    I have been coming to Discount Tire since 1990 at least - never have I ever had a bad experience at any of the many stores I have been to over the years and this store was no exception. Amazing customer service, (they had some issues with their compressor during my visit and were very communicative and apologetic- through no fault of their own- and were committed to making everyone's experience as positive and efficient as possible). Problem was resolved quickly and was able to get back on the road fairly quickly. I appreciate their team and so thankful I stay loyal to their company (bad experiences at other places for sure!) Thanks for all you do!

    This is a great discount tire! They try and get you in and out fast! I've had them check my tires and repair many times. Would recommend!

    This is where above and beyond service lives. The manager definitely have ownership of the place, he cares and the show. Even when I arrive at closing time, he was happy to see me.

    I guess I've just gotten so used to excellent service at all my regular spots that I risk turning into someone who docks a star for not getting a hug when I walk in the door. Well, maybe not that extreme, but I was super annoyed at how long it took someone to acknowledge me, how long it took someone to get back to me and that after I had been there for twenty minutes, I was quoted another hour and fifteen minutes. I stopped in to get my air pressure and tread checked. I thought I would be there about fifteen minutes total. I reassessed and basically I was pissed that I actually had a nail in my tire, and that I wasn't getting the same level of awesome service that my Denton location delivers. They still got the job done though, and that's what counts. Once I was helped, I did see all the same things that remind me why I use Discount Tire in the first place. They are very thorough. This location is larger than I'm used to. They have a very open, well ventilated waiting area, free WiFi so you can work, and a view of the bays. That's a good layout. It would be better utilized if they had at least one person in the waiting room at all times though. When I arrived a little after 2:30pm on a Thursday there were two customers hard at work on laptops who had clearly been there a while and one customer consulting, who ended up not doing any work. The employee helping her and several others walked out for a while and I was left waiting for someone to acknowledge me. When I was finally spoken to, I wasn't greeted but instead asked if I was picking up. When I said no, I was asked if I was dropping off. I answered that I hope not, but was seriously wondering what was wrong with a hello and asking what brought me in. That person made me wait until someone else came in and then that person didn't act too excited to see me. When he had been outside looking at my car for more than seven minutes, I was ready to just leave. A coworker had recently warned me this location was slow, but I hadn't realized it was at this level and was questioning my decision. He returned and informed me that I didn't need an air pressure check, I had a nail in my tire.He said they would patch it for free since I still had tread, due to my warranty. That's always a positive with this company. I was confused by the wait time since they had multiple employees and empty bays. I decided to return some calls, so I stepped out. I immediately got an emailed invoice even though the work hadn't been started. That's never happened before and it made me uneasy. I had to walk across the parking lot because it's super loud around the entrance and for some reason that spot requires you access WiFi to make an outgoing call. I planned on returning to the waiting room at the one hour mark in case they were done early. However, that wasn't necessary. A very friendly employee pulled up to the curb I was perched on while making my calls twenty minutes early! He explained the work they did and reminded me that the light would stay on until I drove a while (many people forget to mention that) and the car drove great when I left! That last five minutes of interaction and the great warranty are why I use Discount Tire in the first place! After further reflection I realized my normal location also has a habit of finishing 20 minutes earlier than quoted. So maybe I'm a little spoiled by my regular location and maybe they need to work on how they engage their customers. That aside, they are just as good as any other Discount Tire.

    Love this place. Very friendly staff. Will take care of your for new set of tires or will repair yours for free. This location is my favorite, will always have my business.

    First, I hope Leadership reads this review. I've been doing business with Firestone in Flower Mound…read more(obviously not this location) for over 30 years. The difference between these two locations is night and day! I've been here (Grapevine) three times in the last six months. It appears they only have a small number of folks working at this location. Customer service does not appear to be their main goal... unlike in Flower Mound where customer service seems to be their number one focus . Maybe, if they improve their customer service, they could be as busy as the Flower Mound location! My last two visits were to have air put in my Firestone purchased tires (which I spent nearly $3000 on). The previous visit, I had to wait nearly 10 minutes for somebody to check and inflate my tires. This time, the office person handed me The pressure gauge, and saying his 2 folks were too busy to fill my tires. Though I have moved to Grapevine, I guess I'll be going to Flower Mound to get my tire service with Firestone.

    Order tires through amazon.com for my wife's Porsche Macon what a savings over going to discount…read moretire company where they're almost $700 apiece. Something to have to do with the speed rating. When I ordered the tires off of Amazon, they were $385 each & curiously I was being prompted for $65 for both tires installation service to be added onto my purchase with arrangements made to have the tires delivered directly to the tire store "just Tires" at whatever location I wanted and I selected the Coppell location because they are absolutely phenomenal & their customer service outreach. I used to go to Hamms Tires, which is just a dirty crappy old shop off of Carroll & 30 that I've been going through for 40 years but they wanted $40 a tire for the service absolutely ridiculous just a couple years ago. It was $5.00 dollars a tire. You know what I expected it "Just tires" though: The same crap that we get at Costco tire shop where they tell you: you gotta pay for the rebuild of your TPMS sensors because we can't guarantee them when we take off the tire & put on the new tire which is funny to me because in order to Put the new tire on the TPS sensors have already gotta be on the inside of the rim anyways. HEY COSTCO???: GET A FREAKING CLUE - BE CAREFUL DISMOUNTING & REMOUNTING THE TIRES IN A VERY TIMELY FASHION & YOU WON'T HAVE TO GIG THE CUSTOMER WHILE POCKETING THE FEE AS AN EXTRA GREEDY-GORDON GEKKO CRAPITALIST "GAIN". Just tires, never even mentioned the TPMS sensors they need to rebuild them. They need to be careful with them. They need to blah blah blah blah blah. They never ever extorted me one bit for any extra service or any extra roadside road, hazard, blah, blah, blah blah blah they were happy to change my tires . They were efficient. They didn't put me in the waiting room for hours on end like I would've ended up with at Discount Tire Company & they were very cordial @ nice the entire time. What a NICE experience. I'll drive out of my way any day of the week or month whenever I need a tire removed & replace replaced or even serviced. Thank you, Coppell TX location of "Just Tires" for being top shelf at what you do & how you do it.
