My boyfriend didn't want me to do this. But I'm only doing it because I hope this lady realizes that she has a bad affect on customers. I was reading other reviews because I had the feeling other people have had to complain about the older short haired lady at register. She's really rude. She's lucky I didn't go off on her for telling me "I wasn't talking to you, I was talking to him" (pointing at my boyfriend) I was trying to get my boyfriend's order straight because he doesn't speak up. So I wanted to help him and that's when she responded to me the way she did. Just like other reviews, there's nothing more that i can say other than the fact that THIS LADY NEEDS TO FIX HER ATTITUDE. Came here the other day for a drive-thru lunch because I'm actively seeking to obtain new forms of bacterial infections and cancers. Needless to say, I'm pretty confident I found some. I had the 'special' which was a cheeseburger and some fries. It was the blandest, most basic burger I have ever had in my life and comes up only a little ahead of the wonder bread burgers I used to drunkenly fry myself when I was in college. The fries were equally as bad. I watched the dude through the drive-thru window shamefully pour pre-cut potato shapes into the deep fry pot. I'm pretty sure he cried a little bit. Behold my meal, perfect in a brown paper bag, suitable for liquor. Grease stained through the thing.. Usually a good sign of greasy deliciousness. Not this time. I ate it and felt like purging myself afterwards. Garbage food made by a sad man for a non-competitive price. Drive-Thru took me 10-15 minutes. Exaggerating? Nope. So how is it that three comely ladies are the only reviewers of this joint so far and, when I walk inside, all the customers are nerdy guys? I know, I know--present company included. Are you happy now? From what I can tell, this is a place that serves decent grub at affordable prices, but don't come in expecting gourmet quality. On my first visit I ordered a double cheeseburger and well-done fried zucchini. The aroma of the zucchini wafted through the interior of my car as I drove home, and I could barely wait to "hit me some strange," if that term can be applied to deep-fried vegetable sides. Anyway, the zucchini was shaped like tiny logs, and my order just didn't seem well-done. But it was edible, actually fresh-tasting, and inexpensive. They also serve onion rings and mushrooms, and I'm not so hooked on the zucchini to not try the others. Now, for the double cheeseburger. Once again, I was jonesin' for a burger (see Johnnie's Pastrami review), and this time the burger had some semblance of flavor. However, I'm pretty sure the meat starts as a pre-formed, mass-produced frozen patty; the grill does not feature an exhibition kitchen. Moreover, almost every bite I took of this burger contained minuscule fragments of bone. Nothing large enough to crack a tooth (this time), but enough to convince me to bite carefully the rest of the way. Reflecting on my maiden experience here, I might try some other sandwich (pastrami?), or fried chicken dinner when I opt for cheap, average food. And it's much larger then a typical fast food box. So it's not a Denny's, nor is it a Jack in the Box. Pretty wide ranging menu from breakfast all day to Mexican to burger to low-carb wraps (surprise), soups and salads, and dinners like ribeye steak or pork chops. So My sister goes to school in the east coast...aka lots of air port pick ups and drop offs...which means A LOT of eating by LAX. and this place is our favorite. I've come in a few occasions with family after church. They provide a casual atmosphere and the food is pretty good. However, each occasion we've come they always forget an item we ordered or an order was incorrect, they are usually quich about and fix the order. In this occasion ,we waited 45 min for an Avaocado burger. When we asked, we were informed that there was no avodado. We should have been informed 45 minutes earlier. The service was great, the woman behind the counter was very pleasant and put up with all of our high maintenance requests. Three of us ordered breakfast burritos and they were great. Food is great. They have a wide variety from American to Mexican. Wraps, burger and sandwiches are my favorite. They have an online ordering system but you can't make changes to what you order like "no tomato". And the point of order is to speed up the process rigth? The last time I ordered online they didn't have order ready when I arrived and waited for a good 15mins for my food. Another time the online option wasn't working at all. And if you go through the drive thru expect to wait at least 10 to 15mins it's better than wasting gas. Parking is small awkward. All in all food is good. We really enjoy Classic Grill. One word of caution though - go hungry because their portions are huge for a great price point which really makes this place a wonderful value. Tried this place after driving by and it's appearance on the outside made it look like it might be a good Diner. We were wrong. My wife ordered the 3 wings and waffles and I had the chorizo and eggs. My food came out promptly and we waiting for almost 10 minutes for my wife's plate. How long does it take to cook a waffle and 3 fried chicken wings? Answer is.... not long, if they timed it right. When the waitress brought the wings & waffles I asked her why it took so long and she had a lame explanation. How long do you have to work in serving food to know that you bring out all the dishes at the same time if they are ready and if they are not, keep the ready plate aside until the remaining dishes are ready so you can bring them out at the same time. My dish of Chorizo and scrambled eggs, beans and rice was basic (i've had better almost anywhere else) and my wife's 3 wings and waffles was a joke! The waffle looked like an Eggo straight from the box and the 3 wings were the tiniest wings i've ever seen. How could 3 tiny wings and an Eggo waffle take so long to cook? it wasn't even a busy time so i would understand the delay if it was the lunch time rush hour, which it wasn't.
