Repair from Geico insured motorist who hit my car. The shop was convent, that was about it. I was skeptical to begin with the level of workmanship and service I would receive and they didn't fail to live up to the expectations I had when I dropped off my car. I was hopeful that they would prove me wrong but when I picked up my car. I noted damage that was painted over instead of repaired. The damage was directly on the area that required repair. Instead of saying they missed it or made a mistake, and we could deal with it at another time, they decided to blame me, saying it was rock damage and the Geico was not going to cover that. This was directly on the damaged area that they repaired. There is no way to determine when and how the damage occurred. There are two such areas that were painted over. I'm worried my electronic sensors have not been correctly calibrated. My guess is when the poor calibration has me involved in an accident, they will say they did what they were supposed to do. If you want to feel confident in the repair done and the pride in the work a shop does, DO NOT bring your car to this shop. The workmanship and pride in giving good service does not exist at Classic Collision. I've read other reviews regarding poor service, the owner just blames the customer or other businesses (towing companies). never take responsibility for their poor service. read more

Made an appointment for an estimate on their website. Showed up on time and waited 20 minutes for anyone to help me. Emailed insurance information. Told estimator let's schedule the repair but I want it out in one day. "No problem he said it's a minor repair" Scheduled the repair again showed up at 9 am and Ubered home and before I got home I get a text "You forgot to sign the work authorization" I forgot? From start to finish, I can genuinely say the service I received was a 10/10. Especially in this day and age where customer service is seemingly impossible to find. I brought my BMW here after being rear ended per my insurance company. Although they were just repairing the bumper, they really went above and beyond making sure my car looked amazing and for a really good value. Every time I went there Spencer Ware my service Advisor would always work on my car and he would do a great job on it so if you go there, I recommend you use Spencer Ware as your service advisor. He took care of me from the time I dropped my car off and three weeks later when I picked up my car. He gave me updates and suggestions through the whole process. This is my first time visiting this location and I will definitely not be coming back. The customer service from Julio H the service advisor was the worst I've ever experienced. He is very rude and unprofessional. He made me feel as if I was a bother. I was in a car accident and explained to him my insurance would be covering everything and provided him with all the information. I waited a week to never recieve a call back. I finally called Julio back to see the status and he said he had yet to speak with insurance. Mind you insurance has been calling they had record of every attempted call. This was just the beginning of the disaster so I decided to do business elsewhere. Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. I have taken 3 cars (2 totaled) to this location. TLDR: Bad Repairs, incomplete jobs, no follow-up, bad customer service. Please go anywhere else. I waited almost a year to write this review to allow them to fix this. I give up! Bad Repair: Of the one car they repaired, they put the bumper on wrong. I got there, no one had walked the vehicle, all the spacing was off, it looked terrible. They apologized and said they would fix it in 45 minutes. I left and came back and it was fixed, but my passenger mirror was on back order. Mirror Backorder: No problem, it's not destroyed just damaged. It took over 6 months to get the mirror, and I emailed them numerous times with no reply about the status of the mirror. When I called for the manager John, miraculously, the mirror was there the next week. They put the mirror and didn't calibrate it. Calibration not done: So, I called back again, they setup an appointment to calibrate, I came back. Waited 2 hours for the guy that calibrates mirrors/camera, and he got the dates wrong. I looked up the info online and calibrated it myself (Honda Lane Watch). 2nd Broken Mirror: I unfortunately hit the same mirror on the garage frame and damaged it. I called John....he told me he would try to find a used part once a week, and get back with me. I've left email after email, and phone message after message. Waiting Months in between, as not to bother him. Not one reply, not one call. No follow-up: You can leave as messages and emails as you like, they will never get back you. It's awful....I'm being as polite as can be...and they just don't care. I tell them I've left 10 messages, they don't care. The lie and say John's out of the office....what? You just said he was there. Here is the bad thing, if you get John on the phone, he seems like such a quality person. But he never follows through, neither do any of the staff. It's very clear that they just don't care. And I so wanted to like them. I can't wait for the empty, lip service reply of "Thank you for bringing this to management's attention". Okay. Second review of this awful company!! My first review was the lack of quality and knowledge at Anderson Mill shop. It only gets worse from there. Recap: had a wreck July of 2023. Took to Anderson Mill location because they're a GEICO-recommended shop. Horrible! Painted my car twice. It was still wrong. Bumper they replaced kept popping out. Noise rolling around rear end. Tire sensors not working. Manager tells me after 10 grand to get my car the hell off his lot or he will tow it. GEICO talks to District Manager and they ask me to try Pflugerville location. So I did. Three days turned into two weeks. Never offered me a loaner. Spencer, my service tech there, found that Anderson Mill had not attached bumper correctly and that's why it popped out. He fixed that. He found that when they were looking for hub lock in the back, they took my spare out and NEVER replaced it!! So he replaced it. He said his painter knew exactly what they did wrong in paint application - didn't let it dry between certain coats. So after three paint jobs it's finally right. Except there's like a fingerprint size smudge in it. Spencer says they can buff that. The tire sensors to this day are still not working. I've been sick since Oct. 16. Get in my car today and see tire sensors still not working. So call Spencer. He's busy. Veronica answered the phone. She said he wasn't available. I asked for his voicemail. She said she didn't want to transfer me and it not work, could she write it down. We've been through this where he never received message. So I asked for the District Manager's number. She said she didn't have it. I said get it and before I could finish, she hung up on me. Called GEICO and told them the bad customer service must be systemic in company. After dealing with another body shop for 2+ months, that acted as though they didn't care about my vehicle, I went to Classic Collision on Anderson Mill. Immediately felt as though they wanted to help me. The issue is that the roof needs to be replaced, along with a lot of other hail dents. The first shop put forth minimal effort and got nowhere. Julio, with Classic Collision, walked into the office while I was being helped, picked up the phone and a new roof arrived the next day.
