Upon arrival the place is beautiful! The bar is sexy and the layout is spacious, barely any smoke for a Korean BBQ spot. The metal appearance of the booths honestly triggered my vertigo and made me dizzy so I wasn't a fan of looking that direction. Anyways, on to the meal! We were ready to go full send on this meal. Our server lacked knowledge especially when it came to caviar, so it was a little frustrating with her being unable to guide us through what would've been a higher check total for her. But when we met the server assistant he was WAY more helpful and friendlier if I'm being honest. We did the shellfish tower, the omakase, Caesar salad, bibimbap, a few cocktails, andddddd the bacon. Everything was really good. I've heard the hit and misses online on some of the dishes but I think it all comes down to personal preference. The bacon, ribeye cap, scallion salad, and ice cream were my favorite bites of the night. The price point and the "hospitality" received just really don't match the price point or the claimed Michelin star. The bibimbap was far from crispy and they don't mix it for you.. When it came down to the cooking our server was definitely lacking "temp" knowledge. I also thought it was strange when cooking your meats I constantly had to hand my plate to the server to get my meats, and honestly it was strange to have them seasoning the meats AT the table with their hands. I'm not a germaphobe by any means but again for the price we are paying I just expected a more refined experience. All in all it was good, but for all the hype.. Just spent a nice date night here after just walking in for a table of two with no reservations. A nice surprise. This was our first time experiencing Korean barbecue, and the service and tableside cooking by the hosts was amazing. They explained what everything was and everything was cooked to perfection, with the host cutting the meat into small bite sized cubes onto your plate. We ordered the Butcher's Feast, which was $88 per person and well worth every penny. You start with a few side dishes that come out with lettuce and pickles on the side, and then the meat starts cooking! The overall experience was great, and honestly, I would give it 4.5 stars with the exception that some of the Banchan were extremely sweet or bitter, while the egg soufflé was not my favorite. We also asked for finishing salt and it got taken away after they were done cooking. They also offer a prebiotic drink for $11 a shot that supposedly helps prevent hangovers, and we each took one. It was like an oily lemon shot. Not sure if it worked but I definitely did not have any stomach issues the next day after gorging ourselves. I've been to a lot of the fine dining restaurants in Vegas over the years and I can honestly say this is one of the best tableside experiences we've had. I took my wife to Cote Las Vegas and had a great time. We both started with drinks. The wine selection was really good and the lychee gin fizz was the best lychee cocktail that I've had. We both selected The Bucher's Feast for our dinner. It came with various meats and we added the A5 wagyu. The servers cook everything for you, so you don't have to worry about timing and can relax. The standouts were the dry aged ribeye, flat iron, and the galbi. Of course the A5 wagyu too, but that had an extra cost. Galbi is pretty normal fare for Kbbq, but this one was criss cross cut, so the marinate has more contact with the meat. The sugar content also is the first to char, and the cross cut gave it a nice texture when biting into the meat. Overall it was some of the most flavorful and tender meat you can get in all of Las Vegas. I would definitely recommend coming here. read more

October 2025 Gorgeous high-end restaurant newly opened at the Venetian. The interior is absolutely stunning inside the Las Vegas location. We had to wait a bit even though we had a reservation. We were escorted to our seat through the beautiful restaurant pass the bar in the center followed by three concentric rows of seating. We were seated at the back row which allowed us to view the beauty of the entire restaurant. There was a live DJ which added a nice touch. We brought our kids for dinner but would say it is more for the adult crowd. Being Korean, the Korean BBQ concept with the banchans is not new to me. Thus, conceptually the dinner menu didn't overly impress me. But that is not to say the food wasn't good. We shared the COTE "ceviche" moolhwe, butcher's feast for each at the table as well as an additional order of the Cote galbi. All the meat quality was superb and presented very nicely. The explanation of the meat cuts and the variation of the different origins of meat was helpful. Even better than the food, the attention to detail of the drink menu was amazing. The list of cocktails, wine and spirits were impressive (non-alcoholic also available). More so, offerings of Z Biotics (pre-alcohol supplement) & 신쾌한 (Sankewhan - Korean morning after hangover drink) was thoughtful & intentional. Last minute reservation, which they had around 9pm on a Sunday evening. That's usually a pretty late dinner for my family and I, but we decided to go anyway for the experience. My family said it felt like a club but with food. Not a child or baby friendly place in my opinion. I wouldn't reorder the accompanying entrées again, but the Butcher's feast is a good start and experience. I'd say the food was pretty good overall, like a course meal. The marbling on that piece was truly a sight to behold, delivering a buttery, melt-in-your-mouth richness that set a new bar for what steak can be. Having the server manage the grill allowed us to fully relax and focus on the incredible flavors of the dry-aged beef and the perfectly balanced flavors. It is rare to find a meal that feels this polished and high-quality while still being so much fun to eat. The only downsides was the banchans - radish and califlower which both were lacking. And secondly the soybean soup was surprisingly spicy and salty which really went against the high quality of everything else. Twice the size of their NYC location, COTE Las Vegas has a nice trendy ambiance with a spacious and dark interior-- great for dates or group dinners. The live DJ in the elevated booth was pretty neat to see. The focus is on premium Korean BBQ, where the servers cook the meats table side, but there is also seafood and some mainstay Korean dishes like bibimbap mixed rice or noodle soups. We went with what most people order-- the Butcher's Feast included a tasting of 4 cuts of beef + green onion salad, egg souffle, banchan (pickled veggies), kimchi