We were greeted as soon as we arrived. Our drink order was taken and promptly delivered. We put our order in and waited patiently for our order to arrive. As a senior citizen I chose the 55+ menu and ordered the chicken fried steak along with mashed potatoes and corn. The chicken fried steak was delicious but the small portion of mashed potatoes was lacking. I guess it was watered down to a small dollop with copious amount of white gravy. Actually it was very disappointing!! The corn was seasoned with some kind of herb that I couldn't identify. I didn't like it! As I looked around the restaurant I noticed that there was only one other table occupied at the time and now I could understand why. The server never introduced themselves and then failed to check back with us after delivering our meals. Customer service was not very good at this restaurant. My wife and I just enjoyed lunch at Denny's at 7071 W. Craig Road. In Las Vegas. The waiter Rodolfo provided the best service we have ever experienced at Denny's. I didn't get the Managers name, but he was also a gentleman. These days it's not easy to find good service. If I still owned my restaurant I would be on the lookout for people like this. Gives my zen face -.- I have no idea as to why they have a menu with bacon on items such as Ice cream. Ugh that's not for me but others may very well love it. I Had breakfast with my husband it was great bacon eggs toast and orange juice. It was cooked correct the first time and the service was just ok nothing to write home to mama about. Be careful of the manager he is a Mexican man who always has an attitude every time. He is not friendly and his customer service is horrible. He never I mean never smiles!! We are vegetarians and they took the beyond Pattie off the menu so we come in to just buy fries and bourbon sauce. We have been coming here for a year and always ask for the same thing but he always makes it difficult EVERY TIME!!!! We spend 10 minutes telling him about how much bourbon sauce we want. He always overcharges us 12$ for it. I drove 10 extra minutes to another location because his energy is so rude, like he has a personal anger towards us I don't know if it's because we are black but I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING TO THIS LOCATION I will gladly drive 20 minutes to another location because of him. read more

It comes with 3 large pancakes, and nice servings of cheesy scrambled eggs and hash brown potatoes . 2 slices of bacon or sausage is an extra 1.29 ok the service was ok only because there was only one server per many tables. She actually was very good and running ragged. The dishwasher was broken so we got disposable utensils. so far so good. when I received the bill I could not understand the total. WELLLLLL they charge $3.39 for a cup of coffee. So, every year - for the last 15 years, we have gone to Denny's for a Birthday Slam. The kids look forward to this tradition every single year. It is some great bonding time between mom and child. This particular birthday trip to Denny's sucked. We were seated at 9:14. I know this because I always take a photo of which ever kid we are celebrating, cheesing it for some pancakes. No one checks on us for 21 mins (hostess was busy putting out other time "fires"), even though the manager met my eyes on 3 seperate occasions. I asked my son if there was somewhere else he wanted to go - a few times. He said no because it is tradition and he loves the pancakes. Zoe, the hostess, comes over and asks my son what he would like to drink (reason why there is two stars and not zero/one) and apologizes for the long wait. The waitress finally says "I will be with you" at 9:27 and yes I'm timing it at this point. 9:36 our order is finally taken. Only person to excuse the poor service, Zoe. Manager never said anything - to me or the 3 couples that gave up and walked out. Waitress couldnt seem bothered by the fact the people were sitting for long periods of time with no interaction. I get it, someone called out. 9 customers, 1 server and 1 manager - easily handled if done right. However, acknowledging those waiting would go along way and not sitting behind the counter on your phone would also! Just my advice. I got to give it up to my 10 year old. He will wait for anything as long as he is happy about it! And we sure did wait. While we will continue our tradition - it will never again be at the location we visited this morning though (Craig & 95 LV). read more

