I had my Escalade ESV in for a factory recall appointment. Since then I've had several informative calls from Zach about trading in to take advantage of upgrades & incentives. He called again today about their 72mo/0% on all 2018-2019 Escalades....great incentive, right? Ok, I schedule an appointment. Upon arriving I was approached by Tina & inquired about Zach, but was told he only handles online (he did tell me he wasn't a salesperson). I sit down with Tina & tell her about my SUV, what I'd like & that I NEED 2 bench seats, rather than 2nd row captains chairs like my current model. She tells us that's really difficult to find because it's not a common option, usually only special order for companies, etc. She kept going out & coming back, saying she was doing one thing or another. At this point we're just trying to see a truck, not even talking numbers yet. Finally, she comes back & takes us outside to Sergio (her manager) & they show us 3 models, all the same, black with bench seats, etc. Sergio tells us a local casino ordered them then backed out & that's the ONLY reason they had any with bench seats. I was not interested because they weren't comparable to the options on my Escalade. I asked about their 2019 options. Tina states the 0% offer was only for 2018 Escalades. Sergio then adds that we would also lose the inclusive maintenance option on the 2019. I asked repeatedly because Zach had specifically called to tell me about the 72mo/0% option for 2018 & 2019 Escalades. Tina tells me, "I need to listen to Sergio & not Zach because he doesn't know what he's talking about." So we are to believe the man responsible for contacting customers to schedule potential sales & share current incentives/deals doesn't know what he's talking about? They kept asking about my payment & the balance owed, said they needed that in order to give me a price on their truck. What does the balance on my truck have to do with the price of their vehicle, other than to work the numbers in their favor. Now I'm remembering why we drove to CA to buy our 2015. We got a better deal over the phone than we could get locally. We walked out to look at the 2019's (no surprise that there's a big selection). As we're looking around all of a sudden they remember they have a fully loaded truck with bench seats & the same options as my truck, plus some! We go back across the lot, giving the benefit of doubt that maybe Tina had found it on their back lot or had been searching their inventory for us & discovered it! Nope. It was literally parked directly in front of the 3 "company models" they'd just shown us. They walked us right past it, all the while they're telling us they just don't have Escalades with 2 bench seats that often because it's not really a luxury item like the captains chairs. At this point I'm becoming understandably irritated because they're clearly being evasive & trying to steer us to what they want to sell & not what I am looking for. We do the test drive, it's beautiful, accessories are great, it's the real deal...and it has the "not so luxurious" bench seats we need. Plus, Tina told us we'd get and extra discount because it was a 2018 that had been used as a rental/demo truck & had approximately 700 miles on it (& from my guess because they still have quite a few 2018's). At this point it has been hours & I need to go pick up our children so my husband says he'll stay & work out the numbers then I can just come back to sign papers. From then on he said the sales manager, Sergio, seemed to take over the deal. To clarify, the sticker price is the same as a brand new 2019 ($105k). Now Sergio tells my husband the only way he can "give us" the 0% on the 2018 is if we pay full sticker price. Obviously, the next question is why would we buy a leftover 2018, demo model with 700 miles & not a brand new 2019 for the same price? Sergio then claims we can't get 0% on a 2019 because it's not an offer, but that he'd "let us" if we really wanted to go that route. The dishonesty is unreal. This is old school bait & switch nonsense, all this info can easily be verified online. GM is offering 72mo/0% on a variety of makes/models. He's certainly not doing us a favor by allowing 0% on a 2019, it's a Cadillac dealer incentive. Ultimately, it was again, a waste of our time. Findlay Cadillac sales are not honest people & they seem to have no interest in moving their inventory unless you want to pay full sticker price, which is likely the reason their lot is loaded and not a single other customer came in during the 3 hours we were there. read more

