Maybe I had high expectations of this place but being one of high rated restaurants i was super excited to try this place. Having lived in Alhambra, I have gone to the previous place in the same place. They had great noodles ans wonton. Boy do I miss that place. Circling back here, we ordered mapo tofu, chicken kababs,, a uyghur naan, and a pulled noodle dish. The spice levels here is nice and the portions are okay. I didn't think the map tofu was a must get. It tastes different than your traditional Chinese version and yet it has heat like the szechuan peppercorns. It came lukewarm like the rest of the dishes. The only server in the restaurant never came back to check on us the whole hour we were there. So we never had refills on water. The best things here were the naan and the hand pulled noodles. Perhaps I would just get those togo if I ever wanted this place again.

Finally made it to Dolan's! A homey experience with friendly staff! My first time trying Uyghur cuisine and likely won't be my last! For the two of us, we ordered 3 of their most popular items. + Big Plate Chicken - the small is BIG haha. We chose the bone-in and the chicken was juicy. It is a very savory flavor so the handmade noodles are a must (I wish there was more). + Lamb Kebabs - the menu says a minimum order 3, but they were kind enough to just let us get 2. A large stick, and very lightly seasoned but cooked well. + Uyghur Goshnaan - My favorite dish, like a meat pie. The crust was flakey and the inside meat was juicy and flavorful.

Came with a bunch of friends and got a little bit of everything. The dishes at this place are so big so everything is very shareable. Service was nice and friendly and there is parking in the lot or in the neighborhood streets. If you park in the neighborhood streets you can also enter through the back entrance. Their spice level is pretty spicy so would recommend mild or medium. The noodle plate is always a favorite of ours. Even if you can't finish, the orders are just as good the next day as well. Highly recommend this place.

Dolan is a good choice for lunch or dinner. Their menu features beef, lamb, chicken and vegetarian dishes. I liked the decor with art displayed throughout the main dining room. It gives the restaurant a classy look. The table and chairs were made of mahogany, they use linen tablecloths which is an added touch of elegance. I ordered the beef hand-pulled noodles, which was flavorful and had a spicy kick. It was delicious and filling. I was dining solo, but recommend coming with a group to try a variety of food. I really was interested in the Kebab and soups, but it was too much food for one person. The entree prices range from $15 to $20 for lunch and $30-50 for dinner. Love the deep, rich flavors at this place. it really sparked my interest in learning more about Uyghur culture. We came with a large group, and the waiter was attentive and provided quick service. Fried Naan with Beef - Crispy naan topped with beef, onions, and cumin. It was a bit oily and felt more like a side dish, but extremely tasty. The onions and crumbs paired especially well with rice. 8/10 Large Big Plate Chicken - Our server recommended ordering the large size for the group. It was just OK. The flavors were lacking compared to the other dishes, the chicken wasn't as juicy or tender as I hoped, and it came with thick flat noodles and quite a lot of potatoes. 7/10 Lamb Kebabs - Tender, flavorful lamb served on hot skewers. Simple and delicious. 10/10 Uyghur Polo with Lamb - A lighter rice dish that was still full of flavor. The rice paired beautifully with the lamb. 8/10 Samsas - Flaky pastries filled with beef. They reminded me of a mix between empanadas and samosas--very satisfying. 9/10 We also ordered the special tea served in a pot. It was very enjoyable and the perfect hot drink to balance out the heavier, richer dishes. Overall, a flavorful and memorable dining experience.

I liked it. Came in for dinner with a friend. Inside is bright and comfortable. Lightly decorated. Plenty of tables. Good for small groups. We got the traditional laghman noodles, gosh nan, and lamb kabobs. The kabobs were good. We liked the noodles and gosh nan, but we both agreed it could have used some extra spice for our taste. Would come back to try more. Service was good. Friendly staff. Small parking lot in back.

We came here because we enjoyed the Rowland Heights location and wanted to give the Alhambra one a try. First off, it's a simply beautiful restaurant, very stylish overall. In terms of service, it was just okay. We never had our water refilled, nor did we get any check-ins after the food was ordered and dropped off. The food itself was also just alright at best; it didn't hit the same as the other location. Here's what I tried: Fried Naan with Beef - Interesting dish, almost like a fried baguette loaded with cumin. The beef was good, but the flavors quickly became overbearing and too strong for my taste. Very carb-heavy. (3.5/5) Spicy Fried Rice Noodle - Looked great at first but also became overwhelming. The sauce was extremely salty, and I usually love salty food, but this was too much. The noodles themselves were good, though. (3.5/5) Lamb Kebab - My favorite dish of the night. I didn't love that you have to order a minimum of three skewers, but the flavor was great. Be warned: the metal skewers are hot. (4.5/5) Overall, we were disappointed with what we got. We paid $52 for what I'd consider pretty average-tasting food, and unfortunately, I don't think I'd come back, at least not to this location.

