Adored this coffee shop on Melrose Ave and it was a nice opportunity to relax and catch up over a much needed (iced) cup of joe. Coffee for Sasquatch is well intentioned and I loved the attention to detail. From the silhouettes of the Sasquatch to the branding of the iced lattee cups creating a silhouette, everything was fully thought out. The staff was super friendly and I really enjoyed how they make so much of it in-house. This shop had a few tables to work at but they had some bench nooks to sit down and catch up in conversation. It was really vibrant and full of natural light. I will def be back if I find myself here. My fiance loved their cold brew and I inhaled my iced vanilla lavender oat milk latte which was so, so good.

Bigfoot sighting! Or is that Chewbaca? Coffee for Sasquatch is a sasquatch themed local coffee shop in the Melrose/La Brea neighborhood. I often find myself here after lunch at Bludso's Bbq. My go to here is their cold brew which is smooth, consistent and not overbrewed. I'm not sure who makes their baked goods but their cookies and croissants are pretty good. Cool spot to chill as it's never really that busy here. The open space is cool spot to hang out for a bit especially during the warm months. They do have small library of sasquatch novels. Cool theme cafe.

Came in for the Maple Clove Orange latte today and it smelled & tasted as good as it sounds! I've been a Sasquatch fan since the first owner (Claire) and I am so very glad that the new owners (Sasha & her hubby) have carried on the tradition of great coffee and kind customer service in a beautiful interior space. There is ample street parking, some of it metered. There's a super clean restroom and and even merchandise - tshirts, hats, beanies and baby clothes! My only complaint is that my friend, who lives in the area, thinks the music is too loud for conversation. I'm a Coffee for Sasquatch fan!

Yum! I got the Iced strawberry expresso latte. It was just what I needed. It had that nesquik taste but enough coffee so it wasn't too sweet or watered down. Came during the this launch party for this new coffee app called Baristi. It was fun, there was a DJ and the space fit most people although some were outside on the sidewalk. But inside had this modern chill and cozy vibe. There is also a parking lot! For it being on Melrose, that is such a plus! I'll be coming often for sure because of that parking situation lol. I wanna come back and try their brown sugar sea salt latte since that seemed to be their popular item.

Melrose in the morning- this is a chill go to and relaxing vibe. Parking lot nearby as well.(for an hour now). I came here as there was maybe a refresh? Still great tasting coffee and now bagels too. Was perfect going from West Hollywood east.. (en route to Silverlake Flea Market.) Service is still super top and authentic and the place always feels so clean just like brand new. More busy than in the past but not so much to keep us away.

Came here on an extremely hot weekend with my friend, and the A/C and bright space definitely hit the spot. The matcha latte, however, tasted both a little watered down and not sweet enough. My friend's strawberry matcha latte, however, was great - perfect balance of strawberry (real strawberry, not that fake syrupy stuff) and matcha! The baristas were very sweet, but the atmosphere was a bit odd. There was a DJ playing at 11am on a Sunday, and the music just kept getting louder and louder as we sat indoors. While I'm all for a great time, it was just an odd choice for so early in the day, when there were plenty of people either chatting with each other or or on their laptops. The music ended up so loud that we couldn't hear each other, so we had to leave. Hoping that was just a one-time occurrence though, and not a weekly activity!

Since when is big foot a coffee connoisseur? I guess since he put down tracks at the intersection of Melrose and La Brea. Who knew he had such keen taste in the magic of cold brew. He's crafted one of the best I've had. Cheers to him for stumbling out of the woods and into the concrete jungle of LaLaLand!

Took a midway pic, but I used to frequent here a lot around 2018 and it has always been a go to spot when I want a relaxing, calm atmosphere. I consider it underrated as far as how good their coffee has always been, they source from different origins and I'm sure they focus on receiving them ethically. All the time I've ever came here, the baristas are cool and kind. All the things I appreciate from a place like this.

Fun coffee shop located in the Fairfax area! Love the modern sasquatch theme of the cafe. I ordered their Iced Strawberry Milk Latte with oat milk which is a house specialty and it was pretty good. The strawberry and the espresso flavors meshed well together. It was a refreshing drink for a hot day. I also got the ham and cheese croissant which was just okay. It was a small pastry for $7, so it wasn't really worth it. For parking, there's a free lot nearby. They also have outlets and wifi. However, the wifi is pretty slow. Overall, a decent experience here. I would come back if I was in the area craving a coffee drink.

Stopped by one Wednesday morning to enjoy a flat white, and Coffee For Sasquatch did not disappoint! They use beachwood beans form canyon coffee for their espresso. Plenty of seats inside with some outside. Bagels, vegan croissants, and other pastries available. Quick service as I was the first and only one in the morning. Asked my flat white to be for here as I enjoy drinking from a glass mug rather than a paper cup. I personally think it changes the drinking experience.

happy to see this place is up and running again! my go-to is their Lavender Vanilla latte. Creamy with floral notes and they have strong expresso. this place has a small lot out back - such on win on a busy street! and they have plenty of interior seating.

i really enjoyed the relaxed ambience, perfect for my morning stop before heading out to work. A sass-quash moment, because what is a morning meeting without coffee?! I really like that they serve canyon coffee, smooth non acidic and a delicious anyway you like it. I also liked their smooth and creamy earl grey tea (London fog) when tea is your fuel.

