This is authentic Chinese food! The food here is very comparable to Chinese food in China and in LA. We order Beef pancakes, chicken cartilage in dry pot, Chinese style sweet and sour port and pork in garlic sauce are all legit Chinese style Chinese food and good portion size. We have ordered here twice and honestly I would prefer a little more flavor, myself, but when you're cooking for the masses, I get it!! Literally writing this review as I eat. Got takeout from here at 10.30 pm after a long day on the road. Food was ready within 10 minutes. Not only is the food incredibly flavourful and delicious, the portion sizes are VERY generous. Excellent value for money. I got the cold cucumber salad, cold black fungus, vegetables with shrimp, and the chicken hot pot. I'll have leftovers for several days. Food overall was very good. You can tell all of it was freshly made and had not been sitting around under a warmer. The pot stickers and rice were my favorite. I also tried the sesame and orange chicken. The chicken was cooked well, not overly done or dry. Unfortunately I really didn't notice much difference in way of flavor between the two. I did appreciate it wasn't drowned in a super sweet gooey sauce but there could have been more flavor or depths of flavor in my opinion. It was a little bland and one note. As many years as I've lived in the area and heard the repeated strong recommendations about this place, I'll admit I have always been intimidated by the illegible Chinese signage. Well, all that changed about a month ago when I finally stepped out and walked across the parking lot from the other equally good restaurant in the area (you know what I mean if you live here) I frequent. And yes, this place deserves the praise it continuously receives. Upon entering, my party noted that only Asian patrons were present (a great first sign). Secondly, the menus are borderline homemade with the original language displayed boldly and the English translation marginalized second beneath them. The prices tend to run from $15+, but serve 2-4 people per dish depending on your selection. I quite literally had two extra meals with the amount of soup and items left to take home after the fact. The spice factor is extreme here, so watch yourself when and if you are crafting your bowl/meal with the various item options. I honestly coughed and choked through most of the meal due to my stupidity on the spice level mixed with the initial hotness of the item prompting me to keep haplessly inhaling the spice dust and turning into a crying, hacking sideshow (don't mistaken this for a knock on the quality, I just had an unfortunate learning curve to overcome) much to my friend's visible enjoyment. The atmosphere isn't anything special itself, but the food really takes the cake in regards to authentic quality for Chinese-based Asian Fusion dishes. The server was also extremely nice and attentive, while also hooking up a couple of newbies with his personal recommendations. We went during the dinner hour and it was pretty relaxed and quiet. I really have a feeling that signage intimidates a lot of English patrons away...oh well, all the more for me! Highly recommended. read more

We saw many positive reviews of this restaurant, so we decided to give them a try. After ordering our dinner I watched the server clearing the table next to ours. As he began clearing, he stopped and checked a small container with a lid on it. The type side dressings come with. He obviously felt the previous diner had not opened or used the item and proceeded to place it back in the refrigerator behind the cash register. Oh my gosh! I am in heaven! We finally found a great Chinese restaurant. They give you more than enough food and it is very fresh. Try the fried wontons, so good! I ordered the General Tso's chicken with a side of white rice. First of all their rice for $1 is a gift sent from God himself. Incredible serving size and tasty itself. This food is horrible! If I could give 0 stars I would. We ordered creamy walnut shrimp. Which was basically tasteless fried shrimp with a tasteless sugar sauce on the side. The few walnuts that i found were on the bottom of the take out box. The crab Rangoon were chewy and dry. There was no sweet and sour sauce for dipping. Who serves crab Rangoon without sweet and sour sauce? The last and final item was General Taos chicken. Not sure I could find any chicken in the chewy deep fried mess! Took a chance to order, as there was an offer on Door Dash. I am blown away by how good the food was! We ordered the orange chicken, sautéed green beans, fried rice, and spring rolls. Everything was delicious, nothing bogged down in sauce, and you can tell that they use fresh quality ingredients. Usually we get Panda Express when we want Chinese because it's so affordable, but I think we may stick to Chopstix from here on out! I have picked up orders from here multiple times for delivery apps. Every time the food smells and looks delicious. I decided to get it one time, because it seemed great. Read some reviews saying it was soggy, but I figured it may have just been an off day. I ordered the orange chicken, general Tso's chicken, and some noodles with some sort of gravy. Both of the chicken dishes absolutely were soggy and gross. I feel bad because the staff is always so nice, but the food was very bad. Very bland and straightforward flavor, almost as if they just heat up some frozen chicken and slap some premade sauce on it and call it good. Walnut shrimp sauce had a bitter taste and the coating was too battered and soft 2/10. Chow fun noodles didn't have any flavor or color to it but the beef was decent 4/10. Picked up some orange chicken on a whim after getting my hair cut next door. It took less than 5 minutes and the food was piping hot. I was disappointed fried rice is a separate option and you can't get it (even for an up charge) instead of steamed rice. The orange chicken was a little heavy on the sweet orange sauce. Definitely seemed pre-made rather than fresh made with real oranges. But the chicken itself was good! Even under the sauce you got the crispy fried texture and the chicken didn't seem like "spare" pieces. There could be improvements, for sure, but service was friendly, food came out promptly, and was tasty. I'll definitely go back again when I'm craving some fast-food type Chinese take out. read more

This is nice Chinese food, have some things that are harder to find the intestines are delicious and always perfectly cooked and they have some noodle dishes that my wife loves to, have had some issues with consistency on some dishes which is why 4 stars instead of higher.