Some of the best quality noodles in SGV can be found here. The big plate chicken dish here is just decent as the chicken was okay, sauce was okay, and the potatoes didn't have that stir-fried flavor and I've had better renditions of this dish in Chinatown Manhattan/Flushing. However, the wide firm noodles in this had the perfect texture and are some of the best noodles I've ever had. I also loved the noodles in the Special Laghman Noodles and the flavor in this reminded me of that of a liang pi dish. The lamb kebabs here are decent but don't beat the ones at some of the kebab-focused restaurants in LA.

Such a charming and cozy place with great vibes from the decor to the music. Service was quick, friendly, and no nonsense. The food was the true star of the show. Every dish was on point and amazingly delicious. You must try the polo and the salted milk tea.

Visited: December 2025. Monday ~6:30pm. Setting: Spacious. Traditional decor and looks classier than your average restaurant. The tables are covered with disposable paper to protect the cloth underneath. They play Uyghur music at a reasonable volume so you can still have a conversation while listening. Wait Time: None. A few tables were taken when I arrived, but I was seated immediately. Food/Drink: This was my first time trying Uyghur cuisine. I cheated by picking things sort of familiar to me. The portions were generous. - Mapo Tofu ($13.95): Served HOT and with the right amount of numbing spice. It was just what I expected! - Tomato Eggs Laghman ($14.95): My first time having laghman. It had quite a chewy texture which I grew to like. The tomato egg sauce was perfectly sweet and tangy and the tomato and egg pieces were conveniently cut into bite sizes. - Plain Rice ($2.75): A bowl of long-grain rice. Pretty big scoop! Service: Awesome! The waiter was so polite and quick despite being the only one manning the front. I noticed after ordering with him that you can also order by scanning a QR code. That might come in handy when it's crowded. Also, my 2 to-go containers toppled over in the car and not a drop of sauce spilled out. Nice and sturdy. Parking: There are parking lots to the left and right of the restaurant. There were ample spots in the bigger lot (left) at dinner time. Next Time: I'll come back to try the Shredded Potato and Samsa dishes.

I recently learned about an Uzbek restaurant. Apparently there are not many Uzbek cuisine we can find in California. Uyghur food is a fusion mixture of Turkey/Mainland Chinese cuisine. Restaurant has limited parking but plenty of free street parking. There is indoor/outdoor seating. Entire restaurant is ornately decorated in Uyghur pieces. I saw only male employees but I hear that women in this culture cannot speak up. Overall great service. Dinner also comes with complimentary middle eastern walnut desert bites. Food....Big plate chicken is a must try (we ordered 2) a dish marinated to the highest max with potatoes and veggies. This is everyone's favorite. -Uyghur Goshnaan is crispy outside and warm meat savory center. Very good as well -Dolan's special rose tea is a must try. -Manta- 6 Pieces Per Order. Delicious Steamed Dumplings filled with savory ground beef and onion. (this is a popular item). -Kebab noodle- Cold egg noodles paired with our special spicy dressing and beef kebab. Pretty carby if you like -2nd fav- Big plate chicken with extra fat noodles. All the best marinated spices and flavors with savory soft chicken.

Dolan's Uyghur Restaurant is such a charming spot -- quaint, cozy, and filled with cute decor that gives it a warm, welcoming feel. Parking is super easy with a lot available in the back, which is always a plus. We tried a variety of dishes, and overall the food was delicious. The lamb soup was a standout: incredibly flavorful yet still light, the kind of dish you could happily finish to the last drop. The Uyghur polo, a braised fried rice dish, was another hit -- rich, aromatic, and cooked perfectly. We also ordered the lamb and chicken kabobs. Both were tasty, though the lamb was just a bit on the dry side. The traditional Langhman hand-pulled noodles. were excellent -- chewy, springy, and packed with flavor. The Uyghur gooshnaan (a beef pie) was a little oily but still really enjoyable. Service was decent -- nothing exceptional, but attentive enough and friendly. Overall, Dolan's offers wonderful, flavorful dishes and a lovely atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit if you're craving delicious Uyghur cuisine!