Was looking for a nearby coffee shop within walking distance from where I'm working today. Found Coffee For Sasquatch on Apple Maps then went over to Yelp to see wassup with the reviews. I was pleased with the reviews and the good things a lot of people had said about this spot. So I had to check em' out for myself. Located on Melrose and La Brea across from Jiffy Lube. Parking lot available at the end of block. Just a few doors down from the shop. Not sure if you have to pay tho. Tables and chairs out front creating a vibe that just says "grab something and have a seat" lol. People were chilling outside and inside. Immediately as I walked in the shop I felt the good vibes and positive energy. Music playing but not loud, just right. Nice open space. Very clean, organized and welcoming. Was immediately acknowledged by the cashier, Ezra, as soon as stepped in and stood in line. As he was working on an order prior to mines, he informed me that it would not take long for him to assist me. He was real cool, friendly and very professional. We exchanged a few laughs after I shared with him my reason for visiting lol. I ordered a "Cubano. Appeared to be poplar in the reviews and occasionally I like to add both cinnamon and brown sugar to my coffee also. He told me he's personally never had it and also confirming that it was one of their popular coffees. Was interested in the chocolate chip cookies but he told me that didn't get a shipment today. Come early if you want a breakfast burrito. He said it's good. Couldn't give his opinion on the ham & cheese croissant for the reason he doesn't eat pork. Fair enough lol. So I just paid $5.75 for my Cubano. I'm not sassy haha but mistakenly also signed up for the "sassy rewards" lol. Was not paying attention to the name of these rewards haha and I submitted my number twice. The first time to have my receipt texted to me and the second time was to sign up for the rewards. It is what is lol. So I took some pics while I waited. Conversation coming from behind the other side. Associates smiling and laughing while working appearing to be very enthusiastic about their work. I love it!!! Surprisingly my cup was smaller than I imagined it to be. It was 8oz to be exact. Now any other time I probably wouldn't agree with the price. However, considering the area, the convenience, the ambiance and the quality of customer service I received will not allow me to deny having a great experience and it was worth it. Furthermore, "the barista", Meredith, made me a delicious "Cubano". And the presentation was more than just exceptional. I can tell they really love what they do here. Took about 5 mins for my coffee order. I didn't know what she was doing back there lol. Thought Ezra was making my coffee but when I asked who made it, he responded and said she did lol. It was really good. The coffee was fresh, flavorful and hot. Just the right amount of cinnamon and brown sugar. I also love that they use oat milk. There are plenty areas to have a seat. Restroom was available in the back. The couple I engaged with while in line were cool. They had a cool dog. So the shop is friendly. Might have to bring mines one day lol. A great place to come chill and hang out. A great place to read, do some work on your laptop or even just for a lil coffee date or something. If you're ever in the area I would highly recommend or suggest stopping by like I did to try them out for yourself.

It's a very cute and cozy coffee shop and there was no line when we arrived. The menu had a huge selection of different coffee and tea drinks and also a seasonal menu. The staff were very kind and patient and swiftly prepared the Vienna Latte and Hojicha Latte we ordered. The Vienna Latte is so visually stunning, the layers of white milk, brown espresso, thick white cream, brown cocoa powder and Biscoff layered on top of each other against the dark green logo was so aesthetic. Having a sip before mixing the Vienna latter was incredible, the sweet cream followed with the nutty strong espresso flavour then getting a refreshing splash of milk made a great combo with the Biscoff. I actually liked the drink less after its all mixed because it was too creamy for my taste. (I normally like my coffee black) My hojicha latte was great, but it was also too milky for me. So I went up and asked if it would taste good dirty, with an espresso shot in it, and the barista said yes. I ordered an espresso shot and instead of charging me full price, they only charged me the add on espresso shot for the drink! ($1.50 instead of $4) It was very kind of them since it was absolutely my mistake for not ordering the right drink in the first place. The shot added much depth and flavour to the hojicha latte I was craving. Thanks for the wonderful service. I'm definitely coming back to try their other specialty drinks.

