Then a week later they decided to take their offer back and said GM was going to refund my money and rescind the $85000 contract . I was told GM was handling this issue from Dublin GMC . I received an offer from GM for 6500 for the inconvenience we received and that's all they were offering . A week later the offer went up to 7500 and then the following week the offer was $8000. I asked the rep , is this some type of game you guys are playing? We paid $85000 for a truck that has so pending transmission codes at only 3000 miles . I went ahead and got this truck scanner and wait till I post the codes .So that everyone thinking of investing $85000 can think again . I am still waiting for GM to email me back , it's been two weeks now , no response and I need emailing them . 11/02 Received a letter from Dublin GMC that they will be buying back the truck . For a minute we felt that at least Dublin GM took ownership since they sold us the truck . But the letter has no contact information and no email address of they attorney. Wish I could give zero stars. When I purchased my 2015 Yukon XL, I was offered a prepaid maintenance and warranty that was through GM Corp. I figured straight from the manufacturer, can't go wrong. Boy was I wrong. To be clear, I did not purchase from this dealership, but moved out this way so took it here for service. Each and every time, I get the runaround about it not being in the system so they have to do this or that. Whatever, not a big deal. This last time I took it in for service. Supposed to be oil change, engine air filter and cabin filter. I got. Call stating all was done and my wife went to pick up the car. When I got home and looked at the inspection report, it showed "engine air filter requires immediate attention". Services recommended - engine air filter replacement. I had to make another appointment to take it back, which I did. The gentleman who helped me gave me more yada yada talk and runaround before finally calling the company to get approval. He said the engine filter is covered (though he tried to get me to pay the difference between what GM pays them and what the retail is). He added that the cabin filter was not covered because it was not die, even though I showed the documentation clearly says it is covered for once a year and they have not serviced it yet in the 2 years I have been taking the car there. At this point I was so irritated, I just had them do what they would. While i was in the waiting room I ordered a replacement cabin filter from amazon and watched the videos on how to do it myself. I am attaching pics of what the cabin filter I pulled out looks like. To add to this, the last time I took it in I also asked for this to be changed and the service advisor told me "they check everything and if it needed replacing they would". Seriously guys, just stay away from this place. I am selling this vehicle and will never consider a GM vehicle again, unless it is a classic middle car which won't be from a dealer or serviced at one. read more

This review is only for one person. Went there during covid to buy a used car with my dad. At first I was quite upset, since I called ahead (on Richard Slade's day off) and was told the car was ready for test driving then it wasn't (after they made us waited). And nobody seemed to care that our time was wasted. But Richard Slade handled everything very well. He followed up with us after he returned to work. Days later, we decided to return the second time and ended buying the car. The majority of employees I've dealt with don't really seem to care for customer service. Maybe because they were not expecting us to make a purchase. But Richard was patient without putting pressure. He made us feel valued. So I would recommend to only work with him if you want a pleasant buying experience. One observation that bothered me. An employee removed his mask to cough then put his mask back on. read more

I've been to this Dublin location multiple times since buying my car in 2018. Every time I go there I get the same poor customer service. I wait for 1-3+ hours at the showroom for my car - just for an oil change, even when I have an appointment. Times we've used the shuttle we've waited almost 2 hours to get a ride home and they keep the car all day and call me to pick up before closing. When I have brought it to the service attendants attention they apologize and have given me at least 2 refunds on my service. I've left multiple messages for the service manager who is not available and I've never received a call back from him. This past Friday 3/6 I had an appointment at 8:30 AM and my vehicle was not touched until 12 pm in the afternoon. I did not get a call that my car was ready until after 3 PM. The attendant told me he would order my tire to arrive on Monday am. When I called on Tuesday afternoon the tire hadn't been ordered yet despite the attendant telling me he ordered it on Friday. The tire didn't arrive until Wednesday afternoon. Since I have had repeated unsatisfactory customer experiences, I will not return to this dealer for car service requests again. read more

First & Last trip to the Service Dept. at Dublin GMC. Made an appointment for a recall. While scheduling, was told it would take about 3 hours to perform. No worries. Decided to add an oil change since I would be there. (Mobil 1) They said it would add less than an hour. OK, 4hrs., I can live with that. Arrived at 7am. Should be out by 11am. My truck wasn't ready until 4:15pm. 9+ hours. !!!! Was only going to give them a 1, but they comp'd the oil change, so I was going to give them a 3. Then I looked at my receipt.