I have now been to Dolan's multiple times and it's quickly become a favorite of mine! I have tried the big plate chicken, the spicy fried noodles, the laghman noodles, and the lamb kabobs. Those are my go-to's every time I eat there. Everything is SO flavorful! Their food is finger licking good! My only comment is the things I've tried are just a little to oily, especially the noodles. I could do with less oil but it's so good I still will keep coming back! I love the shirt the staff all wears! So happy to support a Muslim, halal restaurant! Next time I will try something else on the menu, I'm sure it will taste just as good as the rest. read more

I've been to quite a few Uyghur restaurants in Brooklyn and SoCal. Dolan's adds so much more spice and flavor to their food. They use so many warm spices and really set their food apart from the more mild uzbek cuisine. The big plate chicken is absolutely phenomenal. Your mouth is tingling from the szechaun peppercorns and the flavors really make you keep coming back. The fried lagman was delicious. The goshnaan was really nice and mild but still packed a lot of flavor. Crispy crust but it was deep fried when it could have easily been pan fried or baked. The polo was really yummy, perfectly cooked grains of rice with a deep lamb flavor. The lamb kebab was good but did't have the charcoal flavor and crisp crust you want from a kebab. I did appreciate that all the meat was nice and lean rather than big chunks of fat you usually get in uyghur food. The reason for 4 stars is the sheer amounts of oil. Every dish is dripping with extra tablespoons of oil. It is definitely authentic to be this oily but it really puts a damper on the experience. I will go again for sure but I will ask for less oil. The restaurant interior is lovely and charming and it has a parking lot. Also I know there is no indoor dining but the bathroom was gross. read more

New restaurant near Noodle World, previously Boiling Crab. I've never tried Uyghur food and was excited to try it out. I felt like it was a cross between middle eastern/chinese food with lots of spices. Quite a few dishes feature lamb and there's a lot of Malaa spice. It may not be for everyone but worth trying out! Food: -Cold Beef Salad - I thought this was going to be a salad but this is a spicy cold beef dish. It's good but I thought we were going to get some veggies. -Pumpkin Manti - Interesting fusion version of a dumpling. It's more the size of a Mandu and the pumpkin was actually slightly al dente, so there was some texture to it and not soft/mashed like I thought it was going to be. I liked it but prob wouldn't order it again.- +Braised Lamb (with noodles) - Nice and spicy dish, the hand pulled noodles gave great texture. It was a little gamey so if you're not into that, order the chicken version instead. That smelled delicious. +Uyghur Goshnaan - Our favorite thing from the meal. The naan is nice and crispy and the lamb inside has great flavor and not so gamey. Service: A+. They were extremely nice and took time to go over the menu. Also I loved the beautiful tea cups and tea that they served us. Ambiance/Decor: Lots of pretty decor, possibly from the Uyghur culture? I'm not too sure but it's lovely Parking: Small lot or street. read more

Went about a month or so ago here and met a friend for lunch. Its a very simple interior doesnt seem special, but the food is. We ordered a Big Plate Chicken which was pretty much what it said. Very seasoned with a cinnamon taste and other spices, with really good home-made noodles. Its certainly enough for 2 or more people. We also had a Uyghur Goshnaan which is pretty much a giant sliced ground beef and lamb "patty " with spices. It was a bit oily, but very tasty. Great dish to share. We also had the lamb kebabs which were my favorite and had a very cumin based spice to them. To get our vegetable "balance" we had a black mushroom and celery dish that was good, but nothing earth shattering. Pretty much a typical simple stir fry dish, but accompanied well with the more flavorful offerings. We also had a pot of their special tea which was like a pseudo-chai but a bit different. It paired well with the food. I would go back to try other things here. Its not cheap for 2, and I would likely recommend going with a larger group or family to take advantage of ordering more dishes. read more

Came here after a long day spent with friends. I was excited to try authentic uyghur food, as it was something I was always wanting to try since my uyghur friend told me about it. It definitely met expectations, as the BuzzFeed video this restaurant was featured on suggests. I really liked their black tea, chicken as well as their lamb skewers. Must try! read more

