Cool vibe here. I mostly go through the drive through when I come here but this time I chose to suit down and eat. Fun and welcoming vibe . Jonathan made sure all of our beds were met and he provided exceptional customer service . So many options to choose from regarding quesadillas . I have mostly stayed within my comfort zone and my go to option is the plain-o steak quesadilla meal which includes seasoned fries and a drink. They have limeades here which is a plus but the authenticity of the limeade , I'm a little unsure . You get a nice sized meal and you walk out feeling satisfied , not heavy feeling at all. Nice spacious environment with good decor. Music is playing softly in the background and it is not a noisy ambiance whatsoever. I throughly enjoyed my meal and I got a chance to try the different sauces available . The jalapeño ranch and creamy churri were top favs. They also have vegetarian options and a southwest salad . Cool spot! I'm hoping Dillas can expand to other parts of DFW!

Great quesadilla and they give Seasoned French Fries!

Man these guys were great! I tried the Lonestar quesadilla which had a bbq brisket in it with some red onion and cilantro. I asked for it extra crispy which they did for me. I was pleasantly surprised with the jalapeno ranch dipping sauce. That stuff is crack!!! I ordered the limeade and it's basically better than a lemonade! I like that they give seasoned fries as the default instead of chips, which I guess you can ask for, but I loved the frie I can't wait to go back. I'm going to bring my wife and try the queso.

I'm now a fan of Dillas! I heard they are opening one closer to me awhile back, so I wanted to come try it while in the area. I did a build a dilla to split with my kiddo, which we made as close to a street taco in quesadilla form. It was really good!!! They have an larger option that looks huge, that we may get when we have more of our family members to eat with us. As a bonus surprise, the fries are pretty decent as well! We did online order and pick up was smooth. The staff interacted well with the couple that ordered from the counter that came in right after us. They also have a drive thru option. I so very much hope they are still opening the location near me, now that I am hooked!!!

For me, it's hard visiting DFW and not eating at Dillas at least once during my visit. This was my first visit to this Plano location. I was headed over to the Frisco location and found this location was much closer to my hotel. After walking in, I was unenthusiastically greeted. The person behind the counter wasn't very engaging, he just stood behind the counter like a deer in headlights staring at me. It was a little awkward, but I chalked it up to just being his personality. After placing my order, I found a table and sat down. A few minutes later, my name was called. Love the speedy service! My Blue Bonnet Quesadilla was hot, delicious, and right on point. My fries were also hot and crispy. I will definitely return the next time I'm in the area. Highly Recommended!

Dillas is already expensive and I don't even mind because it's worth it. When you go through Uber they obviously charge extra and I usually don't go through Uber because they seem to leave a lot out on the food. My husband wasn't that hungry and this is half of his steak and cheese quesadilla with one bite! Barely any cheese or steak and it was like $10 for this! They also barely gave us any fries! I don't understand the crappy service when WE PAID for it??

    Kurt V.

Yum!!! Drove by this place and decided to run through the drive thru to hopefully take care of a hunger that was setting in. Being my first visit I maybe shouldn't have gone through the drive thru as I quickly learned there are a LOT of options at this place. Usually when that is the case I tend to go with basic and simple which I did...Chicken and Cheese Quesadilla. It was absolutely delicious and I will return to try more of their menu!

The French onion soup seems to be popular here, and as soon as I saw that buttery-looking pastry puff baked on top, I knew I had to order it! It was definitely hearty, with plenty of onions (which I love). However, it was a bit saltier than I prefer. I do wish there were an option to substitute the onion soup with a chowder, like clam or corn chowder. The Reuben eggrolls were surprisingly good! I'm used to traditional Asian eggrolls, so I really liked this creative twist. The house-smoked pastrami, sauerkraut, and melted Gruyère cheese worked so well together. They tasted amazing with the spicy Russian dipping sauce (which I appreciated wasn't too spicy). It was such a flavorful and memorable dish! I'm glad I gave it a try.

That said, food is subjective, and what didn't work for me may be exactly what someone else enjoys. We went in on a Sunday afternoon so it was not too busy at the time. My girlfriend and I like to be seated at a "low top" because she has back issues with climbing up into higher seating. We don't mind waiting for that as inside "low tops" are limited. The hostess was very nice, as they always are. She took us to the middle of the venue to seat us and then walked away while we were waiting on our server. I stood up to walk around the table so that I could sit next to her instead of across from her. She stood up to move over and pulled out the chair next to her so she could sit back down. At that moment the new general manager walked up, and without offering any explaination, took the chair out of my girlfriend's hand and said, "We need this table for another party." He walked away and left us standing there without offering us another solution, and apology or calling the hostess over to seat us elsewhere. We were left standing there dumbfounded and looking around unsure of what to do. We started walking back toward the front of the venue as we spotted another open "low top" near there. At that same time the female hostess saw what had happened to us, and she started to walk toward us. Meanwhile, another male server - acting as host - seated some people at the new table we were about to get to with the hostess. We got mad and said, "it feels like someone is playing a game on us!" The hostess apologized as she could see we were aggitated. It was not her fault, and we do not blame her. We blame the rudeness of the general manager. We left to go eat somewhere else. This is not the first incident with this general manager, though. A few days prior, we were eating in there and had a good vantage point of one of the side kitchen entries off to the left of the bar toward the ffront half of the venue. A bus boy sloshed water all over the floor while moving wet dishes in a container back into the kitchen. He didn't have a chance to clean it up because he was buy walking back and forth doing other things. No big deal. The general manager walks up and proceeds to yell at another female server about the water who had absolutely nothing to do with the spill After she walks away, he did not take any real care to clean the spot up himself. He comes back after a minute to clean it up but not with a mop or anything. He takes two towels off the bar and mushes it around on the floor with his foot. He , then, proceeds to kick the wet towels under the bar before walking away. Talk about a safety and hygene issue. This kind of left a bad taste in our mouth. He does not treat his venue or his staff very nicely. We wantedd to get up and tell the other female server that we were sorry for her. This venue would be great if they would fire this rude and sloppy general manager. It's a shame because this used to be one of our favorite venues to go to all the time. The experience is starting to feel cheapened and sullied now.
