The burgers here are really good and so are the sundaes. I ordered two of the deluxe burgers and two orders of fries. I also got two turtle sundaes. It comes with two scoops of ice cream and nuts. The food is really good but kind of expensive. After eating one burger,fries and a sundae I was still hungry. It takes a lot of food to make me full. just your average burger but amazing customer service! if you want a little more flavor just ask for salt and pepper, i got the cheddar butterburger with bacon and no onions... i definitely still got onions but they weren't near any cheese so it wasn't that big of a deal. Really enjoy the burgers here because they look just like they are pictured on their menu, and they are rather tasty. The onion rings are battered, not coated in cornmeal, which is a nice change. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Only drawback can be longish wait times for food, but at least your order will be fresh and hot, not some prewrapped item under a heat lamp. One more thing: calories are listed on the menu board so you can maybe make this your one meal of the day if you are watching your calories! read more

This place is a must for all to try. This restaurant is great. Love the burgers and especially their custard. The service is quick and very friendly. I love the fact that we can order ahead by phone and come and get our food , especially the fresh fried chicken that I love. The food is fresh and is made only when ordered which is why we do not mind waiting the extra few minutes. My family loves eating here as they have every kind of meat or fish choice. Soup is yummy. They have different soups every day. The owner Mike is very nice. He seems very friendly with his crew. He gave us warm welcomes every time we went there. The manager and crew were friendly. What a nice little find, had driven by this place a hundred times and decided to stop in for a lunch. Kind of an old style burger and fountain type place but with modern updates and amenities. This is not fast food, everything is made to order, very good quality ingredients. Service is excellent, very fast and friendly. This place is your better than average fast food restaurant. In addition to burgers fires and chicken sandwiches, they have some good sides. I ordered the single burger with everything, a side of Cole slaw and cheese curds and thought they were pretty good. The burger was fine, a little too charred for my liking, but it was okay. I really liked the cheese curds and Cole slaw so for that alone I'm giving it a higher ranking. The boys liked their milk shakes, but thought their burgers were just okay. We'd probably come back for the ice cream, they had a pretty good selection in that category. I will say this, their root beer (they have a Culver's brand) was pretty darn good. read more

When comparing this place to other fast food places, I'm giving this place four stars. I stopped by here with a friend since we saw some sign about a happy hour. They had $2 shakes during it so we both got chocolate ones. I'm pretty picky with shakes, and I actually liked mine. It wasn't too thick and it wasn't too liquid-y. The food is pretty decently priced, especially for the quality and service you get. The owner was working the front and walking around the restaurant, which is always so nice to see. I'd say the burgers are comparable to Steak n' Shake and the fries are comparable to Braum's. My meal with a mushroom burger, fries, and shake was only like 7 bucks and it was pretty good. No flavor what-so-ever...this was our first and last visit. Frozen green beans that are undercooked. Mashed potatoes that look and taste like they came out of a frozen dinner. My family and I generally enjoy Culver' s and frequent there. This was the first time at this location and we were disappointed in the service. We had ordered our food and after waiting longer for my son to receive his order, there was an item forgotten on another, then one of the other orders was incorect and had to be remade. When the manager, Mike, walked around the restaurant checking on customers in the dining room I fully thought he would come to our table, but he completely bypassed our table and went to all others. The restaurant was not busy and they seemed to be over staffed so I was puzzled as to why there was an issue with waitimg longer for our order. Despite the bad service, my husband ordered a custard. However the order was forgotten yet again. Before leaving, I had let the manager know what had happened and that I had never experienced this kind of service at a Culver's before and I was disappointed. What was most bothersome was the manager's lack of concern and professionalism for customer service. The title of manager usually means that person has been trained in such things as customer service, as well as being able to motivate and teach your team. The number of errors and clear lack of customer service tells me that Mike needs more training. I will say that the young man that delivered our corrected order to the table had more customer service skills than did his manager as he had the wherewithal to apologize for the error.
