I once called to complain that my to-go order didn't taste the same as it always does. While everything else was tasty, the chicken tasted slightly rubbery. I called the cafe, and when I spoke to Christina she was so receptive and kind to my complaint. She apologized with sincerity, and explained that because of the chicken shortage, they had to purchase their chicken from another brand/company; she assured me that this was only temporary and that I wasn't the first one to comment on this. These are all features of this location. The Wreck is my favorite because it's a hearty take on an Italian sub. It's just zesty and meaty enough, especially when the toasting heats it all up together. Staff here is friendly and builds a good sandwich. The interior is actually kind of nice even when busy. The faux rustic vibe is nice break from the busy outside shopping center. Parking is super easy, but again, it can get busy. Lunch here wasn't super busy when I went but it does take a little long to build these sandwiches so plan ahead.
