Copeland's is always on my radar when I am in Atlanta. So, being I am here for a long weekend, Copeland's it is. I just loved the Crab cakes but I definitely recommend the crawfish fettuccini. It was so good. Leave room for desserts, there is not a bad one on the menu. Very professional waitstaff and right on the money with recommendations when trying to figure out what to order. I've never been to the brunch, I heard it is quite incredible. I will definitely put their brunch on my Atlanta "to do list" when I'm back. read more

I've been here a few times before. My experience in the past has been pleasant. But I have been utterly disappointed with my last visit. I understand that the Sunday's brunch is extremely busy. However, I don't appreciate the hotesses not following the order of the list. There was lots of parties that arrived after my party that were seated before us. Let's just say the worst experience I've had at a restaurant is by far at the Cobb pkwy Copelands. First the manager was on a phone call when my date and I walked in. He didn't have the decency to acknowledge us as we waited at the hostess desk. 3-5 minutes went by before another associate greeted us. She proceeded to sit us in the far back corner of the restaurant where we found out was sure to be neglected. Our server was on her first week of working so I have no faults for her lack of training. Apparently the management staff needs training as well as u will soon find out why. We proceeded to order a bottle of wine. Since she had no idea what she was doing I offered to open the bottle for her as well as teach her the proper way of wine service. After the wine was opened she poured our wine into a dirty glass. Mind u both glasses were dirty so I asked her to bring us a new bottle since our wine was ruined with the filthy glassware. She went to talk to the manager and little did he know we were within ears distance of his distaste for us wanting a new bottle. He said, "Are you serious that doesn't even make sense." By that time my dates bisque arrived at the table, luke warm. We asked if we could get it heated up and when the dish return there were no hush puppies in the bowl, which were there originally. Needless to say the date wasn't going well. The manager stopped by and explained to us he would get us a new bottle after I felt like I had to defend my reasoning for sending it back.... Come on the glasses were dirty... Well time for the coup de gras. Our food arrives and the field greens on my dates salad are old and wilted. Made her tell me flat out to never bring her to Copelands again. I took a picture bc it was pathetic. I guess my money will be spent elsewhere considering that the manager never came back to check on us after the previous wine incident. If ur looking for a good place to take a date look elsewhere bc the service and the management are ridiculous. read more

I visited the location by Cumberland for my graduation dinner. It was a last minute decision since the cheesecake factory had too long of a wait. The staff was not friendly at all. Especially the host at front. Service was slow, numerous plates in my party had to be reheated because the food came out luke warm. To top it all off, when I was in the parking lot leaving, I realized I left one of my graduation cards given to me. I went back and it was gone. The waiter or whoever cleaned our table stole one of my graduation cards (that had money it!) The manager seemed unbothered with I said it was missing... It must have just flew away because that's what cards do... Save your money and eat elsewhere. The food was blah.. more breading than actual meat, overpriced and the staff is dishonest and unenthusiastic. read more

We went here for lunch on a Saturday. You could order off the menu or select the brunch buffet. Let's be clear, "I don't do buffets." Haha but I did today. When I tell you it was clean and the food was delicious x's 2. It's 45 minutes away from me but I will be back on a regular basis. Good atmosphere and definitely worth a visit. This was one of my best experiences at a Copeland's restaurant. Last night we celebrated my brothers birthday and the service was absolutely amazing. I have never had an outing at a restaurant where the server did not get the orders or drinks wrong for a large party. Donna our server last night was beyond amazing. Today's experience has been a bit challenging, we had to call a waitress to even just to get water, then after we finally ordered we had to ask her to go and check on the food after people who came after us got there food before us, never came to ask us if we needed anything, the food wasn't hot because it was sitting there for God knows how long. What a fun place! Copeland's has a great, relaxed environment to enjoy some Cajun style cuisine. I knew I wanted the Jambalaya Pasta as soon as I read the menu and it did not disappoint! Besides the wait, which is always longgggg, the breakfast part of the brunch is awesome. The cheese grits are too good. I'm typing things after 3 plates of them. Eggplant Pirogue was decent I guess. I'm not a huge fan of Copeland's altho I really like Copeland's Bistro but all of their food is too greasy for my liking. Upon entry Copeland's is well lit, with a quality ambiance like a chain restaurant I love, The Cheesecake factory. We were seated by a friendly hostess and given a very nice waitress. This dish I ordered was featured on the menu as a top seller the Crawfish Ravioli, Its Seasoned fried ravioli, stuffed with Ricotta cheese, topped with hot crawfish tails, green onions in a spicy cream sauce all for $16.95. MY GOD. It was the best ravioli dish I have ever eaten at any restaurant in my time. The fried Ricotta ravioli gave a contrast of texture To the creamy, spicy, heaping pile of Crawfish and chunk crab meat. Everything tasted fresh, the flavors were well developed & married in this harmonious affair that my taste buds danced to. I LOVE Copeland's! So much that when my bf that had never been to ATL came here for the first time, I took him here first! The food is good. I especially enjoy the small plates. The service was impeccable! Our sever, I wish I could remember his name... He was a Hispanic guy who had just moved there from DC... was soooo funny and took excellent care of us. And then came the cheesecake. Oh the cheesecake... So much better than any cheesecake I've had from a restaurant. Try the multi-caramel cheesecake (I can't remember if it's two or three caramels), it is to die for! I wish we had a Copeland's in Tampa! read more

