The cashier was rude and absent minded. I asked for a bacon boy combo with fries and she asked me if I wanted to make it a combo or just get the fries. There was 3 of us. She forgot to hand 2 of us our drinks. The cashier had an attitude about us asking for our strawberry lemonade, and I caught her making a face when we asked about it. According to our receipt her name was "1-" the two of us that ordered burger combos, they skimped out on fries. This used to be our spot to get breakfast since we work by here. Not anymore. This Farmer boys has descent food. Much better than average but this location is horrible at remembering to put everything you ordered in the bag. I'm always shorted something and this is the first time I've mentioned it. 4 times in total and this was the straw that broke my Yelper back. On a plus side this location accepts the VIF app. Most locations in Riverside do not. They are close to being a 4 or 5 star rating but the service is just off. read more

Took it inside and asked to speak with supervisor, who unapologetically said "the natural burger takes longer to cook" 25 minutes long???? We live close by. Over time, the quality has gone from good to poor. I tried to call main office to report an incident in the drive thru more than 8 months ago to no avail. The incident was that 'Gloria' told me to pull over. There was nobody behind me (place was completely empty). She got hostile, I refused repeatedly. She became hysterical yelling at me that I was making a "big ass deal" out of this.. It greatly offended me she would use such profanity (and repeated it). For 2 months, I tried and tried to report 'Gloria' to the main office. The girl there gave me a serious continuous runaround. Refused to help me and would not let me talk to her superiors. We completely stopped going here until yesterday. We figured 'Gloria' must be gone by now, so we stopped for a afternoon breakfast. After waiting a half hour (nobody was in there but us), They brought me my sausage egg with only one sausage (suppose to be 2) and a dab of hash browns. I bought my family farmer boys on Alessandro for dinner. The onion rings were flaccid and this skin fell off. Zucchini was so flaccid I could not eat it. I asked for extra ranch and I got none. I drove all the way back to farmer boys to complain to the manager and ask for a full refund delivering them a plate of the flaccid nasty food that my family could not eat. The lady told me the manager was not in. I told her I'm not leaving from the drive-through until I get a full refund. I spent $29 and she gave me cash when I got home, I counted it and it was nine dollars!! I drove all the way back back to farmer boys to get my full refund! I did receive a call from another "customer service rep" from FB the next day,but all she said was "I will pass this on to the GM of this particular FB to talk to you about your concerns" - because she obviously didn't want to hear/ deal with me or pass them on to the "GM". Went to the drive through around 730 pm today 2/7/19 and there was only myself at the speaker at the drive thru and a person at the window and it took up until 3 min when we said hello for the young female to say something. We ordered and the car at the window still was waiting and then we got to the window it took another 5 min to receive the food. Note it was just 2 combos. When they gave me my straw one end of it was like squished as if it was bitten. We finally got our food and went home to find out one of our fries had been missing. It's one thing to be "not so friendly" but another to be RUDE. The coffee is never mixed and when you ask them about it, they say "You just need to stir it", well when I'm paying $4.25 for a coffee I expect it to be blended and mixed. So, last night the mister and I ventured here and tried the Farmer's burger combo which included free cinnabites. The total came out to $11.11 which is pricey for a fast food combo, but it was suprisingly fresh and tasty. The Farmer burger had thick cut bacon, freshly sliced avocado, the bun was fresh and full, and the meat didn't taste sub par. The presentation was neat and clean for it being 1 a.m. We ordered a side of onion rings and fries and I thought the fries had a bug spray or hand soap after taste but the onion rings were decent. The free cinna bites were covered in cinnamon and I think were supposed to be like mini beignets but were more like a softer version of cinnamon toast crunch (minus the crunch). I would recommend Farmer Boys if you're close to the 215 fwy. and it's after midnight. read more

Of all the Farmer Boys restaurants, this is my favorite location. Despite the construction, the view from the northside of the restaurant is great. Let's hope no one plans to build next door anytime soon. Most all Farmer Boys restaurants are very clean, spacious and always packed during meal times. The food is always fresh and plentiful. They make huge salads here. My favorite are the Farmers chopped cobb or the bbq chicken bacon. The hamburgers here are what they're known for. Do not pass it up. This place is a great breakfast. lunch and dinner type of place. Breakfast is only served up to noon though. This location is scheduled to stay open 24/7 after all the construction on Alessandro is done. read more

I went through the drive-thru at the Farmer Boys franchise on Alessandro near the 215 in Riverside on my way to work. Because I am on a salt-restricted diet, I asked for only one single piece of bacon, easy cheese and no salt added to my breakfast burrito. The order was repeated back to me correctly but I was extremely disappointed to find the eggs in my burrito laden with tiny, chopped pieces of bacon instead of the single slice I had requested. If Farmer Boys can't put a single piece of bacon in a breakfast burrito, they should tell the customer and allow him or her to make an informed decision, not try to guesstimate how many tiny chopped pieces comprise a single slice. I am giving one thumb up because the person taking my order got it right, but I couldn't eat the burrito. This is a health issue, not a taste issue. Bad customer service. I walked up to the register to place an order. There were two people at front counter milling around and neither one helped me. One of them was a lead. She had to ask the other person to take my order. An off duty employee walked in and the same two employees that were milling around earlier were shooting the breeze with the off duty employee. Meanwhile, my order was on the pick up counter in the kitchen sitting there. I didn't know it was mine until about 5 minutes later the lead casually walked over to the kitchen and grabbed the bag and called my name. She apologized for the wait. Will NEVER go to this location again. Our office recently moved to this area and FB's is the closest "decent" food place around. I typically order a salad for lunch, but was disappointed on 4 different occasions. Every time, the salad was full of grit. I complained to the manager as well as Corporate, received an apology, a promise it would never happen again, and was comped a meal. Went in to get my free meal, and the salad was STILL gritty! I was promised that the employees would be instructed on washing the lettuce prior to chopping it, but apparently that never happened. Goodness knows what else is lurking in their lettuce along with the dirt. If the lettuce for salads is that dirty, I imagine the produce used for their other meals is no better.
