I'd driven by this Culver's many of times. I can't really say that I've had the full "Culver's Experience " because the time I went, I went thru the drive-thru and I only order a drink and cheese curds. I'll update or rewrite my review if and when I revisit the restuarant. I will say that my wait here wasn't very long, and I don't ever see many cars here when I drive by, the location may not be the best of this business, it probably should have gone on the other side of the bridge near the mall. read more

This place is so good! The burgers (called butter burgers) are great and pretty filling, and the fries are nicely seasoned. We weren't able to try the cheese curds, but I've heard good things. Yes yes yes!!! From the service to the food it's a yes all around. Upon entry to the restaurant the first thing I noticed was how super clean this place was! All the tables, behind the counter, floors it was so nice and clean. Alex took our order and was very kind and helpful. I had the double cheeseburger with onion rings and my husband had the double bacon burger deluxe. Both were wonderful!! I love how thin the burger patties are. The onion rings are awesome you must try them! My husband had the chili fries and the chili was great... it was like a dry chili which had onions, tomatoes, peppers and kidney beans very very good. Prices are good for 2 burger combo meals it was $19. Overall this place is good for a quick lunch. I was in the mood for a really good burger and crinkle fries for lunch, and after doing a light search on the internet, I found Culver's. I must have past this place a million times and had no idea they were putting out the most amazing burgers! I ordered the ButterBurger with fries and the burger was absolutely delicious. They say the beef is fresh never frozen and I take statements like that with a grain of salt, but this time I believe it, because I could've eaten the beef by itself it was so tasty. I wanted to give 5 stars but my only critique was the fries were really hard. I expect to have a few left over at the bottom of the bag that may not be edible, but in this case over half the bag of fries were hard as rocks. Honestly the burger was so good it made up for the fries, and if I didn't have an issue with dairy I would've tried the custard. Came here for the first time for food. I have been here before for frozen custard and it's heavenly. Today I got the cod sandwich basket. The fish did not taste like a frozen piece of fish it was delicious. They have crinkle cut fries which I love and Wisconsin cheese sauce for dipping (it's a must try) They serve Pepsi products which is a bonus. Now I didn't eat all my food not because it wasn't good but because I needed to save room for frozen custard. I got chocolate custard with peanut butter sauce and peanut butter cups...... O.....M .......G! I have never ever had a more scrumptious ice cream sundae, it was creamy and peanut buttery and yumminess. If I knew it was gonna be that good I would not have ordered food. The food is good but service is lacking. It seems the wait time is longer and longer after each visit. Even when no one is in front of you at the counter or drive-thru a simple meal takes well over 10 minutes. Unfortunately, they don't take corporate issued coupons even when they state "Any Culver's" with no date or location limitations. Just got the answer with attitude "yeah, we don't accept these coupons...maybe you should go try the one on Scenic Highway". (Maybe we will) Really, is that how you want to handle customers? When I heard this place had Wisconsin style Cheese Curds, I was super excited. If you are from the Upper Midwest, you know what a delicious delicacy Cheese Curds are (despite their slightly icky sounding name....) So, I stopped in recently and had a bacon cheeseburger and cheese curds. The bacon cheeseburger was ok - honestly it was similar in quality to a Wendy's burger. Nothing special. But the cheese curds were incredibly disappointing. Absolutely NOTHING like "true" cheese curds. (The reason they get two stars is the customer service was excellent... friendly employees who work hard to make sure the customers are happy.) I look forward to going back to Minnesota for the MN State Fair over Labor Day and indulging in fresh hot authentic cheese curds! read more

This place is really close to my house so I go there a lot for lunch. The food is great and customer service is great too. Mr. Todd the manager is great. My order got messed up one time and when I called and spoke to him he made sure to make it right. But it's only happened once out of all the times I've been there and it was partly my fault. The place is clean and they make your food after you order it so its always fresh and hot. They have a great selection of desserts too. read more

The burger was very good with thick patties, crispy bacon and a soft toasted bun, I've certainly had better cheese curds but for a fast food restaurant they were pretty good. I do not want to be giving any stars to this restaurant. But, cannot submit this review unless I do. My husband and I will not be going back any time soon unless things change. We went to the Muncie, IN restaurant last evening and I had the Cape Cod dinner. The fish and batter were bland with no taste as also the green beans. My husband said the burger that he usually orders, had no taste and the bun was very dry and crumbling. There was visible trash and fries on the floor where the employees were preparing the food that I witnessed them stepping over instead of picking up. I went to the bathroom and the stalls were dirty, floors had dirt build up, especially in the corners. Counters had water all over them as I could tell they were not monitoring the condition. Where was management? I do not ever write these reviews but thought the restaurant could benefit. Not really sure where management was last night. read more