This is probably one of my favorite places and great to bring people to. I love their special tea that is slightly floral & sweet, and soothing. Their ingredients and spices are quality. Even their broccoli dish is one of my favorites to order! Their noodles are hand made and each dish has a flavor of their own. Their big chicken, lamb kabobs, samsas are all so tasty along with their noodle dishes. I have to end with honey cake that is not too sweet, moist, yet delicate and filling all at the same time! Summary: Came here due to Yelp... Poor recommendation. For reference, this place was the original Boiling Crab location. If you want halal food (or this type of cuisine) go to China Islamic on Garvey or the New Ave restaurant. Pros: - Decor and ambiance is nice Cons: - Service was bad, we had to ask for everything (serving spoons, refills, plates, etc) - Food was bland, generally this type of cuisine should have lots of flavor this was not the caze - Value, prices are high and small portions read more

This place is a small restaurant with great customer service, delicious food and extremely clean environment. We got their big plate chicken, tomato appetizer, ground beef soup, meat pie, lamb skiers and lamb leg. If it's your first time and you don't know what to get, ask them for suggestions as we did and everything was so tasty. Their pricing was also fair and portions generous. We also got the Dolan's special tea which we also thoroughly enjoyed. It's definitely a place we see ourselves coming back to again and again. read more

I'll start by saying the wait staff are very nice and they've done a good job converting the space from the crab shack it formerly was. We had 3 dishes and two of the three were super tasty--from a first-time Uyghur dining perspective. The polo/rice plate and the stir-fried broccoli with their sauce, thumbs up. We also had the spicy chicken plate with noodles but found that underwhelming. The two missing stars in this review were for an unacceptable rate of error. We ordered 3 dishes. They got all 3 wrong. If inclined to extend benefit of doubt, at least 2. We had ordered vegetarian rice; it came with the default lamb on top. We had ordered just broccoli; they gave us broccoli beef and charged us accordingly (after sending the dish back to the kitchen for the correct order, we had to contest the bill at the end because it hadn't been corrected there). The spicy chicken dish we had asked for mild; it came out spicy. Granted level of spicyness can be subjective, but given glaring errors on the other two orders, benefit of doubt may not be warranted here. Oh, and the 3 plates came out at intervals SO distant from each other in time it's as we had noodles for appetizer, rice for entree, and broccoli for dessert. In sum: I dunno. I liked most of the food but on overall experience I couldn't really recommend this, and am not sure that I'd come back? read more

The Laghman is great. It is flavourful and a bit spicy, the noodle and beef with just the right amount of garlic flavour. Everything is cooked as intended, the noodle has a nice bite, the meats is soft and the celery is still crunchy. The kebab is good, strong herb flavour at first but then u taste the meat and its juices and the marinade. The milk tea is actual milk tea. It is not the typical bubble boba milk tea type. It has a strong milk flavour with some of the spice they added to it. Not my kind of drink as I was expecting the typical sugary bubble tea. Ample parking Good price Nice atmosphere Clean restroom Will come back to try other dishes. read more

Not quite often leaving a review expect something out of expectations. Meals were over flavored than it should. Dishes were cold. Meats were not fresh. Service was not good. Didn't enjoy the experience there at all. Don't think I would ever come over again read more

We went there after seeing many good reviews. However, it was kinda disappointing. Waiting time and staffing - it did not feel very friendly at the beginning. No one said hello when guests showed up. There was only one waiter in the restaurant. It took a long time for him to stop by and take our order. During the entire time, no one stopped by and check with us either. Maybe they all had a long day. Food quality - we ordered the big plate chicken which was about 30$ with extra noodle. Food was ok. Extra noodle costs like 5$ while there was only like a very small amount. Given the quantity, it was over priced. I read other reviews saying it is 'authentic' but since I don't have anything to compare with, I cannot draw conclusions on it. read more

I had a friend came all the way from Texas to visit, and I decided to take him to this restaurant for dinner. It was a busy night, indoor was fully occupied so I had to sit outdoor and I remember clearly we were the first group that sits outdoor. We ordered Uyghur naan, rice pilaf, and a small portion of Big plate chicken. Soon after we ordered the outdoor seats were fully occupied as well. The first 2 dishes came fairly quickly, but we waited an hour and still haven't gotten the big plate chicken. Every other outdoor table has already finished their food by that time and I clearly seen 2 tables have also ordered big plate chicken. We have asked the waitress to check the dish for us but after 10 mins still nothing was brought to us. Right at the point where we asked the front desk to cancel our dish she brought out the plate. My friend was nice enough to get that boxed to go. Such a bad experience. The only excuse was, sorry we are busy. In my mind I was like come on, busy enough to serve the other tables but not us? Such a bad experience. read more

