I'd give 0 stars if it would let me. I ordered delivery from them. Asked for contactless. They insisted on ringing door and wouldn't leave until I answered them. They put the soda in a cup that by the time they delivered had become mush..my fingers went right through it when picking it up. The rare steak I ordered had no pink. The corn and mushrooms had gotten all.over my hash browns making them gross. I called the store 3 times they answered said thanks for calling Dennys and hung up. The fourth time they answered and said they couldn't do anything about deliveries. I went to contact them through fb chat and they replied manager would get back to me. It took two weeks for her to do so even after I remessaged them. Finally spoken to Deanna the manager and she said would look into it. When she called me back after a couple more weeks she said she couldn't access so would need to have her district manager look into it and would call the next Wednesday. No call.when I tried calling the location I kept being told she had steppednout,had left or was off. Todsy 2 weeks after she was supposednto call me I finally reached her. Says it had been too long for her or district manager to do a refund and as I don't drive there was nothing she could do. Will not order from them again​ read more

Worst Denny's ever. I've given them many chances and always let down. The burgers are the only good thing. Called in an order today for the lumber jack combo. Made sure the lady knew I wanted over easy eggs she said " okay I got that" my fault for not making sure when I got their. By the way no one was in there. Get home and started eating.....eggs over cooked, pancakes were fine but the toast tasted stale like it was left open all day, hash browns tasted like it was cooked on the floor. Bacon tasted like real old fryer oil as if they never change it. Went at 11pm on a saturday and ordered the all you can eat pancakes with extra butter and jelly. Tammie J was our server and she did a great job. Fast service and quick to give us whatever we wanted/needed. I will be coming back and hope I get Tammie J again. I've had bad experiences at other Dennys due to horrible servers getting my orders wrong and not giving me water when I needed/wanted it, but this place has got itself an amazing worker that deserves a raise. She took care of us and several other tables at the same time and took great care of us all like a true pro. I like how they had basketball playing on all the televisions and the restaurant was pretty clean. I'm glad I live close to this Dennys. I wont have to go far for good food and service. 6\23\17 - had a great exerience with Nicole M as our server. We ordered a whole lot of things and she got everything right. Last weekend some friends and I stopped here to have some late night food and were told we couldn't dine in because all of their wait staff quit and walked out. Being a rational person I figured that some bs happened and that this weekend would be different because they hired more people or fixed whatever issue was happening. Stopped in for lunch at this Denny's at Country Club and Southern while running errands and ordered my favorite menu item (Superbird). It's a very simple sandwich, but their cook made the BEST one I think I've ever had in 15 years of ordering it. The meal and the service was really good. Anai M was my server today. She delivered the food so hot I wouldn't be surprised if I were told she plated it herself. I doubt that's the case, but I appreciate my food didn't sit around waiting to be brought out. We came here at 11pm with a party of 17 6 adults and 11 children. The place was clean and everyone was friendly . Our waiter Justin was AWESOME !! Best service we've had in a very long time ! Omg I was reading previous reviews about the broken AC and I swear I was freezing in there today! They set the AC super low and thank the lord I had my husband's jacket in the car or else I wouldn't have been able to handle. My poor husband though, he was shaking like a little chihuahua. Anyways, I think it's a hit or miss at this place. The first time I came her I ordered the grand slam and it was to perfection (it was also cold but I wasn't seated under the AC so wasn't as bad as today). The grand slam I had today was not as fresh and it was cold. I'm not sure was it because they left my food out for a while or because the AC just knocked the temperature of my food down but I didn't enjoy it today. Management, I know you guys had AC issues but that doesn't mean you guys should set the temperature so low that no one could handle.
