Plenty of parking. There is a big waiting area. Service is fast to get seated if you have a small party. This is a chain restaurant so food is similar to the same restaurant. So this is as low as it gets from Denny's, Lonetree Antioch! pretty upset, shouldn't be since it's Denny's and we should expect this from such an establishment but if I'm paying $49 for 3 meals, I should be getting what I ordered, all I would like to do is post one picture of a meal that really made this experience unacceptable! A Honey Buttermilk Chicken sandwich with fries is what was ordered and they gave me a sandwich that was 2 chicken tenders in a bun and fries that are not even a part of they're menu, look at the picture and you'll see what I mean. At times like this, with all that's going on and to serve people this BS, if they told me they didn't have the order I ordered, I would have ordered something else or maybe accepted the THING they served me calling it a buttermilk chicken sandwich for $10.99!!! Now also look at the fries? And you tell me what you think! We were told the wait was 15 minutes. We waited an hour only to be seated and wait 15 minutes for the waitress. When she showed, we were informed the kichen was behind and it would take 45 minutes for our food. Only a quarter of the tables were sat. I understand covid means everyone is short staffed but when they raise price and the service is so bad maybe places should consider better communication regarding tineframes. read more

I come here quite a bit and experience so so service. I'm beyond impressed by my experience with Sarena definitely changed my mind about Dennys. She kept a smile on her face while keeping up with the multiple tables and was still able to give us attention we deserve. Since my last visit it looks like new management is more involved taking reviews into consideration. It can be pricey but luckily they have a value menu and kids eat free which I didn't know about until this visit. read more

Came here at 1:45 am, ordered the brisket sandwich, jr cheese burger, the all sampler ( onion ring, boneless wings, French fries, mozz sticks) & the Nashville spicy chicken sandwich & a coke all for curb side pick up. Website said it would be ready at 2:01 am. Didn't receive a confirmation that order was ready to be picked up. Had To come inside and wait extra 15 mins. Drove home to see the forgot my Nashville sandwich. ( 12 mins away) so, I drove back but on the way I called and informed them I was coming back because my sandwich was missing but the gentleman who answered said he can only take Orders. But also said he would call this store to let them know I am on my way to pick up my missing item. But he informed me 2/3 mins after being on hold that he was Told from the workers here that there's something wrong with the phones... (now I'm already pulling up to location of dennys) so I walk in with the receipt. And I tell the waitress an item was forgotten. She goes, I'll tell the cook to make another one. & laughed. ( while I'm waiting, the phones were ringing.. looked like miss too good for her job didn't want to pick up the phones, because she was watching her telanovelas.) But she probably didn't know I can understand Spanish, and I heard her say she came back make the sandwich. Turns out, the cook didn't make the Nashville sandwich because he didn't know how and was asking the waitress how to make the sandwich. And now it's 2:56 am had to wait for another sandwich, finally got it. Waitress did not apologize, Nashville sandwich does not look like the picture. Overall experience was a 4/10. read more

I don't know where to start I started bringing meals to the homeless since MARCH and since Denny's joined with there donations and helping us every Sunday it's been a blessing to our team and more so for the less fortunate. During the Covid we started with 20 meals now with Anil the Manager from Denny's supporting our mission we fed 96 people with breakfast to dinner. This is officially my most favoritist Denny's in the whole wide world. It was 2 a.m. and I wanted some effing French toast. I was still in my Madonna garb from 80's night, sunglasses and all. Rosie sat us at a table. (Her name really is Rosie - I'm not being cute.) After I sat down, I realized just how long the booths were. Easily long enough to accommodate my short frame in a vertical position. I knew I probably wouldn't get back up if I did give into the temptation to stretch out for a minute so I stayed upright. Then Rosie seated the big circular table in front of us. Me: "Who IS that? I know him. Where do I know him from?" Husband: "Ha, that's the guy from Safeway." I shop there a good 6 days a week, how did I not recognize him? My Safeway checker! It was so different seeing him dressed in civilian clothes, eating at the same Denny's as me at 2 a.m. I know, not that strange to you but at the time it was a phenomenon to moi. Then two plates of food were set in front of us. French toast: I had none. I hadn't ordered any. I started eating his. It was the best effing French toast I've ever had. wth? At Dennys? Yes. Shut it. My husband kept talking about how awesome Rosie was for re-filling his coffee. It seems like a small detail but when you've had bad experiences 6 restaurants in a row, prior - it means a lot. As he paid he wanted to take a minute to give Rosie kudos to the manager. A large group of folks had just entered the door to be seated and I plopped down right in the middle of them. I was tired and they seemed friendly enough. I heard one of them declare as she slightly wobbled, "Wooooohooo, I'm feeling it." One of the ladies seated right next to me said, "You know who you remind me of?" I replied, "Hmm, who?" She replied, "That ...Madonna". *giggles* I saw my husband glancing around wondering where the heck I had disappeared to. I stood up, he saw me and we started to make our way out. But if you're looking for some reasonably priced food at all hours of day or night, then you're in the right place. This place is a usual for my co-workers and I as that's the only time we can get together since someone is always working during the day. The employees know us and are always friendly and on-top of our drink and food preferences. I've even been here to study one morning by myself. I did call in for pick up for Fathers Day. The manager took my order, very respectful and clear when taking my order. Food was ready on time, with all the utensils and condiments included. I ordered the family grand slam work extra doses of pancakes for a family of 5. They even prepared the hash browns as I requested of lightly cooked. I had a real positive experience... felt compelled to share because their Yelp reviews are so poor. read more

We then sat for another 10 mins before anyone came to take our drink order, by then we were ready to order. Took 5 mins for her to come back and bring the rest of my breakfast. I went to get something to eat on my way home from work. As soon as I get there a woman greeted me with attitude. Saying "how many?" I replied- just myself. She told me to sit any where I want so I went to a table were the sun don't get in my face but it was dirty. Me trying to be nice I didn't mind to clean the table I chose so I went to asked for a rag to clean the table. She looked at me saying "can you sit somewhere else please? I chose another table and was dirty as well. I went and asked for a rag for second time but she raised her voice and told me "can you wait then? I m by myself and I can't do everything at the same time!" I was very surprised for her reaction. I didn't say anything but it really bothers me the way I was treated. I don't know who the manager is but as a restaurant manager myself I know customers can't be treated like that, second, regardless who she is or what position she held if she has a morning shift right when she start first thing she should do is check the tables if the tables have the condiments and if they are clean and if she use her "experience" or at least her common sense and she knows she is by herself she should do some roll ups and placed some menus so people won't bother her at the time people started coming to the restaurant at least while the co workers coming to give her a hand.
