If I could leave 0 stars I would. Unfortunately this wonderful yelp app doesn't let one leave 0 star reviews. Anyway, im generally an easy going guy who isn't very picky and doesn't complain if the food isn't quite up to par. However, this food was so bad that I think I could still hear the steak in my wrap "mooing" I like my steak medium or medium rare to begin with but this meat tasted like it had just been hacked off the cow and than cooled and thrown into my wrap. Not only this, but they made the wrong wrap for my girlfriend and it had more sauce in it than actual food in it.Detested with the quality of the food I went to go wash my hands only to find the toilet unflushed and there no paper towels to dry my hands with. Honestly the worst experience I've had at a restaurant and won't be back again. Thank you Doc Greens for ruining what was otherwise a good day. read more

We've been coming here for years and usually been pleased. Today the "order taker" was dismissive and somewhat rude. He only put about half of the usual amount of salad toppings that are normally served and "forgot" croutons even though he asked if we wanted them. At the checkout the server was wearing short shorts (very) that weren't particularly clean and was literally straddling the drink cup dispenser in order to use the register. Used to be delicious. They've cut items from their salad bar, there's very limited vegetable options now. They also changed their chicken, it's not very appetizing. I am a sandwich and salad snob - I'll admit that. I enjoyed my Greek Salad and my San Pellagrino bottled mineral water. Few places have Pellagrino or any mineral water for that matter on the menu, so I really enjoyed this as an option. I have to agree with Frank F - the staff takes away a star from my review. The atmosphere isn't bad, it just isn't "special" enough to rate a fourth star. For groups you have to gather a few of the tables together and you'll end up in one long line, but that works for lunch with co-workers. read more

Doc Greens's is pretty acceptable and they move product. I've eaten here about 5 times in the past two weeks as it's basically my cafeteria. I walk there from the hotel because I dread venturing down franchise row in search of greater disappointments. I try not to constantly eat terribly unhealthy food when I'm on the road and this place fits the bill. A salad with chicken. I order a custom salad or wrap so I don't end up with all the extra stuff they may include, that ups the calorie and empty carb count. It beats a salt sandwich. Let's talk about the buffalo chicken wraps. Anything is good with buffalo sauce, but there's a right way, and a slightly wrong way to make a wrap. BCWs are grilled chicken with buffalo sauce, some blue cheese crumbles, and diced celery. That's it. you don't put lettuce on a buff chx wrap. It turns into lettuce soup, which is gross. If there was a separate rating for the staff I would give them 5 stars. They expedite your order smartly. Everyone knows their position and remains focused. The cashier never wanders off like at CVS. She remains at her post, fulfills any beverage requests, and efficiently processes the transaction. It's a semi-full service place too, which means after you pay, you can go sit down and they will bring you your plates. But then You clean up. Or something. I always take it to go. Also, they serve beer and wine there so you can get half-lit at lunch, before going back to work! read more

Went there Sunday 7-30-2017 for lunch- what a disappointment! They brought our food to the table and my broccoli soup was almost cold- A good manager would check temp of soup before it us ever served- if you have ever worked in food service -NOTE- cold foods must be served COLD- HOT foods must be seved HOT! That is a very basic rule- I got up and the girl said she would Nuke it- after standing there 2 minutes she gave it back to me- I sat down- it was STILL NOT HOT!- I took it back and stood there a good 5 min- that time was hot as in almost too hot to eat- as it should be- so by the time I got back to the table was a bit awkward as my family had almost finished their lunch-so as I had ordered a side salad - after one bite- it was limp and not icy cold! The dressing was the worst version of Thousand Island dressing I have ever had! I was a cook at one time in the US Navy- had we served food like we got at Doc Greens I would have been made to "Walk the Plank" I have a serious problem with having to pay for food that is not prepared properly and/or served properly- we will never go back to Doc Greens again- and if you go there- you can bet you are not getting what you are paying for read more

We used to frequent Doc Green's in Waterfront, but in our last 3 visits we are 0-for-3. We're done. Tonight we both ordered the turkey club wrap and it was just an inedible wrap full of mush. Absolutely terrible. After trying to stomach a few bites, we just left the rest on the plate and walked out. I don't know what changed, but it's too bad - it went from really fresh and good to awful. I used to go to this location all the time, then they hired new employees. They brought my mom the wrong salad. When we politely explained it was not what she had ordered, they simply stated, "it's what she ordered", and tossed the plate back on the table. Absolute TRASH service, I couldn't believe it. Haven't been back since. I tell everyone who mentions this place to avoid this location in the very least. If I pay $13 for a salad, I expect top notch service to go along with it. We came for dinner and they have a large menu. If you're vegetarian there is one panini for you, the grilled portobello. It was good but it said that it had pesto, no a salad dressing. We had soup for our side and they up charged us for that. I had the brocilli cheddar soup, it tasted like evaporated milk, the broccoli was overcooked. They need to look at that soup, if they want to say that their food is fresh, it should not taste old. "Horrible service casts HUGE shadow over decent food" should be the motto for this place. For awhile now I have been trying to give this place a chance and after the fifth time, I will gladly say it will be my LAST. Reason being is the service from the gossipy teenagers who just want to make your sandwich or salad and get back to socializing with each other, is just so horrible that you begin to feel like your causing them problems by having them stop conversing. Not only that the management allows this type of service to continue and sometimes condones it by being just as lazy and immature as their employees. Now for the food, if the service is fast, then you can expect decent food, however, if you walk in and it takes 5 minutes for them to get to you just expect for the food to be mediocre at best if not missing a majority of the ingredients. And if your vegetarian and ask for no meat and double black beans, expect to pay extra. Why? Even the cashier couldn't explain that one. The food here is acceptable. It isn't particularly delicious or horrible. I usually go here to try and get something healthy. Unfortunately, it's hard to choose the healthiest option because they don't seem to provide any nutritional information on their website or carryout menu. Even some less healthy restaurants now give some of the basics like calories on their menu, so a restaurant specializing in this kind of food should definitely provide this information.