After discussing services I needed, I was off to the deli for a chicken sandwich. Not just any chicken sandwich, but the kind I remember having as a kid, like mom used to make. That brought back memories of my father's Caddilacs he would always buy and I started day dreaming about days far gone and the road trips with Dear Ol Dad across northern Wisconsin. Before I knew it, Mikey G was tapping me on the shoulder, bringing me back into reality with my shiney, hand washed SRX ready to roll again through the streets of Henderson with the stereo blaring. I've never been so disrespected in my life. I took my 2013 Cadillac Escalade to Finlay is service department to get the motor looked at and possibly have to buy a new motor. Mike was my service advisor Everything was smooth the first sign the necessary documents and then got pushed onto another lady for a loaner car. I had my own vehicle towed to Findley when the tow driver ran my credit card he tried run it as debit three times and locked up my credit card. After i agreed with the tow driver that I would go get the cash from the bank ($75) then meet him to pay him, For some reason he went back to the dealership and told them I didn't pay him. Within minutes he was paid and I was away. I then got a phone call from Mike tell me I need to bring back the loaner car and that I was "skipping out on a tow bill" I then told him that the tile was already paid for I don't know what he's talking about. He then said if I don't bring back the car then the lady that's the manager of the service department loaner cars is going to call the police and call the car in stolen. I was already on my way to pick up my children from school & said I would be there after. The lady then called me and told me I needed to bring the car back now I told her I will be there right after picking up my kids. She said if I wasn't there by 6:30 then the car will be reported stolen. I asked why am being treated like this (mind you they were about to make A lot of money from me) she did not want to hear a thing and told me I had to be there by 6:30. I made other arrangements for my kids be picked up an Uber and brought to the dealership to meet me so I would not be late. Upon getting there at 6 o'clock there was no one around. I spoke with A Man Named and Alex who told me they already left for the day and to just go ahead and take the car. I was afraid to take the car Because of the threats of getting a cold and stolen so I asked him to write out a statement on my lease paper. I wrote a note and also stuck it to the service advisors desk to acknowledge that I was there. After that I went to work my graveyard shift. At 8 AM the next morning my phone started blowing up from Finlay service advisors saying that the car is in there in the next hour they are going to press charges on me. At 8 AM the next morning my phone starts blowing up from Findlay service advisors saying if the car is in there in the next hour they're going to press charges on me. So after working all night I had to get up and haul down so again. After getting there she was extremely rude. I Believe I WAS discriminate on her being young and tattooed because I was never given any exclamation of why they let me take a car and then just want me to bring it right back. I will never go to findlay Cadilac every again and you guys lost a lot of money fixing my truck because of your discrimination... thanx for wasting my time and repeatedly threatening me because I'm young and tattooed... read more

I just had my worst experience at this dealership! My "Check Engine" light was on due to a fuel cap problem that started on this cross-country trip. Had it reset at dealerships in Missouri and Arizona with no fees required. I stopped in at this dealership this morning and explained the problem....was informed that I will have to pay $300 for a reset and diagnostic troubleshooting. Really? I told the service rep to forget it and left this dealership. Well, to my surprise, the "Check Engine" light reset itself so I am ok till the next fuel stop. read more

I had a great buying experience here, my only issue was the salesman gave me some wrong information about my car so when I thought I had certain features that I did not have I wasn't so happy. But he did not pressure us into spending more money however I would have to get the features I thought I was getting, But love my 2013 XTS. And he was a great guy. Service was okay when I brought in my 2013 for its first maintenance. I can't say it was awesome, It looked as if the guys in the service department were not wanting to make eye contact and it took awhile to get someone to help me and that was after I had called in to make an appointment. I think the one guy that did acknowledge me was parking the vehicles... I will come back here, I will remember to do my own research prior to picking a vehicle. Oh and be careful of financing with Ally Bank. Descent rates but when you call in you get customer service in the Philippines...so you may want to go with your own financing. read more

Sharon was amazing. She was friendly assertive effective and helped me from the beginning to the end. She was the ONLY part of this exsperience that was a 10 hands down. When I picked my car up the air was not blowing as it should have been. My air flow module sensor was replaced and now I have to take time to go back to check the air flow. It's possible that there could be a blockage but at the moment I don't know. I'm extremely unsatisfied w the work the time it took and now i to have to check out another problem. That problem could have been answered if they checked the air flow when the sensor was replaced. 300 bucks in labor for a sensor that takes 15 min to replace. read more