I was super really hungry so I didn't even think to take any pictures. I can't believe I haven't heard of these people before so I felt pretty dum dum when I had asked the waiter where they came from. He politely told us and after we got seated, I googled to enlighten myself. We ordered several dishes and tore them all up. It was delicious and very satisfying. I loved the exotic flavors and so did my kids. The chef presented us with complimentary baklava desserts that we didn't hesitate to annihilate! What a wonderful experience and we highly recommend it to everyone. There is a kick to their food...so if you want to add some exotic spices to ur life...here is the place !!! read more

We recently moved to LA and have been craving Uyghur food. Can't wait to explore the best Uyghur food in town and it's not hard to locate Dolan's at all since everyone is highly recommending it. Ordered our first to go during the pandemic, food was very well packed and came with great portion. And everything tasted so authentic just like what I had in Xinjiang. Lamb Skewer, lamb bao, bbq lamb+noodles, bbq lamb+Nann, everything was AMAZING. Definitely became one of our fav restaurant in town. read more

I ordered Manta dumplings and Polo fried rice for lunch today. They are SO DELICIOUS. The Manta dumplings are very juicy with rich flavours. One order comes with 6 dumplings and it's filling enough for a girl. The Polo fried rice is a must-eat too, rich herb and lamb flavour. I hope this restaurant will survive through the pandemic! read more

Newly opened Chinese Uyghur restaurant! Nicely decorated, well-lit and clean. Menu is quite extensive with many choices of meat and veg. There are also a variety of ethnic tea selection. I would recommend this to couple or small group gathering over delicious food! We ordered the Lamb soup (yum!), lamb kebab, big plate chicken, the Dolan tea and etc... Very nice environment, clean, cosy, with traditional Uyghur-style decorations. I've been to Xinjiang and the taste of the Laghman was truly authentic. Love it! Highly recommend the Boiled Mutton which was well-made and tasty. The Roasted Lamb Leg was not that flavorful though and the Shredded Potato was too sour for us. read more

First time trying out Turkish cuisine. We came on a Sunday around 12:30 afternoon and did not have to wait to be seated. The server was friendly and polite. Our foods came out somewhat slower than tables. We ordered the Goshnaan, Laghman, the boiled mutton, and the samsa. The Goshnaan was thin crusted and the lamb tasted fresh though there weren't too much meat inside the pouch. It tastes better with chili sauce, which you have to ask for because there's no condiments on the table at all. The Laghman noodles were chewy and long, which I like. The sauce of the Laghman was slightly sour, which was quite refreshing and counteracted the sight greasiness of the Goshnaan we had earlier. The boiled mutton was not too flavorful but the texture of the mutton was PERFECT! You can taste the origins flavor of the meat because they didn't put heavy spices in making it. The little amount of tendons in the mutton made the chews more texture feel. Finally, the samsa was ok. The beef stuffing was quite salty. Overall I would recommend this place. read more

Incredible, somewhat unique cuisine and friendly wait staff. We have tried several menu items and while everything was good, the highlights for me were the absolutely delicious hand pulled noodles and mouth watering lamb kebab. I haven't found anything quite comparable in the San Fernando valley and we'll drive for about an hour each way a couple times a month for their food. Love the laid back ambience, perfect for a relaxed meal with the family that even the kids look forward to. The decor is inviting and quite interesting; the people who run this place are proud of their lovely culture and share it with us through their amazing food. read more

I really wanted to like this place, but everything fell short of expectations. He beef polo (rice dish with beef) was cold. Straight up from the refrigerator cold. If I pay $14 a dish, the least I expect is to have it cooked on the spot. When I called and complained, waiter say it was suppose to be room temperature. Now, I don't normally eat Ugyhar food, but room temperature rice with beef is not appealing. Next the meat pie was oily, the kebab noodle was bland, and the lamb skewers were just ok. What makes this a 1 star is the price. For $94 bucks, I could have had a good sushi dinner. Bottom line, over priced with underwhelming food. A no go in my book. read more

The Big Chicken Plate's flavor was unique, but fairly spicy so watch out! I really liked the potato pieces in it because it would soak the juices on the plate. I really wanted to try Goshnaan, but their poor service during dinner time didn't allow so. I understand they're new and had a full house, but they were not giving my table any attention. We had two people and ordered the Big Chicken Plate and the Goshnaan, but after 40 minutes the Goshnaan never came out. They were obviously focusing on the 6 person table next to us, which had a "wealthy" looking group I suppose. I'll probably come back when they get their stuff together because this is something different in the area. I really hope it just happens soon. read more

The Yang's Set Meal with Yuzu Miso Salmon: The fish was seasoned well but for the price, I thought I would've had a slightly bigger piece. The rice was also on the harder side. Overall, I think it was still a good experience trying out this cute spot. Perhaps the dinner options would be better for me personally, will probably be back to give dinner a try.

