This was an overall terribly disappointing experience. We ordered 2 quesadillas for pickup. Both were wrong. We also ordered a side of queso and chips and the chips were really stale. Spent almost 20 minutes driving there, 20 minutes driving home, all to have awful food. Even the accompanying sauces were wrong. Now I'm out $ and ordering pizza for dinner. Disappointing. read more

This actually used to be my favorite spot to go to for fast food because if it's not processed like basically all other fast food spots in this area. Or the last month it seems to be going downhill a little bit. The drive-through makes you pull around to the side of the building and wait for about 10 to 15 even 20 minutes sometimes to get one quesadilla fries and a drink. By the time we get to the car it's cold and the quesadilla is soggy and the fries are soggy. I thought I'd give them another chance because I really enjoy their Bluebonnet quesadilla which is a great vegetarian option. Of course they make me pull around I wait for about 10 minutes which usually would upset me because there's not very many people but today was quite busy so I had no problem waiting until I reach for my drink and see a spider floating in it. They say it's homemade limeade so my first reaction was it's probably just one of the seeds. I think God I took a second look and realize what it was I had to drive back there from my house and get Limeade without the spider. To add insult to injury when I told the manager what was going on a bunch of the staff behind him started talking amongst themselves and laughing. They hire a lot of children which has never been an issue but this group is definitely subpar to the staff that they used to have. I will say that the manager did handle it very well and was very respectful and I do appreciate that much. read more

Fantastic food concept and foo!. I learned of this place from some co-workers and it's my go to when I also am in the area on the weekend. You can always tell when someone in the department has lunch from Dillas because the wonderful aroma permeates our office space. Food is consistently good and the hatch queso is amazing. Service is generally prompt although today, for some reason, they only had 1 register open during lunch rush and the line nearly extended past the door. It IS worth the wait and the staff was courteous and apologized for the long wait but I did wish this one instance, they had the additional register open. read more

Dillas doesn't look like much from the outside and I honestly wasn't expecting much considering it is fast food, but this place was great! We were immediately greeted by the manager, and the cashier asked if it was our first time. When we said it was she explained how it works and recommended some of the more popular items. The menu consists of mainly different types of quesadillas. You can choose from the ones they have created or create your own. We ordered the Hot Hatch quesadilla and the Lonestar quesadilla, both were recommended by the cashier and she did not steer us wrong. Everything was really fresh and delicious. It didn't taste like fast food at all, despite coming out extremely fast. We ordered the regular size quesadillas, which is basically a large flour tortillas folded in half, and it was a perfect amount of food. It comes with a dipping sauce, too. We got the jalapeno ranch, and it complimented our food well. We also ordered chips and queso, and it was much better than other casual eateries. It had tons of flavor, and the chips were fresh and well seasoned. It is not often I have so many great things to say about a "fast food" restaurant, but Dillas has really set itself apart. My wife and I stopped for a real quick lunch. We split a big quesadilla (two whole tortillas, instead of the normal folded tortilla they have). My experience with the restaurant is not extensive, but I was really excited by the quick sampling taste I had! The mix of flavors in the quesadilla was fantastic. It's in the building that was previously a jack in the box (I believe closed down 3-4 years ago) I was actually really impressed with the food. Me and me wife both had the chicken quesadilla with 'make your own' items in side. The fries had a seasoning on them that was similar to five guys cajun fries. We both ordered the jalapeno ranch dipping sauce. Everyone seemed really helpful and nice. Overall this place seemed like a quesadilla version of Raising Canes... In the sense that you can be successful with limited menu options if you have a theme and you do a great job with the food. The good: Quesadillas were great, chicken was tender, fries were great, we loved the dipping sauce, staff was friendly The bad: I felt like the portion for the money was a little off. The quesadilla itself wasn't that big and they could have given more fries Advice to restaurant: Awesome food, I just wish I didn't leave still hungry. Please make the quesadillas bigger, the price is great, I just wish it was bigger. Now is the time to blow people away and create a solid following, make the portions bigger so I have a reason to convince friends and coworkers that this place is worth it. I recently started a new job near this place. It appears almost everyone in my place of employment loves this place so I decided to give them a try. I absolutely love this place. My fav is the plain-o chicken add red onion, pico, buffalo drizzle with sour cream and GUAC sauce on the side or maybe my fav is the plain-o steak with red onion, pico, bbq sauce with sour cream and guac sauce on the side. Needless to say I liked this place so much I visited them 3 times in a weekend. The service is great, food freshly prepared and just an all around good fast food place. Keep up the good work.
