We were on our way home with dinner so we didn't get the full experience of the ice cream cookie sandwich with edges rolled in chocolate chips, sprinkles or any other of the fun toppings they have. We brought home a pint of cookies & cream ice cream ($6) and it was pretty good and the cookies were above average. My only disappointment was two cookies were peanut butter instead of white chocolate macadamia nut, oh well. Went by yesterday at 8:00pm, was closed even though hours state they are open until 10:30.

Closed over 30 minutes early tonight for no reason. Literally ran to lock up when they saw us walking towards the door. It was clear the 3 kids working tonight weren't supposed to be closing up that early either as when I asked why they were closing so early, they all looked at each other waiting for one to come up with an explanation - never received one. Just closed the door on us. Glad I don't live here to be tempted into giving them a second chance later on. If you've got a craving for CREAM, go to any other location in the bay even if this one is more convenient. Honestly i wouldnt go back but if you're vegan and craving something sweet you should try it- they let you try the ice cream so if you dont like it just leave. I was lost staring into the sweets and fresh bake cookies. My struggle is that I'm short and could not see the vegan cookies that was placed on the top shelf. The cookies are perfectly baked, soft, and chewy cookies. Combine that with amazing ice cream flavors and you have a pretty delicious combination. I've been here too many times, but every time I come it definitely hits the sweet tooth! I usually get an ice cream sandwich in one form or the other and I haven't really tried anything else. But that's all you need to get when you come to CREAM. The first thing I ever tried here was the chocolate chip cookie with cookie dough ice cream and sprinkles and ever since then I've been hooked. I've also tried it with the brownie and the birthday cake ice cream and all sorts of combinations with these items. The chocolate chip cookie isn't the best cookie, but it's a pretty damn good cookie, baked fresh on-site! You can see this in action! Same with the ice cream and the brownie, not the best, but still really good! Super sweet, soft and melts in your mouth. When you combine it with the ice cream and a topping it's really special. It's a warm, soft cookie with delicious sweet ice cream, and it will satisfy for sweet tooth craving for a week! It's also $5 which is a reasonable price imo, because this is actually pretty filling. If you don't eat a lot or you just had dinner, I suggest you go for the mini ice cream sandwiches, which I think are $3 - 4! But yes, this place is great and I'd definitely recommend and go back!
