Patties were burnt. Then asked them to redo it. They said "all our burgers are cooked well-done." Ok, but are they supposed to be dry and crunchy? No. They aren't. They re-cooked them and they were still burnt. The patties were also smaller than they should be, which is probably contributing to why they keep overcooking them. They are supposed to be 3.3 - 3.5 ounces, and they were definitely smaller than that. Please properly train your staff. In and out who?! No my guy it's all about Five Guys! My first experience was good, I tried the small cheese burger with a coke. No fries. I want to say the burger was just better than In and out. The taste it left after I got home left me with wanting more. For 4 days I was craving it. On my next visit I got the regular. Hands down one of my favorite burger now! This location in particular has a n awesome costumer service. It does take about 10 mins for your burger to get ready so look for a place to sit or check your dms. Burger was fresh and so so tasty. This location is not great. We ordered a burger and a veggie sandwich, and instead of the latter, they gave me another burger. The receipt on the bag even had the correct order. So I'm guessing someone else got our veggie. Hopefully, they didn't wait till they got home to check; otherwise, they'll be even more disappointed than we were. The fries and the burger buns were soggy, too. The guy who took my order wasn't a particularly good listener. When I ordered the burger, he asked, "Do you want fries? A drink?" After getting some shopping done at the mall with my wife & son, we were starving, and decided to stroll through the food court. My wife said she smells great burgers, and she's craving it. I looked around, and saw five guys. I thought this awesome smell is definitely coming from five guys, and definitely not McDonald's. We had the bacon cheeseburger & cheeseburger, in addition to bacon cheese hotdog. We rarely eat hotdogs, but this one was super delicious!!! The burgers were really tasty, and afterwards I asked my wife if she likes In-N-Out better or five guys? Without hesitating she said five guys! I agree. The cashier was really nice, friendly, smiling, and very patient with me, since I was super hungry and couldn't decide what I wanted to get, haha. Stop by this Five Guys location on a busy Sunday afternoon. I initially was going to order from another place within the food court, but wanted to try Five Guys at the last minute. I really don't expect much customer service from a fast food food court, but the young man taking my order very friendly and attentive. I ordered fries and a oreo milk shake. A Five Guys in a mall. Expect them to have a rush at any given time especially on the weekends. Worked here for a good amount of months before getting a better opportunity. Food will always be good and their shakes as well. Price can be a little overpriced but the amount you pay really makes up the quality of it. No there is no soda machine with the different flavors like the other five guys. And NO PEANUTS, they're in a mall so figure that it'll be harder for the cleaners to clean if they make a mess. Rude girl working the counter did not hand me my order when it was ready but instead chose to make me wait around until she was done preparing the next order (which I thought was mine since she wasn't handing me my order when it was ready and just sitting there). When ready she handed me my order which was just the one bag sitting there the entire time. I asked why she couldn't just give me my order from the beginning when it was just sitting there and she very rudely asked me if I'm order number 91, as if to say that I got my order and that I should shut up. But when you have two young kids and time is always of the essence it doesn't help when you're made to wait around for something that required no waiting. It was simple, I was order number 91, and order number 91 was ready and sitting there. She even asked me what order I was and she confirmed my order was sitting there. But Instead of handing it to me she chose to make me wait for a couple minutes while she finished bagging up someone else's order. When I asked her why she did that she gave me a very rude response. But anyways this place finally opened up awhile ago and usually I don't get a chance to pass by this part of the mall but I'm glad they opened this here. Its located in the food court of the first floor and right next to chipotle if your wondering where its at and closer to the macy's wing or jc penny depending on which direction your coming from. But I went here with my coworker awhile back ago and we were both craving burgers at the time so went down from the third to first floor for lunch after getting stuff done at work. The place is nice and we had a couple of people in line around lunch time but I ordered a bacon burger with some cajun fries and my friend ordered the same. I did order everything that was free on the menu to add to your burger so its a good amount of toppings to add so it made it a very tall burger. The staff is all happy and nice and watching them do all the processes of your burger to your fries is entertaining. I got my order and it came in a paper bag but you can see all the grease from the fries come out so I'm like hmm they didn't really like drain it properly for it to be oozing out of the bag. When I was about to consume it the burger is good but they didn't include the cajun fries like I ordered and it felt just like fries thats the only thing I had to point out about it other than that the condiments and everything is close to the register.
