This is my favorite hot chicken place. Tenders are delicious, juicy, and made from real chicken breast. Breading is perfect, not too light or heavy. Spice levels are also good and you can still taste the flavor in the higher levels. Pickles with each order are nice, as is the bread. The thousand island colored sauce is good, but not amazing... usually don't use it. Doesn't add much flavor in my opinion. I really wish they used paper to-go products instead of styrofoam, though! I would order delivery from them a lot more if they were a little more green in their packaging. read more

Food is good once you get it, but they are ALWAYS severely understaffed. One slider takes a half hour to get. Don't order this place if your group is getting other food in the shopping center or you won't eat until they have already eaten their food. Very clean place, surprisingly only 1 other customer was in line. Which kinda annoyed me because I called to place the order and the recorded message says to "visit our website because the team members were busy and couldn't get to your call" r something like that (Was trying to order ahead). So I got the slider Hot and fries well done. Less the $11.00. Waited about 5 mins. got my order and as I got the bag I thought shoot this feels light. Probably should've ordered more. FRIES were on point, just enough salt and crispy. The SLIDER was colder then I thought to touch, but that first bite blew me away. Everything about it was on point. My taste buds were beggin for more. Pickles crisp, coleslaw just enough sweet to set off the hot sauce. VERY VERY WELL DONE! Service was meh Not any fault of the girl working more so I think management needs to teach a quick lesson on how to check Money because I think it's very rude to run $20 bills in the machine. I understand fake bills are circulating . But someone working at the register should be able to know the difference and not have to run it. On a Saturday afternoon we were slightly hungry & curious to try yet another Hot Chicken Sandwich spot. We shared a Dave's #2 combo that provides 2 Sliders & Fries. Success! A soft, pillowy bun, a good size Tender that's crunchy on the outside, tender on the inside made for a very satisfying Chicken Slider. The Kale Slaw (wouldn't have minded a bit more) & really good Pickles add the vinegar punch & creamy Dave's Sauce completes it. The Lite Mild level of heat was just right. Fresh tasting, lightly seasoned Crinkle Cut Fries get the thumbs up. We appreciated a simple menu & prices that didn't leave us with sticker shock. The crew was welcoming & efficient. The outside patio is spacious & the bright colored chairs are particularly comfortable. Frankly we were skeptical going in but left as fans! If Dave's can maintain at this level they will make a welcome addition to the area. The Habit & Blaze Pizza share this space where a Macaroni Grill once stood. The slider was delicious and spicy with the chicken, pickles and slaw intermingling nicely with the sauce for a unique sandwich. Added drops of honey to the chicken for a little touch of sweetness. Fries were crispy. Ask for extra sauce to dip the fries. Service was swift and friendly. The restaurant was fresh, bright and clean with indoor and outdoor seating. the food is amazing bc of their juicy chicken and their interior is really intricate and really colorful. i usually get their number one (tenders and fries ) with medium level. it's got a really nice kick to it and the chicken seasoning provides umami and smokiness to the whole dish. read more

Upon entering I noticed 5 employees and not one hello. This spot is not what I'm accustomed to for Dave's hot chicken. I love their food just not this location. I ordered the mild as I usually do and didn't find it to be as flavorful as the same order at another location. Was super slow. All the tables were super sticky even tho floor and ticket times are off the charts I was number 101 and after about 15 mins they were still on 96. For 27 dollars for a meal they could at least get food out at a quicker pace should take about 6-8 mins to fry the chicken and then assemble the slider how is it taking double the time they aren't firing multiple chickens since they have multiple orders. Of the Dave's Hot I've been to, this store is probably my favorite. Their customer service and quality is typically better than the other stores. Not sure what they do different, maybe management? But either way, this is my preferred store. As for the food, extra hot is the way to go for me. And I get the sandwich and tender combo. There are so many chicken sandwich places that have come up lately, but I saw this place being built and I decided to try it out when they opened. I saw the picture online of the food and it looked really good. I went in to order and was helped by the friendly staff. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have ranch because I think it is a good condiment to put on a spicy chicken sandwich. Their sliders are more like full size sandwiches so I only got a single one with a side of fries. I ended up ordering a mild sandwich and I was disappointed in the flavor. It tasted like taco seasoning and I didn't finish it. I'm not sure if I will give this place another try because there are so many places like it. They had great service though! read more

*UPDATE* I appreciate the customer service in regards to my experience and feedback. I tried this location again and it was a little bit better. All food and sauces were included, but still, the quality was not up to par with the other locations. Like many of the other reviews have stated, the chicken was way over seasoned which makes it very salty when eating. Also my fries were soggy and sad looking when I got them and not crunchy. I love Dave's so I really hope the feedback is helpful for this new location in what can be improved. read more

Dave has done it again, with a cauliflower not chicken slider - that has all the crunch, all the flavor, and all the bite of a hot chicken sandwich. This could be one of the best vegetarian sandwiches out. Even better than fake chicken, they keep the cauliflower firm, and they manage to bread it so that the breading and crunch stays on the cauliflower. This sandwich is a revelation, and I hope it stays on the menu. Bravo! read more