The ambiance of the restaurant is what it is, an AYCE KBBQ spot. What really stood out was the service. The staff were super attentive, quick with grill changes, and consistently checked in. You can tell they actually care about the dining experience. Big plus for the self-serve banchan station too. Everything was stocked, fresh, and convenient so you could grab exactly what you wanted and how much you wanted without having to ask the staff. Well, I don't write a review that much often. But I need to say something here! Before coming to the restaurant, I just randomly skim through the reviews. Most of the reviews were good and made me drool... But there were some reviews was not that good and I almost quit that idea to come and have my dinner over here! Conflicting huh?.... Anyway, I decided to come with friends and give it a try. I ended up ordering every dishes which were recommended by the yelpers hoping that it won't ruin my dinner vibe by any means. We ordered Lagman, which is a hand pulled noodle with vegetables. OMG~ it was a BOMB. At first, I really didn't thinK that I would finish this. But I was totally wrong! I almost delved into the dishes and wanted to ask them to pack the sauce left in the dishes. We also ordered Goshnan and Manti. which came out 4pices and we were able to share it. Basicaly, I was amazed by how they infiltrated the different taste to these same ingredients! Yes they looks different but I was told that the Goshnan was fried and Manti was steamed. We will definitely order Samsa next time, which was baked! The last thing we ordered was the Big Plate Chicken, this dish just blew my mind. I have never thought that chicken can be eaten in this way. Being a chicken lover, I can say I tried every kind of chicken dish, but hold on, who the hell invented this way of cooking, I wanted to ask the recipe and try it at home! We ended up living so full and content. Service was really good and we felt warm and welcome! Oh, btw, upon checking out I realized the decoration and entire vice was so unique and I regret didn't spend more time enjoying this culture, awww... Who to blame? I was just devouring my dinner and forgot to enjoy the environment! Next time will definitely take my time to taste this rich culture environment at the same time when I having my meals! read more

This place is a joke! We ordered 4 sets of Laghman, Samsa, lamb kebab, manta and green and black tea. We drove here all the way from LA with our whole family and were really looking forward to trying out their Laghman, but we were so disappointed in the taste and cleanliness of this place. Our tea pot came in with something disgusting sticking to it, and when I pointed it out to our server he said " oh I don't know what that is, do you want me to change the pot" ummm I mean obviously haha who would want to drink from that?? I would rate the food 3/10 They put ground beef into Samsa, and manta. I was shocked lol. I grew up eating this cuisine and first time in my life seeing ground beef being used in these dishes. The Laghman was okay. It was missing something, it didn't taste authentic. Manta was okay too, if it was cut meat would be better. Beef kebabs were TERRIBLE. I wish I took a pic, but they were cut into tiny pieces, like it was a joke. A person who doesn't know how to cook or cut wouldn't cut it like that. On top of it, it was BURNED. We didn't even eat it all. I wouldn't recommend this place. We paid $150 and feel bad wasting our money and time honestly. I'm not sure why people left good reviews, probably because they don't know what a real ughur food tastes like. read more

We had a phenomenal dining experience at this restaurant. If you have a large group, it's advisable to reserve in advance. The ambience is extremely welcoming, with traditional Uyghur artwork adorning the walls, which beautifully showcases the rich culture of the Uyghur people. Our waitress was an absolute gem - kind, helpful, and accommodating to our large group, despite the restaurant getting busy. From the very beginning, my 3-year-old was drawn to her kindness, and even made sure to give her a hug before we left. The food was beyond amazing and arrived promptly. We ordered a variety of dishes, including the lamb kabob with naan, the Samsa, and Laghman, and everything was scrumptious. The noodles were particularly fresh and the best part was that all the dishes were halal. This restaurant used to be decent, but something has gone horribly wrong. It's like they swapped out the entire staff and replaced them with clueless amateurs. The service is a complete joke. The food and service is good, every food is delicious, my favorite are the kebab noodle it is little spicy so it's recommended for spicy lovers, pearl noodle where the noodles are actually like the pearl and mixed with vegetables. This is probably the most exciting new restaurant opening around the area. The decoration of the restaurant feel very comfortable and ethnic and the staffs are all super friendly!
