We tried a good amount of the Menu. I really enjoyed the donuts and the omelets was very creamy. It's an order at the counter and hope they have a seat for you after kind of seating situation. I liked that they do fairly simple dishes with fine attention to detail.The potatoes were very crispy and hearty.Other things were just alright. Wife and I needed a break from ranch life and decided to head to San Antonio on a recent weekend. Did some shopping; hung out to unwind from our weekly woes. Not that there are many but it's nice to get away sometimes. Sunday morning came around; we packed up everything and headed to the truck. Cullum's Attaboy delivered a stunning spread while not feeling stuffy. Almost fast casual like feel as you order at the counter. But, what comes out of the kitchen is mind blowing. Wife's first try of caviar. I may have created a monster. Spudnuts are a potato play on a donut and they were piping hot and a delicious start. Oh, my first chilled glass when ordering a bottle of bubbly. Escargot followed as this is one of my personal favorites. Also one of the best I've had. Now caviar! Tiny blini, tiny spoon, crema, tiny eggs, and tiny chives. Again, the wife hates nearly every fish thing in the world but loved it. Has talked about it for days after. Asked already to go back to San Antonio for another brunch. Well, hope she's buying! This place is very casual but don't let that fool you the menu was simple yet delicious. The service was beyond spectacular the staff were very nice and friendly. The restaurant is a very cute hole in the wall but you feel very comfortable and the vibes were modern and upscale. I really enjoyed my breakfast burger and the potatoes were cooked to perfection. While visiting San Antonio, I found Cullums Attaboy on TikTok and it quickly proved to be the best meal of my entire trip. This place is no joke, and the quaint size is not to be underestimated. With French inspired cuisine, this brunch is unrivaled and so flavorful. I opted for the Attaboy Brunch Burger which was so filling and every aspect of it was so delicious and savory. It was actually exploding with flavors and even when I was full it was hard to stop eating it since it was so good. The mimosas were great and the presentation was beautiful. Although inside was very cozy and beautifully furnished, we opted to eat outside due to the gorgeous weather. The patio was set up well and the seating was plentiful. I had this restaurant on my list and we stopped in for brunch, since we were in the area. A Michelin guide list restaurant that offers quite the options! From caviar bumps to truffle brisket eggs Benedict (for brunch) which is what I ordered. It was the perfect portion and it came with potatoes cooked to perfection, crispy and light on the outside and soft inside. They paired it with a delicious aioli as well. They have 2 separate time openings for brunch and for dinner, fyi. We came for brunch. The ambiance is pretty casual for brunch. My husband had the breakfast burger, and we ordered the fresh fruit cup for my toddler. The restaurant has very limited seating and they are a counter order restaurant. My husband went and ordered for us while we waited in the lower seating area. To drink I had a delicious vanilla latte. From the outside this looks like a bungalow in the city with outdoor tables for eating. Inside you step almost into the kitchen where all of the awesome sights and smells of a well running kitchen originate. You are directed to different seating areas with a menu, but ordering rakes place st the cashier. We opted to sit at the counter to watch all the culinary action. The butter bread is just that, butter soaked in bread toasted perfectly GBD and served with another pat of butter. The steak and place was amazingly cooked and full of flavor. Might be one of the best in SATX. The Attaboy was delicious too. Fries were cooked perfect and the leeks were a great side. We barely had enough room for dessert but somehow managed to down the cheesecake and ice cream. Both wonderful and perfectly portioned. Service here is top notch as you can imagine and even though it was busy I felt like we got individual attention, they made us feel like the only ones there without ignoring the rest of the diners. Only thing I find odd is the counter service for a restaurant of this stature. So, I'm tipping someone who took my order on the tablet, I don't know anyone's name, I get my own water, they'll bring out drinks and food and that's it. No follow up, etc. Where a server who has been taking care of me the whole time, who is getting paid 2.13/hour in Texas, and is checking on me, it makes sense to take care of them. Here, it seems that it is some form of tipshare amongst staff, which means they're not getting paid enough, as is. Would hope that FOH staff is getting paid more than 10/hour to beat out McDonald's. Furthermore, I hope that the BOH staff is getting paid more than 20/hour. Just some thoughts that no one asked for. read more

