GMC Dublin, as big as it with its inventory and popularity, its service department is by far the worst compared to any other service departments. I've come twice for parts install and fix to unsatisfactory interior console. The words were backed up today, and service is going to take longer than expected, which is more common than cars on the lot. They never ever have a loaner vehicle. For customers that aren't a short distance, I'd recommend having a ride back or waiting long hours. Being a huge location, it's unbelievable that simple accommodations can not be provided. Upfront workers do and try their best, but everything else is inadequate. Baffling for a major dealership. read more

Very nice facility and good choice in cars. And the entry level fellow who helped us was eager to please. But I don't appreciate being told falsehoods by his superiors. They claimed that they are required to run a government check on a prospective buyer (something to do with an anti money laundering law) and that to do so they had to have my social security number. Only half true! I looked it up and the government site does NOT require a SSN. I tested it twice and the check went through. Presumably they wanted the SSN to do a credit check. We specifically told them we didn't authorize that because we were paying 100% up front -- no financing. We bought our new car elsewhere. read more

I just want to give a full 5 stars experience to the team at Dublin GMC for helping me with reserving the 22 refresh Sierra 1500 AT4. I ordered back in Feb with the help of Jonathon Quevedo. He told me that it will be worth the wait time to get the refresh AT4 since interior is a huge upgrade. And he wasn't wrong.
