If you're used to places like boiling crab or red claw, Crawlin' crab falls short, way short. Their main sauce was lackluster. It had all the spice but none of the flavor. I usually find myself wanting to dip my crab, fries, corn, allat in the sauce that comes in the bag. But I did none of that, and I didn't finish the corn because what was the point? The vibe was fine and our waitress was great. But even she didn't seem sold on this place. When I pay for crab, I expect top notch delicious food especially because of the price. I was disappointed and unfortunately won't be back although the location was so convenient. Alsoooo, the Cajun fries were not Cajun, just thin fries sprinkled with Cajun seasoning. Accidentally found this jewel today as I had a craving for crawfish! I ordered online and was pleasantly surprised that my order was ready within 10 min of me getting there and I didn't mind waiting at the bar as they were starting to get a crowd and already had several tables seated. Thomas, Carlos and Kayla were outstanding. Customer Service in this place is a plus plus- top notch. At the rate they are going they will need a bigger location soon. I was so happy to order such a large Togo order and everything was there- most times something is always forgotten! There are other places in Fort Worth/DFW that have crawfish and great boil but watch out- crawlin crab is amazing! Keep doing what you're doing and we will be back! First of all , I'm reviewing the thieving service. The crab legs I ordered were ok. I walked in placed an order for crab legs and when I paid with my debit card I left a tip, even though he did nothing but brought my food from the back when it was ready. I left the tip because I know people still need to make money during this pandemic. But two days later when I checked my bank account, this asshole added more to his tip than I gave. I went February 20, 2022 and it's now february 23, 2022, I had food poising for the past 3 days from the crawfish. i was supposed to get the 1/2 pound of shrimp, snow crab and crawfish. they forgot the crawfish but it was fine because they ended up bringing it after I told my server. She was sweet and her name was dajah, I'm going to be calling today for a refund for the fact that I've been throwing up ever since I had the seafood. I threw up the seafood by the way. Food was very good. We had the catfish basket and the shrimp tacos. The service was very good. They need a salad choice. There were no napkins; just a giant roll of brown paper. They pointed out where they wanted us to sit like nobody walked us over. we got 1 lb of snow crab and 1 lb of headless shrimp both spicy. Owner was arguing with employee and didn't seem to know wtf he was doing. I waited 25min for a frozen margarita. When I got it it was melted. He brought the GM out and as I was telling him about our experience he was calling the cops ‍ they printed out our reciept 4 times and could not get it right. I call to see if I can do a call in order the dude who answer said "no we don't " before I could say anything he called me a BITCH and hung up the phone. Ok so let's start off with this being my third time here, so the food is great! Here's the problem, lack of professionalism and customer service from the staff! I came in after a very long day and wanted to place a to go order. Mind you there's wasn't anyone at the hostess station to direct "to-go" orders to the "to-go" station. When i approach the counter to begin my order, a female server asked me to wait (understandable) and then directs a fellow server to place my order. Food was good, but nothing special. We had the shrimp basket and the catfish basket. Both only came with French fries. Food came in styrofoam containers. No utensils were offered, and we were given a roll of towels (the brown type) for napkins. Although wine was on the menu, none was available. Only 1/3 of the margaritas were available. The original on-the-rocks came in a short glass (the only real glass we got) for $10.99. The mango Rita was basically a slushee. Just don't see a return visit in the future. read more

We were seated with no menus and no server, my husband went to the front and asked for menus and we waited for about 20 minutes for someone to finally take our order. Food was brought in a timely manner but our order was incorrect. Ordered #2 and an extra pound of shrimp and other sides. When the server came with our food it looked so little so we asked for clarification on our order but she said it was correct since we were hungry and looked less than expected we added a SECOND additional pound. Well we never saw the SECOND pound come out, we decided not to mention it anymore. I didn't get a refill on my drink until the very end. I asked for our ticket, when I saw it explained our disappointment, waitress had only added the FIRST additional pound as HALF, not ONE. (We weren't charged for the second one that was never brought). We left this place hungry, and disappointed. Wait person had to come back to the table three times to verify that we ordered two Dos Xquis. She finally took our order, and we customized our boil, ordered medium spice. But the server told us, that "the back" does what they want, and the order was correct. We talked to the manager, and he reviewed everything and made ticket adjustments. Went to Crawlin' Crab for dinner with my husband for the first time tonight. There was a great crowd, and we waited about 20 minutes for a table. It was totally worth it! I had the Snow Crab legs with the mild boil, and it was great! Very flavorful and perfectly prepared, but be prepared that there is no way to consume this neatly or delicately (which I loved). My husband got a shrimp basket and the shrimp were light and well seasoned. The hush puppies were some of the best we've had in a long time. The staff was hustling to serve a LARGE Valentine's Day crowd and the service was great despite the frenzy. The owner was pitching in and offering legitimate service help as well as taking time to speak with diners at almost every table. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and are thrilled to have this new spot in our neighborhood. We'll definitely be back to try more delicious food, enjoy the drinks, and take advantage of the patio seating (when it's a bit warmer out). read more