Oh my goodness! If you have ever been to New Orleans and want to relive the food experience, this is the place! The food is unbelievable! I have never had a meal here that I didn't completely enjoy the experience. All I can say is that the food will wake up your taste buds. My mouth is salivating now as I write this review. Your dining experience will leave you wanting more and often. Sunday is brunch with a live Jazz band. Be prepared for crowded rooms and long waits. My mother was in town for business and she wanted to stop here for a late lunch. We arrived around 3:00 pm and were seated at the bar area on this past Friday. The waitress came over and took our drink orders then gave us some time to look at the menu. I noticed that the lunch menu was still being served although we were not told that. When the waitress came back with our drinks I asked about the lunch menu/ specials and she became visibly annoyed and huffed and walked off. My mother wanted to leave after that but I told her it was ok and explained to her that was the reason I hadn't returned after a visit in 2010. She returned and asked if we were ready to order then asked if we were ordering from the lunch which we both declined. My mother ordered a cup of gumbo and the eggplant pirogue and I ordered the eggplant pirogue as well. Once the food arrived I noticed that it was a large portion. A lot of pasta with 3 little crab claws atop the 3 large medallions of eggplant. In my opinion it was way too much pasta. The sauce was a little bland as I was expecting more flavor being it was one of the signature dishes, but the eggplant was good. My mother had ordered a lemonade and her glass sat empty for over 10 minutes before the waitress refilled it. Once the check came we paid and left a 15% tip since our service was subpar. My mother enjoyed her meal as she thought it filling, but I don't think I'll be returning. read more

Ok, so we were craving their buffalo chicken spring rolls, so to Copeland's we went. On a Friday night we were able to be seated quickly despite the crowd. The unfortunate part was that we realized we were being seated in their high bar type chairs instead of a booth. Less than 30 minutes in, our legs were going numb. I had the Shrimp Orleans small plate - very flavorful and I love the idea of smaller portions since we shared the awesome spring rolls and wanted to order dessert as well. Husband said fried platter was good but Pappadeaux seasons better. One other downside was my peach bellini which wasn't blended well so the small straw they brought me wouldn't allow for the ice to come through. It went back to the bar and the replacement was blended much better (to the point of being mostly foam) and it tasted like a virgin drink. I don't like to keep sending things back so I dealt with it. I've had better experiences in the past so I may not write them off just yet. Waiter was great. read more

I love there large portions and their chicken onions and sweet potatoes. You can Def. Find some southern comfort food here. However is can be a bit crowded and 2-3 stars for cleanliness. Sometimes the tables feel a little filmy or sticky maybe because of the large turn over of customers. The prices are good. The food good. Good family environment. Did I mention the deserts!!! Not. Diabetes friendly place here. But one of my nice American comfort food places in the area. read more

The food here is amazing. I haven't been to the real Cajun Station so I'm no expert food is spicy and seasoned to perfection. I absolutely enjoyed this Louisiana style restaurant. The Parmesan chicken is tasty as can be and the customer service was excellent.
