (the menu showed that it came with 8 Rangoons). When we arrived home we only had three meals and 4 Rangoons in the bag. When I called to fix the problem the woman on the phone refused to fix my order and informed my that I only paid for 3 meals. We have ordered from Chopstix many times over the last several years. Food is hit and miss and the delivery times are all over the place but our daughter likes the food. Tonight we ordered the same thing we always get, nothing fancy or special, sweet and sour chicken, seasame chicken and chicken Lomein. Was quoted 1 hour. After almost 2 hours, called in and the lady was so rude. Her answer was they were very busy. I said fine please bring my food. After 20 minutes she called me back to ask if I wanted to cancel. They had already charged my card. I said no I want my food. She began to argue about the quote time and yelled at me. I told her I wanted my food and I hung up. 45 minutes later their driver shows up. No I'm sorry, no discount, no nothing and the food was wrong. When I told him we wouldn't order again from them, he started shouting something in a foreign language and left. We have been a loyal customer and have always tipped their drivers well reguardless of the delivery time. We will NEVER order from them again and I honestly feel that they could care less. Horrible customer service and delivery service. I've worked in the hospitality industry for 25 years and I understand busy. However, not making it right, yelling at the customer and rude driver will not ever get our money again. The worst part of this all.... we have ordered from them so many times that if the lady that answered the phone would have said they were busy upfront, I would have driven the 3 miles to them to pick it up to make it easier for them. Never again. If you look at their reviews, not one follow up to apologize or make it right. Really sad in a tourist town. Just remember it's the locals that support your business in the off season.