Wow just WOW! Vibes here are so immaculate. You truly feel transported to another time. Heads up, you order at the counter and then take a seat and sometimes the line can take a while. It's worth the wait, just don't be in a rush if you can help it. You MUST order the steak and eggs and go ahead and splurge on the glace and truffle - it sends this dish out of orbit. This place is definitely not somewhere you can just drop into quickly, but IMO it was well worth the wait. The 1915 Spudnut doughnuts were great and not to be missed, a shareable appetizer with 4 to a plate. We also got the savory french toast which was super decadent and unique (sort of grilled cheese vibes) and the omelette with truffle that was quite literally out of this world. I had the hamburger with fries, and had a small piece of the butter bread that our table ordered to start with, as it's very popular. The burger was delicious but honestly I felt like I needed lipitor after dinner. Everything here is buried in butter. Since my husband and I heard about Cullum's James Beard nomination we have been dying to check out one of his restaurants! We had the spudnut doughnuts which I didn't have too high of expectations for but they were amazing. Fresh, hot, and sweet, I couldn't believe how good those lil guys were. My husband had the Brisket steak and eggs which he said was really good and filling. I had the Baked Tomato French toast which I hadn't heard of before and it was so good !! Imagine if a quiche and a pizza had a baby, it's like that. The service was sweet and friendly, and the interior is small and charming. My only reason why I didn't give this place 5 stars was due to every table being a little dirty. Regardless I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone who has been wanting to come! read more

They didn't skimp out on the quality of the food just because you aren't waited on (in the traditional sense). Mine and my partner's meals were delicious and flavourful. This place feels like this been a staple in San Antonio. As if it has always been here. From the staff's outfits, to how they prepare the food, this place is a gem. Dear I say, cute af. I started with a simple honey latte and it was delightful. I got the pancakes and added eggs potatoes and bacon. I know this sounds crazy but the bacon felt so light to eat. The flavor was like nothing I've ever had as bacon. The potatoes were so crispy, yet airy. The pancakes had a little zest of lemon which I was pleasantly surprised. I was able to taste the ham and cheese sandwich with some sort of cheese sauce at the bottom and I highly recommend it. All in all, this place prices can get out of hand as for my pancakes, eggs, potatoes, and bacon costed me a few hours of work thats for sure. But this place is a place I will be bringing family and friends from out of town to that's for sure. I give it a 4.5 out of 5 stars due to price but will average up to 5 since there is not half star I can give. Had my first espresso martini here! I fell in love with that chocolatey flavor. Shoutout to my friend for putting me on. We only dropped in for a drink on a Saturday morning but the place was soooo cute and cozy. Theme is old fashioned and it's perfect for brunch or a dinner date. Had brunch here with other Yelp friends. The atmosphere is really laid-back. The interior is charming. The service is helpful but out of the way, which I loved. The scallop was tender, sweet, and paired with roe and thick hollandaise is decadent. I would get it again. It can be eaten by one, since it's a scallop, but it was nice to share it because you can indulge but not feel like you drank a half cup of hollandaise. I mean, that's actually how I'd like to die, but not today. I absolutely loved the classic omelette. You can add all the fixins like truffle and caviar. Small salad of frisé was an exceptional pairing because of the richness of the omelette. My friends got the pancakes and the tomato French toast. Those were both delicious and a wonderful treat. The pancakes tasted of orange zest, which was accented by the beautiful little pat of butter and drizzle of maple syrup. The tomato French toast reminded me of an inside out, grilled cheese with crispy cheese on the outside of the French toast & dotted with blistered tomato. The cheesecake was delicious as well. This adorable counter serve diner takes you all the way back to the 40's-50's - as the interior feels like it was pulled right out of another time. We came on a Sunday morning and got a pitcher of Mimosas. It was a lot for our table, and when we ran out of OJ, they provided another portion no charge. We then got the 1915 Spudnut Donut - These were absolutely brilliant! Crunchy little fellas with a interior that melts in your mouth. I could chow down on these alone. For my entree, I got the classic french omelette with some caviar on top. The egg was cooked perfectly - smooth, buttery, tender and a warm, tasty hollandaise on top. The caviar was a fun addition on a classic breakfast item and the saltiness was a welcomed addition. It comes with some greens on the side with a simple vinaigrette, which was good. The staff was attentive, kind and helpful. I really had a wonderful experience here and would love to come back.