stew, soybean stew, and the soft serve ice cream. The waiters cook the meats for you, so it's nicely paced and worry-free! Everything tasted fresh and was nicely presented. Compared to the NYC location, the waiter didn't stick to our table but instead attended to multiple tables. There were a few times we were temped to turn the meats on the grill ourselves because we thought they might overcook. The meats ended up being slightly overdone or maybe the cut was slightly different... They were mostly on the tougher side for me; even the A5 was a pass for me. I gave those to MT, who was happy for extra pieces and enjoyed everything, so it was a successful date night :) The kalbi and hanger steak remained tender and were my favorite cuts! We both still think the soybean stew and kimchi stews were too salty (the one in NYC is too), but that's personal preference. We ordered the Jan-Chi Somyum (hot soup noodles) which ended up being my favorite thing of the meal-- it was comforting and savory without being overly salty. Great for sipping and the eggs + noodles were tasty too! Michael, our waiter, misheard one of our orders and initially insisted we ordered what came to the table (received the Bibim Somyun instead of the Jan-Chi Somyun). We didn't want to make a big deal and left it at that, but he brought out our correct order later without extra charge. Our banchan, stews, egg, and rice from the Butcher's feast were also missing for much of the meal until we asked about it. We ate most of the meat without them, which messed up the flow of the meal (meat goes with the lettuce and rice!). The service manager did come to talk to us and apologize, and we appreciated the gesture. He then even surprised us with a cut of wagyu. We weren't expecting it and were thankful for the nice surprise. The team definitely noticed mistakes and made efforts to make up for it. Not a flawless experience, but happy to have dined at COTE in their Las Vegas location for some good protein and good eats! Definitely a very unique elevated kbbq experience! We went with the butcher's feast which includes 4 USDA prime and Wagyu beef cuts as well as black truffle gogi cha, ban chan (side dishes), scallion salad red leaf lettuce with ssamjang, savory egg soufflé, kimchi stew, doenjang stew, and vanilla soft serve with caramel. We also ordered the steak tartar as an appetizer and drinks (lychee fizz, Japanese whiskey). The meat quality here is SO GOOD, all of the meat is seasoned, cooked, and cut to perfection for you. I was surprisingly more full than I expected from the 4 USDA prime and Wagyu beef cuts and all the other sides that came w the Butcher's feast set. All of the side dishes and banchan were pretty standard tasting in my opinion, nothing super mind blowing other than the meat here. The steak tartar was good, I like the light fluffy rice crackers it came with. Vanilla soft serve with miso caramel was also pretty standard, it was good but not mind blowing I feel like they could have offered a more interesting Asian dessert instead. Lychee fizz was refreshing and sweet and helped cut into some of the heaviness of the meat. It was good but not mind blowing. My partner got one of the Japanese whiskeys on the rocks which you can't go wrong with. They have a VERY extensive wine and spirits selection here. The service here is probably the best I've ever had in my life and I'm not exaggerating. Our reservation was when they opened and they had around 20+ staff just lined up at the front to seat all of the first reservations right away. It almost feels like there's literally a dedicated person for each task no matter how small it is from cooking meat to covering the people cooking the meat to filling water to wiping the table down in between there were constantly people coming to our table to do any little thing. Ambiance is really cool. The ceiling is beautiful with the flower architecture. Low lighting, darker cool vibe. Despite there being no overhead vents I actually didn't really smell like meat/kbbq afterwards and there was no smell in the restaurant either. I'm assuming there must be vents built into the side of the grill? this was the first time I didn't smell like kbbq after having kbbq. Overall, while it is a pricier kbbq option, I would say it is worth it for a special occasion as a unique elevated kbbq experience with excellent meat quality. For the ambience, the restaurant is beautiful and well designed, but it is a little dark for my taste. It feels more like a supper club/restaurant. There is DJ area, but no loud music since we had an early dinner. As for the service, It is adequate and sufficient. The waiter was knowledgeable with the menu and attend to us properly. No complaints in this area. However, the 3 stars was mainly due to the food, the meat was not as good as we expected. The banchans were ok but not many choices. COTE Korean Steakhouse is currently the only Korean BBQ restaurant located inside a Strip hotel, and it's inside The Venetian Resort. I personally find it much easier to access from The Palazzo--it's quieter with noticeably less foot traffic. Reservations are a must. Seating is limited and spots fill up fast, but it's absolutely worth planning ahead. In my opinion, this is the best Korean BBQ restaurant in Las Vegas right now. Everything hits: excellent service, a lively yet refined vibe, beautiful decor, and great music curated by an in-house DJ. The food is the real highlight. Vegetables were impeccably cleaned, banchan and soups were flavorful and well-balanced, and the meats were incredibly tender and juicy. My favorite was, of course, the kalbi. I loved the oyster with sea urchin, it was fresh and sweet. I liked that the server grilled all the meats for you so you can just hang out with friends and eat. The Ultimate Korean BBQ Experience Hands down the best Korean BBQ I've been to. We did the Omakase menu with the sommelier pairing, and it was flawless from start to finish. I joined them on Feb 25th 2026. The appetizers set the stage perfectly--their uni oyster is really good, and the beef tartare with caviar is by far the best I've had anywhere. As for the main event, the meat quality is on another level. The 45-day dry-aged ribeye was incredibly flavorful, and the Japanese A5 Wagyu literally melted in my mouth. What really sets COTE apart is the service; the 'Sommeliers of Beef' cook everything to absolute perfection right in front of you. The wine pairing was a major highlight. Every pour was brilliant and actually made sense with the food. If you want a high-energy atmosphere with world-class service, this is the place.
