My order was prepared quickly, and I was still filling up my supply of magic and hot sauce (mmmm!). I went here once since it's close to one of my jobs. I ordered the chicken bowl, white meat, broccoli and add avocado. This is the only place that makes it different. They give you broccoli STEMS with a couple broccoli florets. A little misleading On the other hand I do highly recommend the flame broiler on south coast drive by pita pita. A great place to grab a healthy bite. This location was clean and the customer service was great. The staff was friendly and the manager personally assisted with every order. Really impressed with this Flame Broiler and will definitely come back again. My wife had the half and half bowl, I took advantage of the great deal they had going on and had the regular chicken bowl with a drink for $6.99. I was super stoked that a flame broiler closer to work opened. But unfortunately I left very disappointed and looks like I'll have to continue making the drive to the further one. I'm at the register and ready to order when to my surprise the gentlemen says I'll take your order over here. They now have a chipotle style set up. One of the reasons I liked flame broiler was that they cooked to order. Now they've lost that. The other disappointment was the quantity of meat. So little compared to others. The guy literally weighed it on a scale as he's pouring the meat. I think they should invest in spoons that measure correctly. Weighing it in front of the customer just looks bad. I don't think I've ever been to a restaurant where they use a scale to serve your food in front of the client. read more

Nothing to write home about. Categorically, it's labeled as Korean fast food. Nothing Korean about it. They do not serve kimchi as the location near the Main Place does. I've been to this location twice and both times felt a pretentious vibe from the male server. Sounds a little nitpicky on my part but that's my review. read more

My girlfriend and I have been coming here since they first opened up. The owners are great guys. Josh and Keith always make sure their customers are greeted with a welcome. That is so nice to hear. The food is always made to order and very hot and extremely delicious. Now we have been to other Flame Broilers and they just don't compare to this place. This was my first visit to this flame Broiler. The place is nice, clean, and the staff is nice. My only disappointment of this flame Broiler is that are very stingy with they're meat. I order a half and half bowl with no veggies and at most flame broiler's you see nothing but meat on top. Here they put so few meat that you can see the rice threw the meat. I'm just saying why be so stingy? Your not going to go broke for a little more meat!!! read more

My bowl was really good! Everyone delivered great customer service! I went on 9/11/2020. The cook and the cashier were amazing, except some younger girl who was serving the meals and putting them in bags. I could barely hear her under her mask, she asked me if I wanted any sauces and I said that I wanted the magic sauce. Then, she asked me a question that I wasn't able to hear well since she spoke so soft under her mask. I thought she asked me if I wanted any other sauce so I said no thank you. She handed me the bag and I quickly opened it because I wondered if I had heard her correctly or if she asked me something else. I saw I didn't have a fork so I told her "Sorry, can I get a fork?" She then turns back and gave me a look and raised her voice "I thought you said you didn't want one?" I just told her "I am sorry, I heard you wrong since I couldn't hear you well under your mask." I put it in my bag and I said "thank you." She quickly turned away. I hope whatever was causing her stress that day or whatever she was feeling, gets better. I will be back to this location since everyone else is awesome and the food was great :) read more

I have been visiting Flame Broiler locations for years with mixed results. I generally am let down with quality, taste, etc. This new location opened walking distance from my house so I gave it a shot. I can honestly say this is hands down better than any other location I've been to. Everything about it - taste, quality, cleanliness, friendliness of staff/owners - is far superior than all other locations. I've been very impressed every time. We also used them for catering and they were fantastic! Food was ready on time and the value was outstanding. This is now my go to place for all of my chicken bowl needs.