She gave me and other mothers this yellow flower for mothers day. I wasn't having a good day and her kindness made me smile. The staff here when I come are friendly and the cook so far has made Really good food. I had a terrible experience at a competitor restuarant and honestly they are over rated. Dennys on craig has either revamped and hired better cooks and staff because so far I keep coming back because of Sonya and the rest of the staff. There was a young girl with piercings in her face who greeted me at the door and told me I would have to wait 27 minutes till her brake was over to order a burger to go at 3am. So lets start off with something positive and the only thing I could muster up is that they decorated for the holiday. The hostess who "sat" us didnt even walk us to our table. She literally pointed and said "that's your table" while we were in the waiting area and just left us there with NO menus or sling for our carseat. Then she sees my sister with an infant asks for menus and STILL doesn't bring them and instead has her carry all the menus back to the table. Never once coming to the table. 3hr long breakfast. 2.5hrs before we ever got the food. Now we are a larged party of 8 so an hour I could understand but 2.5 HOURS seriously!? Just to get stale french toast, and the wrong order. The waitress literally avoided us because she knew it was taking so long. The food I cannot emphasize enough was literally inedible. I left most my plate because hunger tasted better. I can normally try to find something positive but at this Dennys they dont even offer the "specials" they have posted on the outside of the damn building. We will not be returning to this location again. I don't hold high expectations but less than 2.5hrs for food and edible food I feel is not to much to ask even if we have to jump hoops for the menus. read more

came here with some friends. i ordered a sirloin steak, cooked medium. when it came though, it was bloody and it wasn't want medium. it was undercooked. it's okay though, they cooked it for longer after i asked. my friend ordered the slam burger, and it didn't have the egg inside which was disappointing, but they also took care of that. and i ordered a root beer and my friend ordered a coke, we finished it fast, and they never asked if we wanted a refill..we had to ask. other then that, everything was delicious! read more

Worst Dennys I have ever been to. Party of 2 there on the holiday so I understand if it's a bit busy and harder to get service. Unfortunately that wasn't the case. There was about 30 minutes of sitting at the table before someone came to ask about drinks or offer to take our order. Then it took another 25 minutes afterwards to get the food we ordered. The pancakes I ordered were burnt, so I asked for another order. Got them about 25 minutes later. I surveyed the room and everyone was annoyed and waiting for the waitress and/or their food. The waitress was cool, but there was no real apology for the extreme time. I could see all the food backed up in the window with about 4-5 in the kitchen making the orders. It was a big party that finished before we did, but that didn't help the delivery time. A few of us (my party and 2 other parties) caught one of the heads of service posing and taking selfies/videos while we all waited for service. I'm a veteran in the customer service field so I try to be more understanding, but that was the worst time I've had at at a restaurant. I will not be back to that location. read more

Terrible service went to get some food around 10 pm and the waitress had the hiccups and I was ok with that but then she took so long to return with even taking our order everything was out no salmon or chicken, and then she went to the back and diapered for 10 min she then returned and began to take the order if the people that came after us felt so neglected hate to give this Denny's a 1 star but I felt the bad service and then no sorry or nothing. I ordered 2 different sides of fries, among other stuff. They decide to combine both into 1 container. No issue with that. Except they think because there's 2 sides in there. They can give me almost no normal fries. Literally have 4 fries there's. The rest are seasoned. Which I should add is barely anything. Management here is horrible. On July 27th, 2024 at 7:30 pm, my parents had the most awful experience at this location. My parents were made to sit in the back of the restaurant- they were not greeted as the other non black customers were and the customer service was nonexistent. My parents had to ask for napkins and they were literally treated as ghosts while they sat and spent their money in a place that' didn't even have enough professionalism or customer service etiquette to extend a hello, a do you need anything else, how is the the food, or WHERE IS THE FOOD for that matter. This hostess was told about her behavior by the waitress , who was amazing, and her disgusting attempt to make amends was to comment on my mother's blouse as they were leaving the establishment. The disgusting, deplorable, unacceptable behavior that my parent's received was unacceptable. My father even came back today to file a complaint with corporate. My sister and I will be posting this experience on FACEBOOK and INSTAGRAM. There are other places to eat - this is not one I would recommend. read more
