I've enjoyed pizza from this location on many occasions. It's our go to for family game night. Unfortunately, on Saturday night, the dropped the ball and then refused to take any accountability. We called and ordered 2 XL pizzas and 1 medium pizza. Everyone was ready to eat by the time the pizza arrived. The delivery person looked at the receipt when we said we were missing an XL pizza. They said that we were only charged for the two that were delivered. That's fine but we are still short on food. We called Dinos. We were bounced around and no one seemed to care that this had happened. No one took accountability for the missing pizza. Our order had been repeated to us with exactly what we needed and still they didn't get it right. We were requesting a rush order to fix the issue that we were short on food. They said that they couldn't rush the order and it would be at least another hour and 15 minutes for it to be delivered. They rudely reminded us that this wouldn't be a free pizza. We were not looking for a free pizza. We were looking to have enough food for our family. Not once was there ever an apology for the inconvenience, missing pizza or that they messed up. Ordered a Dino special and Italian sub, the sub was amazing highly recommend it. The pizza was the dissatisfaction, it was undercooked and soggy. I was not happy with it and would not try it again. I'm updating because I had another rude experience with the manager, ED. I was going to update since the last few times I dealt with nice people...last time I came in and told them that I moved one block outside their zone, and that they used to make an exception sometimes but don't do it anymore, I was told it depends on the day and in the afternoon when they are not busy they will probably do it. I don't think this person was lying. Now, I called around dinner time tonight, so I get it if they are too busy, but a nice guy, Paul, answered the phone and I explained the situation and what I was told, and he seemed understanding,....asked if I was a long time customer, I am, for about 20 years, maybe more, and he said hold on (and I was thinking all would be ok). Then ED picked up the phone and said NO...and reminded me that they don't deliver past Lankershim (I am one block past the cutoff). I told him what the guy said to me last time I picked up, and reminded him that they had made this exception for me before and he said "no we didn't." I said Yes you did, and he emphasized again, "no we didn't." So now I'm offended...I AM NOT A LIAR, ED! The fact that Paul knew what was up, and that I was told that, alone, proves, that these exceptions have been made...more than that, a customer of about 20 years or more told you this, so learn some manners. So, now I am done with Dino's! I could order from the delivery services but I do not want to support the business that has not just been spotty and rude in the past, but has a jerk of a manager that accuses his long-time customers of lying. F this place. I'm done. Ordered the spaghetti with sausage.... You can customize it to add things. So I add extra sauce and three meatballs. Get home..... no sausage. No extra sauce. I paid for it. An extra 4 bucks or so. But no sausage. Also clicked the box for utensils.... No utensils. I'm eating this at work so I guess I'm going to stick my head in this like it's a pig trough or eat it straight prison style with my bare hands. While I was picking it up, a guy next to me orders a pizza from the owner(i assume he was the owner he was teaching people nonsense on a computer and I've seen him there a bunch of time) .... Who by the way has a mustache from 1974... you know.... Looks like a little league baseball coach's mustaches from the late seventies. He just needed some way too tight white shorts, a t-shirt jersey and a killer light to complete the ensemble. Anyway, Tom Selleck's nephew (still the owner) asks the person" for here or to go" ..... guy says for here ...... magnum pi's half cousin (still the owner) then says "it's 8:23, we close at nine you should get it to go.... If you get it for here, by the time we cook it you only will have 10-15 minutes to eat it cuz you have to be out by 9 and I want you to know that before you order." Then he f'ing repeats it like a parrot ..... SIX FREAKING TIMES!!!! I turned to the other people in line and said hey guess what this place closes at 9 if you were wondering another guy laughed and said ya no S#&!...A friend of mine told me once that the owner has a reputation for being a jerk and i said ehhhhhh doubt it ..... well she was right. never in my life have I seen a restaurant belittle a customer for getting there 47 minutes before they close. 47 minutes before they close!!!!!!!! Dude is harping on a customer trying to make him change his order. He's there with his wife she says "can we eat at the tables outside?"....and he says "you have to be out by nine. You should just order it to go and take it home." Now.... I've been a waiter in my life.... So i get it .... When you close at 9 and a family walks in at 8:51 that's poor form and annoying. But you close at 9. Not 8:51 .... Not 8:23 .... 9 ..... you sick it up and you serve them..... but 45 minutes early for a pizza place is just silly....Also ... hey sam Elliot's nephew (still the owner) ......... mix in an air conditioner..... it's probably no less that 278 degrees in there when ever I go in to pick up my order.....I know the kitchen is right there but I have no idea how his employees work like that.... I know some of the reviews say this place has poor service- but honestly we've been going here for years now and it's always been totally fine. They used to not have AC so during the summer it was hot, but they've since fixed that...so no complaints there either. Beyond the service- pizza talk. This is not only some of the best pizza in burbank, I honestly think it's some of the best pizza in LA. Their crust is chewy but also flakes off...and their toppings always taste fresh. The sauce is also very good - not too sweet, not too spicy, and just the right amount of chunky vs saucy. Not to mention, their salads are INCREDIBLE. Sandwiches good too. Parking is super easy, as there's a lot in front and tons of street parking. I ordered a medium size vegetable pizza and a Cesar salad. The vegetables in the pizza were not cooked at all. I felt like I was eating raw green peppers and raw green onions and mushrooms. I've been coming to Dino's for years, my absolutely favorite pizza place. But the last few times I've gotten my pizza in the cardboard pizza box without any underlying parchment paper. Without the parchment paper the pizza ingredients soak through the bottom of the pizza box into my upholstery, and by the time I get home I've got a soaked bottom pizza box and wet cardboard slivers of cardboard stuck to the bottom of my pizza. At least once every 2 weeks I buy a bunch of salads and a pizza for pick up (spending around $120). A couple of times the order's been wrong - but no matter.This last time I called in and tried to confirm everything with the person on the phone - but they got pissed at me. They didn't like the fact I was double checking that items I can't eat be omitted from the salad. It was a little off-putting. My girlfriend and I have made Dino's our stay at home treat! We have only recently discovered Dino's after trying 5 other local pizzerias. Two of these places were pretty good. We always give a place a second try unless they are just awful. Admittedly, we disappoint easy. We have high standards. This is why I am very happy we found Dino's. They are amazing! Here's why. First, the ingredient are fresh. Nothing tastes over preserved or processed. The toppings are also very generously distributed and the quality of the flavors combinations are just fantastic. It might seem weird to rave about a pizza but so many restaurants just put out garbage and charge top dollar. What really makes Dino's special is the dough. I'm not sure if they ferment it but it sure tastes that way. It is always airy and light, never heavy or chewy from having too much gluten. The sauce also tastes rich and homemade like you could eat it over pasta. The quality of cheese - well, tastes real. Not cheap made with filler. Dino's is the very best pizza I have eaten for a very long time. If you're looking for mass market pizza to feed a big family, maybe look elsewhere. But if you want artisanal pizza at a great price that is genuinely nutritious and enjoyable, you will not be disappointed! read more

Food is great but workers are miserable and customer service is not priority to anyone there. They do nothing to make you happy, very unaccommodating and couldn't care less. Was going to order from them monthly for our office but they not only refused to have everything ready by the time we requested for delivery but they suggested we pick up and when I did, the food wasn't even ready. The tall guy at the front should not be working with customers. He is not a compassionate person and does not want to hear any negative comments.
