Juan was the team member who assisted me there and was very friendly. When the technician checked out my tire and decided the hole was small enough, he patched it for FREE!! She was so worried that it was going to be expensive and she wouldn't be able to get it fixed right away. When I called I spoke with Larry and he was incredibly nice. He informed me that they do not charge for a tire patching service. I relayed this information to my mom crossing my fingers that when she arrived she wouldn't receive a different answer (like most places) and Larry took care of her for FREE just as he said. My mom said that Larry and Tyler were incredibly helpful and very polite and friendly. Larry GREATLY assisted my mom by notifying her about another tire that was very low tread and also FOR FREE moved the low tread tire to the back of her car "in case anything happens before she can replace it". As a previous customer of the business location, I tried Stress-Free and I was impressed. They sent me a link to the inspection, all questions answered via mobile, perfect for my busy schedule. They gave me a few choices of tires, but non of their choices were inferior tires. I told them that their competitors offered me another brand for cheaper. They told me that they had never heard of the brand, and that it was a cheap brand...etc. They put on quality tires, ran some tests, and did a very exact alignment. I got a printout of the results. We are so happy with the quality of our new times and the work they did. Remember, it is the truth that matters when your life depends on your tires. Other places will attempt to sell you inferior brands that you might never have heard of. Please do your homework. Research tire brands.

There was a short wait at first, but once it was my turn, the employee who helped me was very friendly and professional. He introduced himself and took the time to explain everything clearly. He let me know my spare tire needed to be replaced, pointed out a screw in one of my tires, and explained they could patch it for free. I really appreciated that he also reassured me that the rest of my tires were still in good shape. The wait time to get the tire fixed was reasonable, so I stepped out to grab dinner nearby and came back later. When I returned, another employee updated me right away and let me know my car would be ready in just a few minutes. Overall, the service was efficient, honest, and friendly from start to finish.
