I was happy to see a restaurant down here that sold food my husband grew up with. Unfortunately, it missed the mark. The curds were blah, and my husband makes a far superior tenderloin at home. So very disappointing to order a mushroom and Swiss burger to pull away and find out the burger is charred to a crisp, the Swiss cheese is not melted and they forgot the mushrooms. That was a waste of time and money and I still have no lunch. read more

Wow, that was good. This joint is a great little burger joint. The burgers are seared on a Flat top and served up on a buttered bun, with all the goodies you want. Cheese curds!!! Good ice cream treats! I prefer the single burger to the doubles but they all taste wonderful. And the staff are ready and willing to serve..give them a try. read more

Okay burger spot allowing you to select your finishing touches. French fries were good and nicely seasoned. Milkshakes are too sweet and not thick enough, which was disappointing considering they use custard. Probably will only patronize again if nothing else is available. read more

This is just an average to me I found it today just OK cheese curds for anything special and a hamburger Kinda reminds me of a Krystal hamburger- it's really thin! Granted They-fresh toppings -but doesn't everybody -?! We frequently visit Culver's locations and this one was a let down. To start it took two employees trying to figure out how to take our basic order, the Manager was first then handed us off to another employee mid order. Our food arrived incorrect, we ordered onion rings and were brought fries - what shouldn't have been a big deal. We let the server know about the order and she took the fries. A few minutes later the manager came back while we were eating and in close contact defensively put the receipt in our face showing a fries order and again stated we ordered onion rings. She then stated that onion rings are an up charge. I gladly offered to pay the difference but that we wanted the food we ordered. Once we were done with our food the onion rings were brought out. I went to the register to pay the $1.06 up charge and it took multiple employees to figure out how to just charge me an up charge only. Needless to say this was a terrible display of "customer service" not to mention order and team inefficiency leading to a terrible meal. We've enjoyed Culver's for years and will rethink returning. read more

I was so excited to see that Culver's has made its way to Georgia! Excellent customer service, great burgers, and very clean. However, my main reason for coming here is for the fried cheese curds, which I was very disappointed in. They are just not the same as what you would get in a Culver's in Wisconsin. read more

We've gone three times in two months (twice with no kids) and had no issues. We went yesterday and they were short staffed but that's because most of the staff are in high school. We have three kids; 7-15 and two have Autism and are very picky about their food and the oldest (mild autism) suggested this place. All of our kids like this place and hubby and I like the food. A lot to choose from (they even send coupons) and every time we went customer service was good. I have no complaints. *Also I need to add that we try to go when there is hardly anyone there because my daughter doesn't do well with a lot of noise so I am not sure how it is during peak times.* read more

Awesome food and ice cream to eat. I got a chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Also their custard is really good. You can get different sizes and all sorts of flavors for it. They even have a flavor of the day each day of the month. Very cool place to eat and the service is great too! read more

The food is great but if you do a review from the register receipt and try to get your free custard scoop, they mess with you like giving half the amount of cole slaw and almost no corned beef on the reuben. read more

I ate at Culver's Rest in Snellville Ga for lunch on July 4th. First time in a Culver's. They had custard special for 2.00 a pint Wife decided we would take four pints home with us. HOWEVER some our home was about 50 miles away we were concerned the custard would melt . My wife suggested we stop at A DIFFERENT CULVERS that was about half way to our home It is located on Buford Dr at the intersection of Interstate 85. WHAT A MISTAKE THE actual owner was there and when I questioned WHY his custard was 2.99 a pint and the Culver's I had just eaten at 30 minutes prior price was 2.00 a pint he was became not rude but extremely adamant that this was his store and he could charge his prices regardless of what another franchise owner may do. I found it VERY DISTURBING that he could GOUGE me as a customer without any concern at about me questioning his refusal to match anoth restaurant with the same name 15 miles away. THEN I UNDERSTOOD . This Culver's is located at interstate 85 and Ga 20 across from Mall of Ga and very near Gwinnett Braves stadium (Atl Braves farm team) Extremely high traffic. He isn't concerned because he doesn't have to be concerned about having a unhappy customer. He refused to honor the other Culver's price which he would have lost 4.00 read more

My first experience with Culver's was this evening at the Buford, GA location that opened last month. We went through the drive-thru & my son ordered a burger & fries with a Slice, my wife ordered the Cod Basket & onion rings with a slice, & I ordered chicken tenders. When we pulled up to the window, the $14 total clued us in that our order was screwed up: they somehow switched my son's order to a burger & onion rings with a Slice, my order was OK, but my wife's order was gone. So, we re-ordered the cod basket & the fries that got swapped from my son's order. They gave us a plastic number, asked us to pull forward & said they would bring out the cod & fries. And so we waited. Workers walked past us running food to other cars, and we waited. My son finished his burger, I finished my tenders (though my dipping sauce wasn't in the bag). And we waited. We ate the onion rings & finshed the beveridges. And we were done waiting. My son went inside to get our money back for the cod basket with fries. Minutes later, he came out with a bag instead of the refund, telling us that our order had been sitting in there but nobody brought it out to us. We drove home & my wife opened her bag an found that instead of a cod basket, she had a cod sandwich. Not surprisingly, the Cod was cold, and my dipping sauce wasn't in her bag either. The workers seemed very confused, and our experience certainly did not dispel this perception. The Cod & burger were OK, the chicken was pretty good, and the onion rings were good. The fries were cold but decent flavor & texture suggest that they might have been good, once. We might give them another shot some day. Maybe. read more

I never write reviews but this time I'm compelled. This is by far the best cheeseburger I ever had in my entire adult life. It's very nice to see the owner on the job along with his son. The service is excellent and very swift and the restaurant is immaculately clean. The only complaint I have is that there aren't enough Culver's in the state of Georgia! read more
