Worst Indian food I ever had. Must have been spoiled in Texas. The chicken was so dry you can see how dry in the photo so it was inedible. The butter chicken was so sweet. They were out of the dessert we wanted.

Do not let the sombrero and cactus on the sign fool ya, this place is not a Mexican restaurant. I tried ordering nachos and they brought pakora ! I asked for fajitas and they brought our tandoori chicken! Give this place a shot. Great food, very clean, super friendly service and staff.

Wow! Terrific food and friendly service! Very authentic and probably the best biryani and garlic naan I've had in a long time. We'll definitely be back when in this part of town.

Expensive and Flavorless disappointing. Came with my wife. She ordered vegan Aloo Gobi. I had a dish the Tandoori Mix Grill. And a bread I forgot which. Sadly flavorless food. Not a place i will return.

The food here was absolutely delicious! I definitely would recommend to go check it out! We started off with the flavored lemonades; watermelon and mango, which were tasty and not overly sweet. It's definitely best to eat family style, we ordered a bunch of different plates and shared. Their butter chicken was exceptional! The mixed biryani was so flavorful and came with a yogurt sauce that was so good. I had never tried the madras curry before, but I'm glad I did because I'm definitely adding it to my list of favorite curries. The lamb vindaloo was good and tangy, but not my favorite dish. Our server was friendly and attentive and the restaurant was very cozy. Just a heads up we got everything medium spicy, and it was pretty spicy which I loved, but if you're not into spicy, I would recommend getting mild! Can't wait to come back and try some other dishes.

The repurposed Las Flames Mexican restaurant is now an Indian established. We tried a couple of the flavored Naan breads, I think I'll settled for the traditional next time. I wanted to try goat, having heard it's praises on several food shows. I think the curry was the most flavorful of the three on the table and when I could find bits of meat, usually still attached to the bone, it was very good. It was disappointing to have so little actual meat in the midst of am the bone bits. The chicken vindaloo wasn't bad, if a bit dry. The veggie curry with chickpeas and dal was very tasty. Service was prompt and friendly. I like the interior design and the service ware is unlike anything I've seen before. Worth a visit.

Had such high hopes but was underwhelmed. Ordered tandoori chicken, full size, garlic naan and rice. Tandoori chicken was ok, but really dry. Loved the sauce for dipping. The garlic naan was cold and stale. There's no way it was cooked fresh. We ordered Togo on a Friday night at 5:30 pm and I don't think anyone was in the restaurant. Decor was nice, restaurant looked clean. Dim lit. Can't say I would return.

Think we just found our favorite Indian restaurant in Vancouver. The food was freshly made with Nan bread. I hope the level of food quality remains as this new restaurant finds its groove serving its guests. Mild spicy was perfect for me wasn't to powerful and could taste the flavors of this dish. The ambience is still very previous restaurant style but it is a brick building making it hard to redecorate.

Best indian food in Vancouver! Been waiting for a spot like this. Try the Pani Puri - super delicious and fun appetizer. All of the Naan was fresh too. We had Palak Paneer and Lamb Vindaloo. The temperature was super hot, which is great because we like our food to come out steaming! Both dishes we got medium because we were unsure of the spice level. If you like spicy, actually order spicy! Medium was very mild here. Still super delicious and you can tell the spices they use are in perfect proportion. The spot has plenty of tables for seating too. If you are confused about the mexican-esque decor, this used to be a space for a place called Los Flamas!

It's been hard to find a place with pani puri that tastes authentic but daawat did it right! Love how tangy the sauce is, most places make it too sweet. The butter chicken was also a favorite. We didn't care for the tikka masala which was surprising because it's my husbands favorite but the bell peppers threw us off. The spice level is pretty low, we asked for a 8/10 and it tasted like a 2/10 - so we had to ask for extra spicy for the last dish we ordered

The first thing that stood out was the service. There was only one server working the dining room during a busy lunch rush, and you would never have known it. She handled every table with professionalism, confidence, and genuine warmth. She made me feel like I was the only guest in the restaurant, checking on me often without ever making me feel rushed or forgotten. It honestly felt more like being welcomed into someone's home than eating at a restaurant. She deserves a lot of recognition because she absolutely elevated my entire experience. I wish I had gotten her name because she earned every bit of this compliment. For my meal, I ordered king crab legs, snow crab legs, shrimp, and crawfish. I chose to mix all of the seasonings because I thought it would create the biggest flavor. Unfortunately, the food itself was much blander than I expected. The potatoes, corn, shrimp, and especially the king crab legs needed a lot more seasoning. Considering the price of king crab, I was hoping for a much bolder flavor. The snow crab legs were probably the highlight of the seafood. When my server noticed I wasn't completely satisfied, she immediately stepped in to help. She brought me extra garlic butter and additional Old Bay seasoning, and that made a huge difference. She didn't ignore the issue or make excuses--she genuinely wanted me to enjoy my meal, and I really appreciated that. Overall, I'd give the service a perfect 10/10. The food, based on this visit, didn't quite live up to the hype for me, but the menu is huge and there are still plenty of things I'd like to try. Because of how well I was treated, I'll definitely be back and I'll be hoping to get the same server again. Great hospitality can make all the difference, and she absolutely proved that today.

The pork belly is high quality and they don't skimp on the veggies. Their tangsuyuk is another standout, perfectly crispy even when coated in sauce, which is no easy feat (if you know, you know). The wasabi shrimp has a unique, addictive flavor with just the right amount of crunch. And the kimchi burger? Thoughtfully crafted with a soft brioche bun, a juicy, flavorful patty, and kimchi that really pops. Beyond the food, the hospitality makes the experience even better. Sam and the staff are incredibly warm and attentive. They are happy to offer recommendations, check in throughout your meal, and always greet you with a smile. I didn't give it a 5 star because I was a bit disappointed with how little protein they add to their ganjjajang. First time I ordered the pork and then I ordered the seafood on another visit. The taste was amazing and authentic but I was disappointed with the pork because they give you like 6 pieces of pork and there is tiny fried pieces as well but the size of a scab lol. I love the big pieces of veggies in it but it's sad they can't do the same with the protein. Now with the seafood version it was the exact same thing very little protein but mountain of veggies except this time the zucchini was so tiny while they gave me giant blocks of onions again I don't mind that but it's all disproportionate. Nothing to what I have had at different Korean spots in Arizona. Everything else is amazing like their fried rice or bulgogi burgers. Their tteokboki is alright it's a niche type of dish so it won't be for everyone. It was more sweet than I like but that's just a me thing. Service was great and the ambiance was chill, quiet and cozy. We will still be returning just maybe will stop ordering the jajamyeon unfortunately.

It felt like I was eating cole slaw in a soggy crispy taco shell. Consider deleting this item or improving how you make fish tacos. Too much greens and mayo where you can't taste the fish.