So we decided to come here for coffee or tea and ended up having a really nice time. I used to come here quite often about four years ago. Back then, I really liked their Einspänner and ordered it several times. But the last time I came, I thought it was way too sweet, so I hadn't been back since. It had actually been a REALLY long time since I last visited. And when I used to come here four years ago, I always came in the morning or around lunchtime. Last night was my first time ever coming here at night. My friend told us that they are open until midnight, so that's why we decided to come here after dinner. I had heard that parking here can be a nightmare because there aren't enough parking spaces and people have a hard time finding a spot. But once again, my parking luck was AMAZING! A car pulled out right in front of me just as I arrived, so I was able to park very easily. Another friend arrived later than I did, and she said she couldn't find a parking spot at all. She drove around for quite a while looking for one before finally finding street parking. Last night, we also had some tiramisu, and since I'm pretty sensitive to caffeine, I decided to have a caffeine-free ade instead of coffee or tea. It was a little sweet for my taste, but it was ok. We sat outside on the outdoor patio and talked and talked and talked. We had such a fun time together! However, it was actually pretty cold outside last night. I remember thinking that it felt surprisingly chilly. But what was even crazier was how FREEZING cold it was inside the café! They had the air conditioning turned up so high that both my friends and I felt like we were going to freeze to death. The restroom is inside, and I also went inside to get some water, so I mentioned to one of the male employees that it was freezing inside. He told me that they didn't feel cold at all because they were working, and that THEY were actually feeling really hot. I went back to our table and told my friends what he had said, and they were like, "WHAT?! We're freezing to death over here!" The parking lot here is actually pretty large, so I was wondering why it was so difficult to find a parking spot. Apparently, at night, the left side is the café, while on the right side there is a bar where people can drink and also play games. There was a huge line of people waiting outside the bar last night, so I'm guessing that's probably why the parking lot gets so crowded and it's hard to find a spot. It was also pretty chilly outside last night because of the low temperature, so one thing I wished they had on the outdoor patio was heaters. That would have made sitting outside much more comfortable on a cold night.

It had the perfect amount of sweetness, the perfect creaminess, and the matcha wasn't bitter at all. You can tell they use really good, high-quality matcha because not only could I taste the quality, I could feel it in my energy level too. My sister got the MANGO MATCHA DUO with oat milk and absolutely loved it. My sister's coworker tried the SPARKLING YUZU MATCHA and said it was delicious! She loved that the yuzu flavor wasn't overpowering and said the matcha tasted very high quality. We also got the STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE MATCHA DUO because it was recommended as one of their top picks. We gave it to another one of her coworkers, and she finished it so quick! She said it tasted like a dessert and raved about how delicious and amazing it was! There's seating area in front of the café and as well as inside. The inside is really cute and had a nice atmosphere. The best time to go is early in the morning when open. Customer service was exceptional! Everyone was very kind while at the same time quick and attentive to the line. If there tends to be a line, it moves pretty quickly, and our drinks were ready fast after we ordered. If you get lucky, you can find street parking, but be careful parking on Olympic Blvd. during certain times. Not to worry though because they do have a parking structure, which makes things much easier. Overall, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROK Coffee & Tea! Everything we tried gets a 10/10 from us! The quality of the matcha, the flavors, the customer service, and the overall experience were all excellent. We will most definitely be back!!!

I didn't have a chance to check as I was driving when I decided to stop by. I came on a Tuesday around 3 PM and it was pretty chill, especially compared to how busy it usually looks on the weekends. I got the Matcha Duo and it was yummy, but definitely on the sweeter side, so keep that in mind! I'd say it's sweeter than DAMO's einspänner. Overall, I'd stop by again to grab a drink if I happened to be in the area, but probably wouldn't go out of my way for it.

It was pretty busy for late afternoon but I took it as a good sign. My sister has been a bunch of times before and really wanted me to try their cream top but I don't drink coffee and they apparently stopped allowing modifications to their drinks so you can no longer add the cream top to the matcha latte. She got the cream top coffee and I got the matcha latte so I could sip the top of hers and drink mine and it was honestly so so good. I have no idea how they make their cream top but it's unlike any other I've tried. The matcha itself was also very smooth and great quality. Both drinks came out to just $13.50 total, which is amazing. Would come again!

I get the Japandi minimalist design aesthetic but a lot of people would love to just sit down and drink their spendy beverage and there's just not enough seats for all the customers. I would suggest adding more benches along the North wall which is an entirely usable space as well as adding another counter along the window with barstools. For this, I have to give the ambiance 2 stars. I'd still come back for the exceptional matcha latte though!

We waited in line for about 45 minutes to an hour, only to find out that they ran out of sliders. We were incredibly disappointed. I wish they could have put up a sign of some sort to let everyone know they ran out. However, the place itself was nice, and I did end up getting a latte. I loved the latte, so that made up for the missing sliders to some degree. Although the latte was good, I don't see myself coming back due to the long wait and them being prone to running out of goods.

Do be aware that the cup is on the smaller side than most places. Unfortunately did not get to try the breakfast sliders everyone has talked about so I will be back to try those another time. The overall cafe is pretty small but it's a got a cool aesthetic. Has a nice seating area around the outside with shade. Do expect to wait in line and parking can be a challenge as most spots in the area are usually taken as it's street parking. Went on a Saturday afternoon and waited about 25 minutes. I don't think I would wait anymore than that for this place but it's worth checking out. The staff are very kind too.
