In the past hour on 3/4/23 I went to Culver's on crimson to get 2 butter Bergers and 2 orders of fries. The service and the food was the worse I have ever had there. I ordered drive thru was charged double and luckily I knew it or Culver's would have come out smelling good , the order was credited but held up the line. I then proceeded to wait 15 minutes in line and called on my phone inside the store to have someone bring my food out to me. I got the food home after checking it was in fact what I ordered but the buns were burnt!!! And some of the fries were too. If I felt better and if the location was closer to my home I would have packaged it all up and thrown it to the Mia manages kids working. This location is in need of a manager and trained personnel. I will not be returning there are other places to spend my hard earned money and have a good burger in a timely fashion. My number was 21. Never to return to this location!! The whole family loves this place. Personally, I look forward to coming for the burgers. They are always completely perfect, like I look down and realize I inhaled the whole thing in a bliss trance. My son adores the chicken tenders (which I would totally order if it weren't for the burger situation), and obviously the frozen custard is amazing. I recently dined at Culver's with two visiting friends. I ordered battered Atlantic cod, another guest ordered chicken tenders and the third guest ordered shredded pot roast. My fish was unidentifiable, cold, mushy and tasteless, i was told that the chicken was just as bad. I only took one bite of the fish and my friend likewise took one bite of chicken. It was equally terrible. The pot-roast was apparently Ok. I took the fish and chicken home and tried to feed it to my dog. He refused to eat it. Smart dog. I don't know what's happened recently with this location, each and every time I go there, they get my order wrong, take forever to even take the order. It's worse at night.... This is not an inexpensive fast food place, the least they can do is enter your order correctly into the system. I will go out of my way to go to another location from this point forward, so very disappointing. read more

After reading the reviews I was looking forward to a good burger. My husband ordered a cheeseburger and I a regular hamburger. When he was asked what he wanted on them he said "everything" on both but no cheese on one. Upon our we got home he found zero condiments or tomato on his although it did have lettuce, pickle and onion. Mine however consisted of a dry burger pattie in a bun and nothing else. Fortunately, we had condiments in the fridge, including a tomato. He ate his and I threw mine away - too far to return for a refund. To top it off his was over cooked and dry. Would not return. Ok I had no idea about this place. But now after a few visits I am a massive fan. Yes, this place is loaded with boomers eating dinner at 4 pm, but that's ok. I'm Gen X, so I'm right behind 'em LOL. The burgers are SO good. Like, better than Red Robin, even better than Lenny's in Mesa. The wife and I decided Culver's has the BEST burger & fries in the valley... and we have tried 'em all. The place itself is very clean and well-run. The managers have this place running like clockwork and firing on all cylinders. I saw one difficult and annoying old lady being kind of a pain-in-the-@ss to the staff, but the server took it in stride and remained calm and professional. Being in escalations myself, I recognize that skill. Like when you wanna "keep it real" and throw hands at these annoying "Karens"... but the staff and the managers are PROS. The food is AMAZING. The concrete mixers go wonderfully at the end of a massive cheeseburger and fries meal and ensure that you'll go home and take a 3 hour nap. Seriously, this place is great. 5 BIG stars... and really.... shout out to the crew at Culvers. I know its hard but you guys deserve props. read more

We visited your restaurant on 12/18/2017. First of all $32.00 for 3 pieces of fish which was for two meals is outrageous. We are from Alaska where we can get fresh halibut for $40.00 for two meals. The fish had absolutely no flavor. The green beans were not cooked properly. They were hard and crunchy. Then I get home 90 miles away from your RESTURANT and I am sick and vomiting. Needless to say it was a horrible meal and a horrible experience. By the way 24 hours later and my stomach is still doing flip flops. Very good burgers -- both the beef and bun tasted fresh. Also tried crinkle fries, onion rings and cheese curds. No real standout, but all were decent. The drive thru moved quickly and they have a good set up for waiting for your meal to be brought to the car. This was our first time giving this place a try. We will be back! read more

Big mistake. We wanted a quick meal and tried Culver's drive thru. There was no one in line yet they made us go park. When the employee brought us our food they just tossed the bag at us and walked away. We had to call them back for ketchup and then a second time for napkins. The sandwiches were nearly tasteless and my mint chocolate milk shake was thin, overly mint flavored and the few pieces of chocolate were sitting on the bottom of the cup. The onion rings at this restaurant are amazing, with the perfect amount of batter on them. The bacon butterburger is truly delicious. We love their ice cream. They have a daily ice cream mix and we keep an eye out for our favorites. I will get a concrete mix for dinner and my husband gets a butter burger and a concrete mix. First time ever to a Culver's. Mushroom burger was very bland and tasteless. The meat was not seasoned in any way. I had to put salt and pepper on it and it was still somewhat bland. First time at this location. I'm from the west side of town in Peoria and every Culvers I've been to have never messed 1 thing up. I understand this may be a newer location and some employees are still training but 2 out of 4 meals I ordered were wrong. BOTH mushroom Swiss burgers had NO mushrooms. This was a late night, quick meal and now we have sandwiches that we didn't want and don't want to drive all the way back after a long day. On top of that, the number left on the receipt is not being answered and 3 times in a row now it has said the call cannot be completed as dialed. Very bad experience. We had a great experience at Culver's today. The food was excellent and the service was too. The staff was super friendly. Quality was great. Meat was delicious in the burgers. I had the Wisconsin Cheese Curds...DELICIOUS! Similar to a mozzarella stock, but different in shape, very fresh and perfectly cooked. The frozen custard concrete mix in thing I got was amazing, creamy and full of oreos and peanut butter. So good. My husband got a banana shake, he liked it, but the banana wasn't as ripe as he would have liked. Still a good amount of banana in the shake. The cheesy pub burger I got was super rich. I wish I had ordered a single patty though instead of a double and added lettuce and tomatoes. It was very flavorful and filling. Love all the cheese on it. Go for the frozen custard and skip the food. The food is your standard dinner and ice cream restaurant food. The deluxe cheeseburger is pretty bland, the fish was very greasy, sitting in a puddle of oil at the bottom of the plate, the chicken tenders were fine, nothing special. Prices are a little higher than expected. And it takes quite awhile to get your food. The frozen custard was really good though and the employees are very nice. We'll go back for dessert but don't think we'll try the food again. read more

Glad to have a taste from the Midwest so close. I grew up with Culver's in IL. I don't understand why they removed fried chicken family meals from the menu. From the moment we found out they were coming to town we were excited, but it was a let down when we found out they don't have chicken anymore. Love their butter burgers and fries. They have great root beer too--diet and regular. My favorite is the custard--chocolate is delicious alone or vanilla is best with turtle toppings--turtle sundae turtle concrete or anything with hot fudge, caramel, and pecans. read more
