They are sometimes a bit short-staffed, but when we were there on a Sunday afternoon (around 1pm), they two staff were so kind and helpful. I was ordering a side of their dirty fries, and the cashier asked if I just wanted to substitute a half order of them as a side to my meal; I didn't know I could do that! I was very excited about it The Pico location is definitely small, so if you go with a party of 4 or more during their busy times, prepare to wait. We went with a party of about 8 people plus a baby (they have high chairs) during their slow time, so we were able to put tables together (if you have babies/toddlers in diapers, their bathroom doesn't have a changing table). Their A/C isn't very strong or isn't working, so if you go on a hot day, I don't recommend dining in as it gets pretty warm in there (especially if it's a sunny day; the sunlight was beaming through the window on some of our party, and they got sweaty. Ordered three items. Nashville Chicken Sandwich (hot) - not too spicy, will probably order max spicy if I come back. Super oily, it's just chicken tenders between two buns. Not my favorite. Dirty fries - Fries themselves are really great, but they skimp on the amount of chicken relative to the sandwich or tenders. Korean bowl - my favorite dish, it has a lot of green onion and a Korean flavor to it. Comes with an egg and rice and again, skimps on the chicken. One of the best customer service that we've experience is from this place. Chris saw that I was having a hard time looking at the menu so he offered to give me a brochure menu that I can take to my husband who's waiting in the car with our dog. He even went out of his way to make everything easier and convenient for us and Alexis who made our food gave us options and alternatives with our order. The food bowls and salad are so good! I also always order here thru Uber Eats for my office lunch and my co workers love their food. There's nothing that we order here that we didn't like. I learned about this place at The Big Yes, Yelp event last night. The samples were delish so we tried them out today at their Pico location. SO good. I had the Korean wrap which was huge and I couldn't finish it all but it was really good. Chicken was so moist and tender. My husband had the Nashville Hot sandwich which he gives a 10/10. The Korean fried chicken was a fried chicken sandwich with a Korean slaw and jalapeño, which added a kick the egg and bird lacked. Although I usually like spicy, I actually prefer the egg and bird more in this place. My only complaint was the assembly of the sandwich would be better. It was really messy to eat and things were slipping out like crazy! But still a decent place with a very low affordable price.