Had a deal in place on a car that had just come in on a trade. Because the dealership hadn't gone through the complete inspection of the car we weren't able to test drive until they finished their inspection. This was on a Saturday morning, we were to come back Monday morning for a test drive of the car. Monday morning we were told the car was sold after telling us that wouldn't happen. Great dealership! Not just good, but great! They honor the COSTCO and USAA deals and give you the lowest price without haggling. I normally don't get to know anyone by name at a dealership, but Jerry, John, Cliff, Bob, Brian and Sharon have all been very helpful. The have a great customer lounge and even serve lunch! They also wash my car at no charge. I've bought two cars from them and I'll be back. I do have a problem with a feature on my car that doesn't work as advertised, but Findlay didn't build the car, GM did. Findlay's people have been trying hard to resolve the problem for me. I am new to Las Vegas and needed to find a Cadillac dealer for an recall repair. I called the dealer close to me and he said it would be three months before he could get me in because he had to take someone off another job and the repair took almost a whole day. I was shocked considering this was a safety issue. So basically they were putting me off and putting paying customers first. So I called Findlay Cadillac in Henderson. The young lady who answered was able to get me in the next morning. My representative, Daniel, was very attentive and listened to some other concerns I had and told me they would check it out. I was pleasantly surprised when Daniel called me around 1pm and told me the repair was done and they were washing my car. I went to pick it up and Daniel addressed my other concerns and I was satisfied with his findings. While I was waiting for my car to be pulled, many of the staff saw me standing outside waiting and asked if they could help me. Now that's good customer service. If i could give this no stars i would. The only good thing qbout my experience was our sales rep fred was super nice and funny. Yet the sales manager chris martinez lies. I went in with my boyfriend to finance a car. I dont have the best credit so he was my "co-signer". Yet on our papers he made me sign on all the co-buyer lines and my boyfriend as the main buyer. I told them from the start my credit was bad and i only wanted to go forward if my boyfriend was a co-signer. They tried to tell me co-signers now have to sign on the main buyers lines. Thats a lie. Neither of us were also asked if it was okay to have our credit run 8 different times!!! You would think someone would have the courtesy to ask you if they can keep running it but all they cared for was the sale. Ive been to plenty of dealers and they have all been honest with me even if that ment loosing a sale. Now my credit score is down 62 points. Then on top of it chris always made everything about him. He would call saying he needed more money down, which is fine. But what drove me crazy he would ask what day works best for me but then tell me what worked for him. Then he would call me back later changing the day and time to meet him cause it was better for him. I also have a job and live 25miles from the dealer so to keep changing my plans for him was frustrating. Then after going to him he would call saying he needs other things. Why wouldnt you tell me what you needed the first or second time i came in. Yet since i was at work i couldnt leave and go home to get the papers he needed. So he would call again saying he needed them now. He just rushes people and doesnt care about anything or anyone. My boyfriend was looking at one of their other cars but a we wont be buying from here ever again read more

Hello i m a Disabled African American Veteran! with 1 year in vegas, first id like to say Steve Hoffman is a one of a kind salesman! he goes above and beyond, Steve listens to customers want and makes them happen to the best he can all tho we know if he could, he would give us terrifific deals! Now for the service dept, thats another issue! they have charged me thousands for repairs, even charged me for a tire blow out i had on the freeway! in one of their Loaner, The Manager Bill young has coned me out of my credit card info only to take more out of my Account as we agreed! i think they call that Fraud! i paid over $2600 for AC on a 1999 Escalade, The vehicle prices are allready to high so it would not hurt them to give us discounts on repairs! The Rich get Richer! Oh! also they charged me $6000 worth of Warrantys on a 2014 xts i bought from them for $34,000!!! i want to thank Becky from HR and General Manager John Saka for Making things right! ill be continueing to do business with Findlay Cadillac. read more

However, when I needed another service, I spoke with Blair. I asked him to be my provider, and he took care of all my needs professionally and accurately. We are California residents and bought a car from this Nevada dealership. Not only was the customer service poor, but no one at the dealership gave us any information on what to do, or what to expect, in order to register the car in California. Further, it took the dealership almost 3 weeks to send out the paperwork that I need to register the car. However, they did not send ME the paperwork, they sent it to a third party that now claims I need to send them documents and they will register the car, because apparently the dealership does not trust me to handle the registration myself. So, I am supposed to mail original documents to a third party and hope that he/she completes the registration on time and then, and only then, will I be sent registration and license plates. Ridiculous, absolutely ridiculous. P.S. the check engine light went on within the first day of driving the car. read more
